delicious water and cannot be compared to other water. ABC BREW will innovate their products to
make customers more interested in their products. ABC BREW only wants the best for their customers,
they also make a set of drinks for their customers, in the set ABC BREW will provide 4 waters including

Abstract

Feeling hungry? Want to find snacks and easy to carry everywhere? Here I sell colorful keropok lekor
that can increase appetite. The materials used are also very high quality made from natural and fresh
raw materials from Terengganu. In addition, I prepare 4 different sauces namely chocolate, cheese,
matcha and caramel. The sauce is plentiful which adds to the deliciousness of the keropok lekor. What
are you waiting for? Get the keropok lekor immediately at a nearby store. See you there!

1.0 Problem Statement

The main problem for the keropok lekor available in our country is too common and there is no
withdrawal. So, I would like to add a little to attract buyers by adding various colours to the keropok
lekor. Apart from that, I prepare some dipping sauces to taste the keropok lekor such as chocolate,
caramel and so on.

2.0 Objective

The objective of my product is to add more attraction to customers to buy it with its various colours and
crunchiness as well as more size than before. This product is also prepared with natural and less greasy
raw ingredients to reduce the cholesterol levels in my products.

3.0 Product Description

Keropok lekor is a Malaysian snack and a specialty of the Terengganu region. In order to prepare it,
ground fish such as herring, tamban, kerisi, or selayang are combined with sago flour, and the
combination is formed into long, sausage-like shapes which are then boiled for several hours, although
these fish sausages can also be fried.

4.0 Product Impact

Keropok Lekor contains high fish content that makes keropok lekor high protein food rich in natural
iodine. Apart from that, keropok lekor can also be used as an after -meal dessert for some people. It can
also be used as a snack for those who want to relax or have a picnic.

Abstrak

Punch Set Number digunakan oleh pelajar Teknologi Pemesinan Industri(MPI), Kolej Vokasional
Sungai Buloh untuk membentuk nombor pada bahan kerja pelajar yang telah siap dihasilkan. Terdapat
beberapa masalah yang dihadapi semasa membentuk nombor di mana, nombor yang dibentuk menjadi
tidak rata dan tidak selari. Objektif kajian adalah untuk membangunkan Punch Set Number. Tujuan
projek ini dibangunkan ialah untuk menambah kesamarataan nombor ketika proses menebuk.
Penghasilan Punch Set Number ini dapat membentuk nombor pada bahan kerja pelajar agar menjadi
rata dan selari. Kaedah pengubahsuaian pada pemegang Punch Set sediada di pasaran telah
menghasilkan Punch Set Number di bengkel MPI. Kajian ini dilakukan terhad kepada saiz maksimum
bahan kerja 50mm x 50mm x 20mm. Bahan utama yang digunakan adalah jenis aluminium. Punch Set
Number ini dapat membantu menyelesaikan masalah pelajar MPI untuk membentuk nombor pada bahan
kerja pelajar. Selain itu, penggunaan Punch Set Number ini dapat mengurangkan ketidaksamarataan
huruf yang dibentuk dan pelajar MPI dapat menanda bahan kerja masing-masing dengan mudah.

1.0 Penyataan Masalah

Bengkel Pemesinan Industri (MPI), Kolej Vokasional Sungai Buloh adalah bengkel yang menjalankan
kerja-kerja pembuatan dan pengeluaran produk. Setiap produk yang dihasilkan oleh pelajar perlu
ditanda dengan nombor siri pendaftaran pelajar. Alat yang digunakan untuk membuat penandaan pada
bahan kerja adalah Punch Set Number. Proses membentukan nombor pada asalnya dibuat secara manual
oleh pelajar tanpa menghiraukan ciri-ciri keselamatan. Alat sediada tidak mempunyai apa-apa
pemegang dan ia boleh menyebabkan kecederaan pada pelajar. Selain itu, apabila mengetuk nombor
pada bahan kerja, bahan kerja tidak diikat pada ragum.

