BIDANG TUGAS PENGURUSAN KOLEJ VOKASIONAL

2.8.1 PENGARAH
1. Menentukan hala tuju kolej melalui pelaksanaan dasar-dasar dan matlamat Pendidikan Vokasional
KPM
2. Merancang, mengurus dan memantau pengurusan pendidikan dan latihan mengikut bidang kurikulum
dan program akademik KV
3. Merancang peningkatan program dan aktiviti pengurusan kualiti KV termasuk bantuan perkhidmatan
pengurusan kualiti bagi proses PdP di setiap tahap dan fungsi kolej.
4. Merancang dan mewujudkan jalinan kolaborasi dengan pihak komuniti, industri dan agensi luar bagi
melaksanakan pembangunan dan pengkomersilan, pendidikan berasaskan produk PBE.
5. Merancang, mengurus dan memantau pengurusan hal ehwal pelajar, kokurikulum, bimbingan dan
kauseling, perkhidmatan sumber maklumat pengajaran, pembelajaran dan penyelidikan selaras
dengan dasar pendidikan vokasional KPM.
6. Menggerakkan sumber secara optimum termasuk program latihan staf KV bagi membangunkan
organisasi secara menyeluruh berdasarkan kurikulum pendidikan vokasional KPM
7. Mengurus dan memantau hal ehwal pentadbiran, perkhidmatan dan peruntukan kewangan bagi
menyokong program pendidikan KV.

2.8.2 TIMBALAN PENGARAH AKADEMIK

1. Bertanggungjawab mengurus dan menyelaras semua jabatan bidang akademik.
2. Merancang, menyelaras, memantau dan menilai program-program Kurikulum Vokasional termasuk

Pendidikan Berasaskan Produk (Production - Based Education) dan School Enterprise.
3. Merancang, menyelaras, memantau dan menilai pelaksanaan kurikulum KV.
4. Merancang, menyelaras, dan menilai proses pengajaran dan pembelajaran untuk menghasilkan

outcome yang menepati kebolehpasaran, keusahawanan dan kebolehkerjaan.
5. Merancang, menyelaras, mengurus dan memantau pengurusan pentaksiran pelajar, penyediaan

instrumen penilaian, pelaksanaan peperiksaan, pengurusan keputusan dan pensijilan KV.
6. Bertanggungjawab merancang dan mengurus kewangan bagi bidang akademik.
7. Merancang, menyelaras, mengurus dan memantau latihan industri pelajar melalui hubungan dan

kolaboratif dengan pihak industri.
8. Merancang, menyelaras, memantau dan menilai program pembangunan staf termasuk latihan

kepimpinan, peningkatan kompetensi dan kemahiran komunikasi tenaga pengajar akademik.
9. Merancang, menyelaras, memantau dan menilai program perhubungan dengan agensi-agensi luar

termasuk perkhidmatan rundingcara dan temuduga kerjaya.
10. Bertanggungjawab merancang, mengurus dan menyelaras infrastruktur dan prasarana bagi bidang

akademik.
11. Menjalankan tugas-tugas rasmi lain yang diarahkan oleh Pengarah dari semasa ke semasa.

2.8.3 TIMBALAN PENGARAH SOKONGAN AKADEMIK

1. M1e.rancang, mengurus, memantau dan menilai program pengambilan pelajar,
pembangunan pelajar termasuk hal-hal berkaitan peraturan dan disiplin.

2. M2e.rancang, mengurus, memantau dan menilai program ko-akademik, sukan dan
kokurikulum.

3. M3e.rancang, mengurus, memantau dan menilai program-program psikologi dan kerjaya.
4. M4e.rancang dan mengurus program pembinaan sahsiah pelajar untuk mencapai

kemenjadian pelajar KV.

5. M5e.rancang, mengurus dan memantau pengurusan asrama termasuk aktiviti-aktiviti
pembangunan insaniah pelajar.

6. M6e.rancang, mengurus, memantau dan menilai program-program dan aktiviti-aktiviti pusat
sumber bagi menyokong program pendidikan KV.

7. M7e.rancang, menyelaras dan menyelia program-program ICT dan teknologi untuk
menyokong proses Pengajaran dan Pembelajaran.

8. M8e.rancang dan menyelaras pengurusan perhubungan awam dan agensi luar.
9. M9e.rancang, mengawalselia, dan memantau projek-projek kecil pembangunan dan kerja-

kerja senggaraan fizikal, serta projek 5S bagi KV.
10. M1e0ra.ncang, mengurus dan mengawalselia program Kesedaran Keselamatan dan

Kesihatan Pekerja ( OHSAS - Occupation health and safety assessment series for health
and safety management systems ).
11. M1e1m.bantu mengawalselia dan mengurus kewangan bagi bidang sokongan akademik.

