1.0 PENGENALAN PROGRAM
Mesyuarat Panel Penasihat Industri Program Pengajian PKK yang dilaksanakan merupakan
platform bagi semua Panel Penasihat Industri Program yang dilantik untuk menyumbangkan
idea dan cadangan penambahbaikan bagi memastikan sistem pengajaran dan pembelajaran
yang disediakan oleh semua program pengajian di Politeknik Kota Kinabalu adalah relevan,
berkualiti serta menepati keperluan pihak industri. Pelaksanaan mesyuarat ini adalah bertujuan
untuk mendapatkan maklumbalas daripada para panel mengenai struktur institusi dan jabatan
akademik yang melaksanakan program pengajian berkenaan. Selain itu, para panel, yang
merupakan pemegang taruh kepada pihak institusi juga diharap dapat memberikan
maklumbalas mengenai pengurusan program yang meliputi struktur program pengajian
termasuk tempoh pengajian, sistem penyampaian kurikulum, sistem pentaksiran dan penilaian,
kebolehpasaran graduan dan kemudahan bengkel atau makmal berkaitan. Dapatan daripada
mesyuarat ini diharap dapat memberi input kepada program yang ditawarkan untuk sentiasa
ditambahbaik dari semasa ke semasa.
2.0 OBJEKTIF
Objektif Mesyuarat Panel Penasihat Industri Program Pengajian PKK adalah untuk :
1. Memperkenalkan program pengajian di Politeknik dari aspek kurikulum, sistem
penyampaian, sistem pentaksiran serta kebolehpasaran graduan kepada wakil industri.
2. Untuk membincangkan kesesuaian struktur kurikulum pengajian Politeknik yang
ditawarkan sama ada selaras dengan keperluan industri.
3. Menggalakkan perkongsian ilmu dalam isu-isu terkini dalam bidang masing-masing di
antara Politeknik dan industri.
4. Mengeratkan hubungan baik yang sedia terjalin di antara Politeknik dan industri.
4.0 RASIONAL PROGRAM
Mesyuarat ini dilaksanakan bersama Panel Penasihat Industri bertujuan untuk mendapatkan
maklumbalas berkaitan kesesuaian struktur program pengajian yang ditawarkan di PKK dengan
kehendak industri. Maklumbalas yang diterima akan dijadikan asas bagi menambahbaik
pelaksanaan program pengajian berkenaan bagi menjamin kualiti graduan yang bakal
dihasilkan. Selain itu, Panel Penasihat Industri juga dapat meninjau fasiliti pembelajaran yang
disediakan di Politeknik di samping memberi input penambahbaikan jika perlu.
5.0 ANJURAN
Mesyuarat Panel Penasihat Industri Program pada tahun ini dianjurkan oleh Jabatan
Perdagangan PKK bagi memenuhi pelaksanaan mesyuarat sekali setahun.
6.0 PENYERTAAN
Ahli mesyuarat terdiri daripada Pengarah Politeknik, Timbalan Pengarah Akademik, Timbalan
Pengarah Sokongan Akademik, Ketua-ketua Jabatan Akademik, Ketua-ketua Program, staf-staf
akademik program pengajian berkenaan serta panel penasihat industri yang merupakan pakar
bidang di industri, institusi pengajian tinggi awam, badan-badan kerajaan, badan-badan bukan
kerajaan serta alumni.

12.0 PENUTUP
Pelaksanaan Mesyuarat Panel Penasihat Industri Program Pengajian PKK telah dilaksanakan
dengan jayanya oleh semua program yang terlibat dalam tempoh masa yang telah ditetapkan.
Maklum balas yang diberikan oleh pihak industri telah diambil maklum oleh program masing-
masing bagi penambahbaikan berterusan dalam aspek-aspek kurikulum,sistem penyampaian,
pentaksiran dan kebolehpasaran graduan selari dengan keperluan industri masa kini.
Pelaksanaan mesyuarat ini secara berkala menjadi pemangkin kepada kecemerlangan
Politeknik Kota Kinabalu sebagai institusi TVET yang unggul.

I. PERUTUSAN PENGERUSI
1. Kata alu-aluan moderator majlis
Moderator mengucapkan selamat datang dan berterima kasih di atas kesudian para
pensyarah dan panel penasihat program DAT yang hadir ke mesyuarat. Pengerusi
memperkenalkan semua ahli mesyuarat yang hadir berserta objektif dan tatacara
pelaksanaan majlis.

2. Kata alu-aluan pengerusi majlis
Pengerusi memperkenalkan latar belakang program pengajian, barisan pensyarah
dan panel penasihat yang hadir. Pengerusi memaklumkan objektif utama mesyuarat
iaitu membincangkan kurikulum serta mendapatkan maklumbalas daripada pihak
panel penasihat bagi 2 kursus teras disiplin Program DAT iaitu DPA10012 Financial
Accounting 1 dan DPA20033 Financial Accounting 2. Perbincangandan maklumbalas
ini diperlukan untuk penambahbaikan dan pembangunan silibus bagi subjek tersebut.
Pengerusi turut memaklumkan aturcara mesyuarat pada kali ini.

II. PEMBENTANGAN KURIKULUM DPA10013 FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING 1
3. Puan Siti Safurah Binti Hj Ahmad membentangkan kurikulum bagi kursus
DPA10013 Financial Accounting 1. Antara hasil pembentangan daripada Puan Siti
Safurah adalah seperti berikut:
3.1 Kursus yang dibincangkan merupakan kursus yang ditawarkan pada
semester 1 dan bertujuan untuk memberi asas kemahiran dan
pengetahuan kepada pelajar.
3.2 Kursus ini meliputi 8 topik secara keseluruhan. Pelajar dinilai
menggunakan penilaian berterusan (50%) dan penilaian akhir (50%).
Penilaian berterusan terdiri daripada dua Test dan satu Quiz, Practical
Exercise dan Presentation.
3.3 Pensyarah mengajar topik tidak secara menyeluruh mengikut
recommended total hours di dalam silibus kerana ianya merupakan
rekomendasi sahaja dan tempoh masa topik diajar mengikut kesesuaian
topik.