Seterusnya, semasa membentuk nombor pada bahan kerja, nombor akan menjadi tidak sekata
disebabkan bahan kerja tidak diikat. Hal ini disebabkan bahan kerja tidak dapat diletakkan pada
kedudukan yang stabil bagi menjalankan proses pembentukan nombor. Maka tercetus idea untuk
merekacipta pemegang pada Punch Set Number. Selain daripada itu, pemegang ini juga dapat
menambah kekemasan ketika membentuk nombor pada bahan kerja. Malah, cetakan nombor bahan
yang dibentuk akan dihasilkan dengan berkualiti dan kemas. Sekiranya produk yang dibangunkan
berkualiti dan kemas, maka produk akan dinilai dan mencapai standard yang dikehendaki.

ii. Meningkatkan aspek keselamatan kepada pengguna

iii. Mengurangkan risiko kemalangan ketika proses pembentukan nombor

3.0 Diskripsi Produk

Projek ini terhad kepada:
i. Bahan kerja yang boleh dipegang berukuran maksimum 100 x 100 dan berdiameter 50mm.
ii. Projek ini boleh membentuk nombor pada jenis bahan seperti aluminium, keluli tahan karat dan
lain-lain.

iii. Boleh digunakan oleh semua pelajar MPI Kolej Vokasional.

6.0 Hasil Pengujian

Pengujian penggunaan Punch Set Number telah dijalankan di bengkel MPI terhadap 10 orang pelajar
Sijil Vokasional Malaysia (SVM) semester 8 yang sedang menyiapkan projek tahun akhir. Setiap
pelajar menggunakan Punch Set Number sedia ada dan Punch Set Number yang ada pemegang. Bahan
kerja adalah bahan yang sama saiz. Data yang dikumpul adalah dalam bentuk bilangan kemalangan
yang berlaku kepada pelajar. Rajah 5, menunjukkan perbandingan purata kecederaan bilangan pelajar
yang menggunaan Punch Set Number sediada dan Punch Set Number baru yang telah dibangunkan.

12.0 Kesimpulan
Sesebuah rekabentuk yang dihasilkan mestilah menggunakan bahan yang berbagai jenis. Ia bergantung
kepada kesesuaian projek dari segi penggunaan, keselamatan, kos dan kemudahan mendapatkan bahan
serta peralatan bagi menghasilkannya. Oleh itu, ahi kumpulan projek ini telah membuat kajian, lakaran,
analisis dan sintesis sebelum projek dibangunkan. Di samping itu, kami juga menggunakan
kebijaksanaan dari segi bertanya kepada orang lain bagi mencungkil pengalaman dan pendapat untuk
menghasilkan projek ini. Punch Set Number ini dibangunkan untuk memudahkan pelajar membuat
penandaan pada projek dan mengurangkan kemalangan terhadap pelajar serta dapat meningkatkan
kualiti semasa membentuk nombor pada bahan kerja. Punch Set Number ini telah melalui Ujian
Tekanan dan dapat dibuktikan bahawa ianya dapat berfungsi dengan baik. Punch Set Number ini telah
diguna pakai sebagai ABM dalam proses pengajaran dan pembelajaran amali di bengkel MPI, Kolej
Vokasional Sungai Buloh. Punch Set Number ini amat sesuai digunakan kerana hasilnya dapat
meningkatkan kualiti produk dan mengurangkan kadar kemalangan terhadap pelajar. Sebagai
kesimpulannya, objektif kajian ini telah berjaya dicapai.

CAR SHARING & CARPOOL SCHEME

Abstract
Traffic congestion has become a global concern in many developing countries in the twenty-first
century, and it has a detrimental impact on people and the country in terms of efficiency, production,
and the environment. People caught in traffic is a fact that Malaysians must deal in their daily life,
especially those who live in concrete jungles like Johor Bahru. According to the World Bank,
Malaysians in the working class lose approximately 1 million hours every day caught in traffic jams.
As a result, carpooling and carsharing programmes have been established to address the problem.
Automobile sharing, often known as carpooling, is a car rental concept in which people rent cars for
short periods of time and share them so that numerous people can travel in a single vehicle, reducing
the number of cars on the road. The objective is to act as a transportation network extension, providing
a public service that will boost mobility options. This app will be designed for smartphones and made
available to users in a range of ways, from using an app to unlock a car in real time to meeting the owner
of the car to exchange keys. To summarise, increasing users' mobility options is preferable to managing
traffic congestion in a systematic and holistic manner to improve the nation's economic and social
situations.

1.0 Problem Statement
Traffic congestion has become a synonymous problem in Malaysia especially during weekdays and
festive seasons. Citing a report from The New Straits Times titled “Malaysia has 32.3 million motor
vehicles, 15.8 million drivers”, there are an average of 1.2 million new vehicles recorded in 2020 in
Malaysia. With the increase in road users, will increase the dependence of Malaysians on private
vehicles is getting higher. In addition, daily work will be disrupted as a lot of time wasted facing traffic
jams.

