Silibus bagi subjek ini juga seharusnya memberikan pendedahan ringkas berkaitan perkara
yang berikut:

Pendedahan bagi penyediaan dokumen kontrak juga penting walaupun kandungan
hampir sama dengan dokumen tender tetapi terdapat perbezaan sedikit contohnya surat
tawaran, harga kontrak, polisi insuran, wang jaminan pelaksanaan. Sijil pendaftaran dan
lain-lain.

Selain itu, pelajar juga boleh didedahkan tentang penggunaan boring-borang piawai
terutama bagi projek kerjajaan seperti boring siri JKR 203 yang digunakan bermula dari
peringkat penyediaan PDA (Preliminary Detailed Abstract), As Tendered Detail Abstract
(ATDA) dan As Complete Detailed Abstract (ACDA), Borang-borang tender dan kontrak
serta lain-lain seperti borang Arahan Perubahan Kerja (APK), Lanjutan Masa dan Akaun
Muktamad.

Ketua Program DEE memberikan kata alu-aluan serta ucapan terima kasih
kepada semua panel industri yang telah dapat menghadirkan diri untuk
mesyuarat dalam talian pada kali ini.

Ketua Program DEE membentangkan pencapaian PLO bagi sesi Dis 2020 dan
CQI program yang dicadangkan pada semester akan datang.

3.0 Maklumbalas Kurikulum

3.1 Kursus DET30043 – Electrical Machine
3.1.1 Ts. Lucian Zaratang menerangkan isi kandungan serta
pembahagian topik bagi kursus DET30043 – Electrical Machine
yang ditawarkan pada pelajar semester 5.
3.1.2 Dr. Herwansyah mempersoalkan susunan topik dalam
DET30043, topik 5 motor tiga Fasa dan topik 6 motor satu fasa.
Dr. Herwansyah mencadangkan agar pelajar perlu belajar Motor
satu fasa terlebih dahulu dan kemudian baru motor 3 fasa.

3.2 Kursus DEE30071 – Electronic Computer Aided Design
3.2.1 Cik Nor Arni Zuraimi menerangkan isi kandungan, pembahagian
topik dan penilaian bagi kursus DEE30071 yang ditawarkan
kepada pelajar semester 3.
3.2.2 Cik Nor Arni Zuraimi bertanya adakah software yang digunapakai
dalam DEE30071 masih relevan lagi. Menurut Dr. Herwansyah,
pspice masih relevan sekiranya pelajar ingin merekabentuk litar
asas. Apa yang penting pelajar didedahkan kepada proses
merekabentuk, mengganalisis, pengujian litar dan membuat PCB
layout.

3.3 Kursus DEE40082 – Project 1
3.3.1 Ts. Aziha menerangkan isi kandungan serta pembahagian kursus
DEE40082 yang ditawarkan kepada pelajar semester 4 di
Jabatan Kejuruteraan Elektrik.

3.3.2 Ts. Aziha menunjukkan dan menerangkan secara terperinci
borang rubrik yang digunapakai dalam DEE40082 yang terdiri
daripada 7 CLO.

3.3.3 Ir. Hainin mencadangkan agar pemilihan tajuk projek pelajar perlu
mengikuti bidang Kejuruteraan Elektrik dan Electronik dan
relevan dengan industri terkini.

3.4.3 En. Jefri Nuri mencadangkan agar elemen keselamatan perlu
diterapkan dan dinilai dalam projek 1 atau 2 kerana elemen
keselamatan sangat penting dalam industri.

3.4.1 En. Albinus menerangkan isi kandungan dan pembahagian topik
isi kandungan kursus DEE50102.
3.4.2 En. Albinus menunjukkan dan menerangkan secara terperinci
borang rubrik yang digunapakai dalam penilaian DEE50102 yang
terdiri daripada 6 CLO.
3.4.3 Dr. Herwansyah mencadangkan agar penilaian bagi CLO 6 (PLO
11) iaitu Project Management tidak hanya dinilai melalui
penulisan Laporan Akhir sahaja tetapi perlu dinilai melalui
penglibatan pelajar semasa proses perlaksanaan projek seperti
pengurusan masa, kemajuan projek dan lain-lain. Selain itu Dr.
Herwansyah juga mencadangkan Laporan Akhir dan Logbook
boleh menggunakan CLO yang sama agar lebih banyak penilaian
dapat dibuat.
3.4.5 En. Wilson mencadangkan agar menerapkan nilai tambah seperti
Building Automation System dalam projek akhir pelajar supaya
projek mereka boleh diperakui Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM).