III. MAKLUM BALAS DARIPADA PANEL
4. Cadangan dan maklumbalas daripada panel, Dr. Sitti Syamsiar Binti Muharram:
4.1 Keseluruhan kandungan silibus dan penilaian yang disediakan untuk
DPA10013 Financial Accounting 1 adalah bersesuaian dan ianya hampir
sama dengan silibus yang digunakan oleh UMS./UiTM.
4.2 Panel berpendapat bahawa Topik 5 kuliah adalah lebih banyak daripada
topik 2 yang lebih kepada pengenalan. Topik 2 boleh dikurangkan masa
recommended total hours dan dibawa ke topik 5 untuk memberi lebih
masa.
4.3 Topik 5 melibatkan 8 jam praktikal namun tidak dinyatakan secara jelas
kaedah penilaian.
4.4 Menggalakkan team teaching / collaborative teaching terutamanya
daripada pensyarah luar.
4.5 Panel mencadangkan penilaian berterusan dikurangkan terutamanya
ketika pelaksanaan secara dalam talian pada musim Covid-19.
4.6 Panel mencadangkan kaedah penilaian problem based learning untuk
menguji secara keseluruhan topik kursus.

5. Cadangan dan maklumbalas daripada panel, Encik Suparman Bin Abdul Aziz:
5.1 Cadangan kepada pensyarah untuk melaksanakan kaedah pengajaran yang
berbentuk fun study.
5.2 Topik-topik yang diajar adalah lebih baik sekiranya ia menggambarkan
keadaan sebenar.
5.3 Mencadangkan supaya penganjuran program kepada pensyarah untuk
kaedah melaksanakan sesi perkualiahan yang menarik.

6. Cadangan dan maklumbalas daripada panel, Puan Rozianah Binti Gosutim:
6.1 Kursus pengenalan yang diajar untuk pelajar baru adalah bersesuaian.
6.2 Mencadangkan agar pelajar didedahkan kepada aspek praktikal contohnya
dengan memberikan mini case untuk mengaplikasikan apa yang diajar
kerana berdasarkan pengalaman panel, kebanyakan pelajar praktikal adalah
lemah untuk menyediakan double entry dan tidak mengetahui kesannya
kepada penyata kewangan.

7. Cadangan dan maklumbalas daripada panel, Cik Noor Kaziemah Binti Sariman:
7.1 Panel mendapati terdapat lebihan pengiraan masa SLT utuk menjadikan
kursus ini sebagai 3 jam kredit.
7.2 Mengurangkan penilaian disebabkan oleh faktor-faktor pelajar yang sedang
menjalani pembelajaran secara dalam talian di rumah.
7.3 Panel mencadangkan agar topik terakhir berkenaan source document
didahulukan untuk membolehkan pelajar melaksanakan tugasan berbentuk
mini case.

IV. PEMBENTANGAN KURIKULUM DPA20033 FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING 2
8. Puan Azuyaria Binti Mat Puzi membentangkan kurikulum bagi kursus DPA20033
Financial Accounting 2. Antara hasil pembentangan daripada Puan Azuyaria adalah
seperti berikut:
8.1 Kursus ini mempunyai pra-syarat iaitu DPA10033 Financial Accounting 1
untuk melayakkan pengambilan kursus ini dan ianya bernilai 3 jam kredit.
8.2 Kursus ini meliputi 7 topik secara keseluruhan dan meliputi 3 CLO iaitu CLO1
(C3), CLO2 (P2), CLO3 (A3).
8.4 Penilaian kursus ini terdiri daripada penilaian akhir yang merangkumi 50%
dan juga penilaian berterusan yang merangkumi 50% yang menguji dua
quiz, dua test, satu practical exercise dan satu presentation.

9.1 Pendedahan kepada MFRS terlalu awal didedahkan kepada pelajar

VI. RUMUSAN PERBINCANGAN
14. Kursus Financial Accounting 1 DPA10033:
i. Recommended Hours perlu disemak semula untuk topik-topik yang
memerlukan penekanan yang lebih.
ii. Pendedahan kepada pelajar terhadap situasi sebenar melalui source
document. Oleh itu, topik ke 7 dan ke 8 diawalkan untuk persediaan
tugasan tersebut.
iii. Pensyarah memberikan pembelajaran yang lebih menarik.
iv. Ambil maklum bahawa di UMS dan UiTM mengurangkan bilangan
penilaian pelajar sepanjang pembelajaran dalam talian dan perkara ini
boleh dibawa ke peringkat pengurusan program untuk kesesuaian
perbincangan.
15. Kursus Financial Accounting 2 DPA20033:
i. Secara keseluruhannya hampir dipersetujui oleh semua.
ii. MFRS agak awal diperkenalkan namun semua setuju bahawa ianya
bersesuaian diajar sebagai pengenalan.
iii. Tidak kelihatan dengan jelas susunan partnership di dalam struktur
program.
iv. Panel memaklumkan berkenaan entiti perniagaan yang baru iaitu Limited
Liability Partnership (LLP) dan boleh dicadangkan di peringkat program.

VII. PENUTUP
16. Pengerusi merakamkan terima kasih ke atas maklumbalas dan input yang telah
diberikan oleh semua panel. Sesi diakhiri dengan sesi bergambar dan majlis
berakhir pada jam 11.30 pagi.