Apart from traffic congestion, air pollution will also cause harm, especially in terms of health. Based
on figure 1.0 above statistics Malaysia ranks 50th in the worst air quality chart in 2021. This shows that
air quality in Malaysia is quite worrying. Therefore, follow-up action needs to be taken to curb this
problem. Given that clean air quality is very important to prevent diseases such as shortness of breath,
ischemic heart disease, stroke, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, lung cancer and acute lower
respiratory infections in children.
According to the interviews conducted with college students, UiTM and Polytechnic stated that students
here have difficulty in obtaining e-hailing such as taxis and Grab to move from one location to another.
In addition, to own private vehicles are quite expensive for students as most of students do not have a
fixed income. Therefore, it would be a wise application as a result of public criticism regarding the lack
of transportation accessibility in some areas.

2.0 Objective
The Ai Ride application is designed to achieve the following objectives:
1) To cater a public transportation service that will boost mobility options
2) To provide user-friendly apps to book vehicles in one mobile application platform
3) To create cleaner air and sustainable environment for communities

3.0 Idea Description
Ai Ride is an application created to make it easier for individuals to go from one area to another by
booking a car by just using their own smartphone. Through this application, passengers have the option
to move at a flexible time according to their choice of destination. In addition, Ai Ride focuses on
reducing the percentage rate of air pollution to the environment by sharing a car with other people
(Figure 1.0).

The Ai Ride application is simple and user -friendly because it is free to download on either android or
iPhone. This application can make car reservations either carpooling or carsharing service with just one
application access. Users need to register an account and follow all the required document verification
before making a booking.

After the document verification is confirmed, users only need to log in to the application using the email
and password that has been registered. Set the user's location first and then set it for the destination you
want to go to. Automatically, the app will use the smartphone’s GPS and provide a few vehicles
selection services available in a particular area at a set of prices.

After that, users only need to book a selection of services provided and automatically get the details and
current location of the driver. The payment method can be done after arriving at the destination via cash
or online transfer using the QR Code pasted by the driver. Safety guarantees are provided such as pre -

4.0 Idea Impact

Carpooling (also known as ridesharing) has a lot of advantages, including lower commuting costs, less
congestion on congested routes, and even reduced driving stress. By providing with this application of
car sharing, students can learn to switch to another mobility services compare having their own car.
Through promoting of carpooling of our Ai Ride applications students can have a convenience ride with
their friends and easy to access to everywhere. There are various impacts on carpooling users, especially
for students.

First and foremost, implementing carpooling can improve productivity of student. This is because by
using our applications, students could save more money, save time, and can even create a job
opportunity by joining our programs. It can also save money on petrol, Furthermore, by sharing a car,
this program can provide initiative, resulting in fewer cars on the road and reducing air pollution caused
by carbon emissions.

Other than improving student productivity, the Ai Ride application can also help to reduce traffic
congestion. One of the most serious problems in cities is traffic, which has made life incredibly difficult
for people, particularly students. Obviously, this leads to ineffective activity. As a result of the existence
of this Ai Ride application, we will be able to provide a new scheme of mobility service by reducing
the reliance on private car for commuting and lowering traffic congestion, particularly in urban areas
near campus. This can help students save time towards their desired destination.

Additionally, nowadays all systems and societies evolve throughout time this application has the effect
of providing a convenient and sustainable environment. Nevertheless, thanks to technological
breakthroughs, progress today is proceeding at a dizzying speed. Yet, this application also helps to
create sustainable environment by reducing gas emission and create a better environment to our country
and future generation.

The latest trends in the cookies industry are consumers wanting healthier and more nutritious products
with on-the-go convenience-sized packaging. Thus, COLACOOKIES is designed to be marketed into
the cookies world as to fulfill the needs of consumers in giving great taste in cookies. The main objective
of this COLACOOKIES will focus on health and nutrient value in its production and takes special
orders or partners with other food service companies. It also will imply the HOME-MADE concept in
producing the cookies. The description of the ingredients as well the impact of nutritious value of
cookies on customer also being highlighted in this report. Product picture is displayed in here as well
will be displayed in packaging and read the preparation method of this cookies to gain trust of
consumers. To conclude, consumers’ are more conscious of their health and nutritional needs, which
are creating a niche for gourmet and custom bakeries catering to their customer's desire for a fresher
and healthier product. So having COLACOOKIES will help to fulfil consumers’ desire along with
improving their healthy life.

Our famous COLACOOKIES is an arrangement of uniquely decorated with nuts surrounded by
delectable array of mouth-watering gourmet cookies. Our secret recipe of our product contains flour,
sugar, egg and some type of oil, fat or butter to increase our COLACOOKIES taste. Added nuts on top
of cookies will make the cookies to look yummy.
4.0 Impact Product
One of the health benefits of cookies is that they provide high nutritive value to our body. Extracting
benefits from the cookies depends on your choice. Most of consumers eat cookies for taste and they
never fail to satisfy our sweet hunger pangs. Actually, COLACOOKIES provide calories to our body
and when our body gets the calories it needs for the metabolism activities and it will also make sure that
you don’t eat too much throughout the day.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

Bake the cake. Put the baking sheet in the oven and bake the cake for 15 minutes, or until the top is
golden brown and the edges appear slightly dry.

Remove your pastries from the oven, leaving to cool. Place it on a cooling rack or place it on a plate
and let it cool until it cannot overheat when enjoyed.

Abstract

Malaysia is a country that has a hot and humid climate all year. Ice cream is considered a ‘comfort food’
to relieve stress and give pleasure to humans. with this we have produced a new product, pokrim which
is based on a combination of frozen and fried food. This product contains ingredients such as poppy
skin, cake layer and ice cream which bring a feeling of feeling on the outside and cold creamy on the
inside. This product can give a good effect to anyone who does not eat vegetables and fruit because this
product contains carbohydrates, fat and protein, which is the main source of energy for the body system.
In addition, this pokrim product is marketed frozen to make it easier for customers and save time in
accordance with the human lifestyle in today. Therefore, pokrim is very suitable for someone who is
not interested in vegetables and fruit because pokrim is full of sources of carbohydrates, fat and protein

Abstract

Genz box is a food container product that has been innovated in terms of container structure. This genz
box can be used to traders who have various types of food. Most of the problems faced by traders out
there are used food containers that are difficult to carry anywhere and have no features. special such as
handles and steam holes. With this, I took the initiative to innovate the Genz box to make it easier for
traders out there. The advantage of the genz box is that it is easy to carry anywhere because of the
structure of the container that has a handle and also it has a special hole for traders who sell hot dishes.
The special hole used to remove steam produced from hot dishes. Therefore, hot dishes can last a long
time and not easily stale. In addition, Genz box also has another advantage that in the inside of the
container there is a part that can be changed to put food. as 2,3 and 4 parts to make it easier for traders
to separate food and there are spoons and forks affixed under the lid of the container. My business
objective is to innovate in the production of products to get maximum profit and always be sensitive
and ready for any changes that occur from from time to time. In conclusion merchants can use these
products for their daily sales convenience.

1.0 Problem Statement

Most of the problems faced by traders out there are that used food containers are difficult to carry
anywhere and lack special features such as handles. The handle is a way to ensure that the food container
does not fall and is easy to carry anywhere. This problem will arise to traders and customers if the food
container is difficult to hold and carry. There are several types of customers such as children, teenagers
and the elderly. For example, if the customer is a child when they hold a food container that has no
handle the container will fall off and become unstable because there is no handle. In addition, the
problem faced by traders is stale food especially hot food because there are no ventilation holes to emit
steam. Genz box can solve the problem to prevent perishable food is by having a special hole to remove
steam for hot food so that the food can last longer. The next problem is that traders can only use one
space in the container and cannot separate food separately for dry and wet foods, for example rice, gravy
and side dishes. This problem can also cause fast food to spoil. Genz boxes have been better innovated
on the inside of the container. Genz boxes have many parts inside that can be changed to 2,3 or 4 parts
to make it easier for traders to sort their food according to taste. In addition, food containers now mostly
put spoons and forks separately. With that the problem arises because traders are careless or forget to
give spoons and forks to customers and customers also always drop their spoons and forks everywhere.
The Genz box innovates this food container by attaching a spoon and fork once up and down and affixed
under the lid of the food container. This method can prevent spoons and forks from falling out and can
make it easier for traders and customers to eat anywhere.

Genz box is a food container used from ivory paper material that has a glossy surface that can give a
luxurious impression to the appearance. This ivory paper is safe to use to store food, ivory paper has
passed the food grade standard test, so that its contents are not harmful to food ingredients. In addition,
this genz box container can be changed to several parts in the container to 2,3, or 4 parts, ivory paper
that has been folded and used as a barrier to separate food. The trader can change the position in the
prescribed manner. With this, traders can separate the inside of the container according to their own
taste. Furthermore, this genz box also has handles from the left and right sides to make it easier for
traders to carry the food container anywhere. The Genz box also has a special hole on the lid of the
container and its function is to remove hot steam from the food so that the food lasts longer. Lastly, the
genz box also provides spoons and forks that attach once top and bottom and are taped under the lid of
the container.

This product provides several benefits to users as follows:

Abstract

Foods with protein sources are among the most important nutrients for the human body. Eggs are also
one of the high protein and are also suitable for those who are on a diet. Various menus can be made
using eggs and one of them is VESHI which is sushi that is modified using eggs. The eggs are mixed
with finely ground vegetables to add nutrients to the food. For those who do not like vegetables will
also love this menu because there is no bitter taste from the vegetables. This product is processed to
attract anti-vegetable attention. To add variety to the taste of the product, eggs that are ready to be fried
will be rolled with slices of spicy meat or chicken. Customers can also add vegetables to the menu
according to their taste. Therefore, VESHI is very suitable for those who do not like vegetables because
VESHI is full of protein sources.

Based on National Morbidity and Health Survey (NHMS) 2019 statistics, 94.9 per cent of adults in the
Country do not consume the recommended amount of vegetables. The problem of vegetable intake
among children is also less emphasized by their families. As for anti -vegetables, they will isolate the
vegetables found in the food. For them, all vegetables have the same taste which is bitter and chelated
taste which suppresses their appetite. So, I innovated VESHI SUSHI which is blended with vegetables
without any bitterness from the vegetables. Of course those who are not interested in vegetables can
also eat this VESHI. It can also add protein to their body.

3.0 Product Description
VESHI is sushi without glutinous rice. I replace glutinous rice with egg. To make it more interesting I
add blended vegetables into it. After finished cooked the egg I rolled it with slices chicken or beef. I
also make various flavour such as spicy and buttermilk to make it mouth-watering.
4.0 Product Impact
There’s a lot benefit in VESHI. The vegetable that I used is broccoli, may support the immune system
especially for child, carrot that may support cholesterol balance and heart health. Others vegetable that
I used is mashed potato because it has vitamin B-6 because vitamin B-6 helps support your metabolism
and the last one is capsicum. Capsicum is good for eye because it has capsicums are high in lutein and
zeaxanthin, two carotenoids that can protect your retina from oxidative damage. And the main
ingredient is egg. As we know egg are full of nutrients such as calcium that can help your bones stay
strong.

Abstract

Consuming jackfruit seeds can produce leftovers in the form of jackfruit seeds, because only a few
people know the nutritional content and how to process jackfruit seeds, so they just throw away the
jackfruit seeds after eating the fruit and eventually become garbage. Jackfruit seeds can be processed
into an alternative ingredient in making muffin cakes. The purpose of this study is to find out how to
process jackfruit seeds to be used as an alternative material to make muffins, determine the quality of
jackfruit seed muffins related to texture, taste, and color and to know the influence of jackfruit seeds on
jackfruit seeds. efficiency finances the making of muffin cakes. The benefits of Jackfruit seed muffins
are such as being able to fight anemia, digestive health, improve vision and reduce the risk of blood

in addition, it can also improve vision because jackfruit seeds contain vitamin A, a nutrient known to
improve vision health. Vitamin A deficiency can cause blindness. eyeballs can also prevent cataracts
and macular degeneration.

How to make jackfruit seed muffins?
Ingredients needed to make jackfruit seed muffins are 170 g wheat flour, 200g ground jackfruit seeds,
100 g margarine, 80g fine granulated sugar, 2 grade B or A eggs, 180 ml condensed milk and 100 g
choc chips

Preheat the oven to 175C, base the muffin pan with a suitable paper cup or us a hard type muffin cup.
Set it inside.

Put the batter in a muffin paper cup and bake at 175c for 25 minutes until it turns golden yellow.

Cool on the net before wrapping. Preheat the oven to 175C, base the muffin pan with a suitable paper

Abstract

Chicken is one of the best food to eat especially chicken drumstick which is one of the most favourite
part to eat no matter what age you are but they are usually small and not much. That is why we produce
our product to the world which is MEATBONE. MEATBONE is chicken drumstick but bigger with
crispy crust on the outside and mouth watering filling inside the meat which is hard boiled egg, cheese
and other meat such as lamb meat, cow meat or seafood like prawn and cuttlefish. This product gives
consumer satisfaction and fill the stomach as MEATBONE has a very big chicken outer layer and
different topping inside like a pinata ready to break it. This product is good for energy and building
muscle since it has a very big amount protein and calories come from chicken, meats, cheese and
hardboiled egg which is used in muscle repairing and building. In addition, you can choose green
toppings such as vegetables and fruit to replace meat so you can add carbs to your meal. The conclusion
is MEATBONE is the best choice if you want to eat fulfilling chicken drumstick with it big size and
mouthwatering inside and it also has many inside topping to choose to fulfil your desire.

1.0 Problem Statement

The main issue with normal drumstick is the only differences is with its flavour and spices such as spicy
chicken or Honey chicken. In additional the size of the drumstick is to small and hardly fulfilling. This
is because chickens are relatively small than other animals. Chicken drumstick also only rich protein
because it only contains meat, only consuming meat protein for long term is not healthy because we
have less nutrient to use for our body, plus only eating meat protein to lose will make you lose fat in
not healthy way than consuming carbohydrate, protein and other nutrient.

2.0 Objectives

This product objective is to make eating chicken drumstick more fulfilling because the size is bigger
than normal chicken drumstick, it also has lot more flavor because it contain core which is hardboiled
egg, cheese and can choose between vegetable, lamb meat, cow meat and seafood. This product is
also healthier than normal drumstick because it containsother nutrients such as carbs and vitamins
from the ingredient we use such as vegetable and seafood.

3.0 Product Description
MEATBONE is a drumstick with bigger size, crust on the outside and mouth-watering filling inside
the meat which is hardboiled egg, cheese and other meat such as lamb meat, cow meat or seafood like
prawn and cuttlefish. MEATBONE offer more fulfilling feels like breaking down a pinata that
contains candy because of the core filling inside the chicken.
4.0 Product Impact
MEATBONE contains more nutrients such as carbohydrates, iron, protein, vitamin A, vitamin C,
Magnesium, vitamin B6, omega 3 from meat, egg and seafood than normal drumstick thus healthier,
so people can be consuming it without worrying because of various ingredients we use to make it. Its
value per price is also reasonable because of its sheer size which is absolutely bigger than drumstick
and flavor it has from multiple core fillings.

How to make a MEATBONE?
4 chicken drumstick, 4 hardboiled egg, ¼ cup of breadcrumbs, 3 tablespoon of milk, 500 mg ground
chicken, 1 tablespoon of salt, black pepper, 1 egg, lamb meat, cow meat, cuttlefish, sardines,
mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, capsicum, carrots, broccoli.

• Make chicken drumstick tulips by using scissor and knife to make all the meat inside out.

Soak breadcrumbs in milk and knead mix in a bowl with ground chicken, salt, black pepper, egg and
vegetable oil or palm oil.

Fold the mix with hardboiled egg, cheese, capsicum, carrots, broccoli and cook cow meat or lamb
meat or sardines or cuttlefish. Add the mix until it is fully cover the core ingredients.

Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 15-25 minutes until it become golden yellow.

Abstract

Qieffo's Burger is a food product created from unique recipes and also a mixture of high-quality
ingredients. Qieffo's Burger is also a burger stall that provides affordable prices to customers around
Taman Suria, especially students of Johor Bahru Metro Polytechnic. Polytechnic students and residents
around Taman Suria say that they are often hungry at night and it is difficult to find food that has
affordable prices. In addition, most of the burgers sold there are the same type and do not have new
variations. So, with the stall Qieffo's burger, we've sold burgers with new variations, such as "Rainbow
Cheese," which contains a cheese mixture as well as high-quality ingredients. Rainbow Cheese Burgers
have a unique recipe that is the main menu in our stall to attract customers. This recipe will make
teenagers more interested because they prefer cheese-based foods and also contagious foods on social
media. The objective of Qieffo's Burger is that we want to introduce our products in all areas of the
state of Johor. In addition, we also want to increase the promotion of our products on social media such
as Instagram, Tiktok, and Facebook for all levels of society to see the existence of our products. At
affordable prices, customers can taste the deliciousness of premium burgers.

easily available anywhere but not all types of burgers can meet the tastes of customers. A common
problem among polytechnic students and residents of Taman Suria is the lack of innovation in burgers.

ii. We also want to increase the promotion of our products on social media such as Instagram,
Tiktok, and Facebook for all levels of society to see the existence of our products.

iii. We will also improve our products with the help of feedback from customers who have tried
the product us.

3.0 Product Description
Qieffo's Burger is a food product in the shape of a round bread cut in half and filled with patties taken
from meat and chicken and filled with vegetables such as salad, tomatoes and onions. To add more
flavor, we add sauces such as mayonnaise, chili sauce. as well as other seasonings, not to forget also
the rainbow cheese which is made from high quality ingredients. Qieffo's Burger has a larger burger
size than regular burgers sold out there. The satisfaction enjoyed by customers will be worth it because
of the texture of the burger which has a variety of colors with a blend of flavored cheeses.
4.0 Impact Product
This product benefits users as follows:

i. Consumers can enjoy burgers that have a twist.
ii. Users can recognize their own favorite tastes.
iii. Can attract teenagers to try contagious foods.

Abstract

Food is a basic human need. Food is able to give a delicious satisfaction to a person. The taste of a food
can effect the perception and emotions of an individual when enjoying it. Therefore, Western Melayu
is designed to satisfy consumers by creating a product that is Custom Pizza (fast food). This product is
suitable and relevant for children to adults. But as such, this product has a problem that this product
cannot meet the desired needs of customers who are able to increase the customer's taste for this food.
The main objective for Western Melayu is to target products in the Malaysian market and be able to
provide the best satisfaction to customers who enjoy these products. In addition, the Western Melayu
innovates on its products by adding certain items and customers can choose the items they want to place
on the pizza so that customers who enjoy this food are delighted and satisfied. By doing this innovation,
the products marketed by Western Melayu can improve the quality of the product in terms of taste.
Thus, the Western Melayu can increase sales revenue that can maximize profits. In conclusion, Western
Melayu offers fast food that can satisfy the tastes of customers throughout Malaysia.

satisfy the taste of every customer. There are a few customers who want to enjoy Western Melayu
products, namely pizza. However, some of them do not like vegetables and suffering from allergies to
certain foods such as seafood and so on. The effect can cause the skin to become itchy and rash.
Therefore, Western Melayu has innovated its pizza into a custom pizza that customers can modify the
pizza filling according to their own favorite taste.

2.0 Objective

This product has been designed to achieve the objective of giving the opportunity to those who have
food allergies to enjoy their favorite foods. Therefore, I have innovated pizza products into custom
pizza.

3.0 Product Description
Custom pizza is a product that contains ingredients that consist of chicken, meat, pieces of meat, seafood
tomato sauce and covered by melted cheese. Each customer can choose a specific item to be placed on
their pizza slices. This allows them to taste their own taste that they want.
4.0 Product Impact
The nutrients and benefits of the products found in pizza are like having tomato sauce which has benefits
such as vitamin C that can improve eyesight. Next, chicken and beef that work to build muscle, support
a healthy metabolism and support the development of the immune system. seafood is able to increase
the content of iodine in the body. This can cause a person to have a low risk of diseases such as mumps.
In addition, vegetables can also provide nutrition that is able to repair bones because they are rich in
calcium.

Chicken meat * 1 cup wheat flour
Vegetables * 1/4 cup fine salt
Beef * A little cooking oil @ olive oil
Tomato sauce * 3-5 drops of food coloring
Cheese * 1/4 cup water

HOW TO MAKE PIZZA

The pizza will be in the oven for 6 to 8 minutes. Before putting the pizza in the oven, turn the oven on
250 ° C 30 minutes before the pizza is placed in it.

STEP TO MAKE PIZZA
• shape the dough into rounds and spread the tomato sauce on the surface of the finished dough.
Next, place ingredients such as chicken, pieces of meat, some vegetables or seafood on the
surface of the dough. Then, place the cheese on top of the ingredients that have been placed.
Ready to put in the oven.
• Put the pizza in a preheated oven at 250C for 30 minutes. Leave in the oven for 6 to 8
minutes.
• remove the cooked pizza from the oven and ready to serve.