2.8.4 KETUA JAMINAN KUALITI
1. Sekretariat Pengurusan Kualiti Kolej Voksional.
2. Merancang, melaksana, menyelaras dan memantau program / aktiviti pengurusan kualiti KV.
3. Memberi bimbingan (coaching and mentoring) pengurusan kualiti pendidikan, pengajaran dan
pembelajaran dan program sokongan kualiti. (Unit Latihan dan Kemajuan Staf (ULKS)).
4. Mengawal selia program dan perkhidmatan tidak akur, pembetulan, pencegahan dan
penambahbaikan program dan aktiviti.
5. Merancang dan mengurus pengauditan program (akademik) dan aktiviti serta kewangan di peringkat
KV.
6. Menyebarluas amalan kepimpinan terbaik di semua peringkat pengurusan KV bagi peningkatan
profesionalisme melalui maklumbalas pelanggan dan aduan pelanggan.
7. Menyelaras pembudayaan inovasi dan penyelidikan.
8. Menyelaras pengumpulan laporan, data dan rekod di bawah bidang Jaminan Kualiti.
9. Menjalankan tugas-tugas rasmi lain yang diarahkan oleh Pengarah dari semasa ke semasa.

2.8.5 KETUA JABATAN PENDIDIKAN UMUM
1. Bertanggungjawab menyelaras pengurusan dan aktiviti Unit Bahasa, Unit Sains dan Matematik, Unit
Kemanusiaan dan Unit Teras Umum.
2. Membantu merancang, menyelaras dan memantau program-program Kurikulum Kolej Vokasional bagi
Bahasa, Unit Sains dan Matematik, Unit Kemanusiaan dan Unit Teras Umum.
3. Menyelaras, memantau dan menilai pelaksanaan kurikulum Bidang Bahasa, Sains & Matematik , Unit
Kemanusiaan dan Unit Teras Umum.
4. Menyelaras, mengurus dan memantau pengurusan pentaksiran dan penyediaan instrumen penilaian
bagi Bidang Bahasa, Sains & Matematik, Kemanusiaan, dan Unit Teras Umum.
5. Mengurus keperluan kewangan bagi Bidang Bahasa, Sains & Matematik dan Kemanusiaan. dan Unit

2.8.6 KETUA JABATAN BIDANG VOKASIONAL

1. Bertanggungjawab menyelaras pengurusan dan aktiviti Bidang Vokasional.
2. Membantu merancang, menyelaras dan memantau program-program Kurikulum Bidang

Vokasional termasuk Pendidikan Berasaskan Produk (Production - Based Education) dan School
Enterprise.
3. Menyelaras, memantau dan menilai pelaksanaan kurikulum Bidang Vokasional.

2.8.7 KETUA PROGRAM

1. Bertanggungjawab terhadap pengurusan dan pelaksanaan PdP kursus Vokasional mengikut standard
kurikulum KV.
a. Menyediakan rancangan untuk peningkatan dan kecemerlangan program
b. Memastikan penggunaan modul yang kemaskini
c. Menentukan penggunaan alat bantu mengajar dan kaedah-kaedah pengajaran dan
pembelajaran yang kemaskini
d. Merancang dan menyelaras penjadualan waktu tenaga pengajar
e. Menyediakan Rancangan Sesi Latihan semester

2. Bertanggungjawab terhadap pengurusan dan pelaksanaan pentaksiran berdasarkan modul
kompetensi dan keperluan kursus Vokasional yang ditawarkan.
a. Menyemak soalan pentaksiran berterusan dan skema pemarkahannya
b. Menggunakan keputusan analisis pentaksiran unutk mengkaji serta mencari jalan untuk
memajukan taraf pencapaian akademik dari semasa ke masa
c. Mengenalpasti masalah kelemahan pelajar darn mencari langkah-langkah untuk
mengatasinya

3. Bertanggungjawab terhadap pengurusan dan pelaksanaan takwim akademik KV bagi kursus
Vokasional.
a. Menyelenggara fail-fail unit seperti minit mesyuarat, rekod tenaga pengajar, rekod pelajar,
analisis pentaksiran, jadula waktu, pesanan peralatan dan bahan, pelupusan,
perkembangan staf, program motivasi dan lawatan pelajar dan hal-hal yang berkaitan.
b. Mencadangkan bahan rujukan yang perlu ada di pusat sumber atau rujukan tenaga pelajar.
c. Menyediakan bahan-bahan atau alat-alat untuk pameran, jika diperlukan.
d. Mengadakan tindak balas kepada setiap perubahan baru yang diperlukan seperti
penambahbaikan modul vokasional, pengkaedahan pengajaran dan pembelajaran baru, jika
ada
e. Membantu membuat anggaran perbelanjaan tahunan
f. Mengadakan program untuk meningkatkan kecemerlangan akademik dalam unitnya.

4. Bertanggungjawab terhadap pengurusan dan pelaksanaan PBE, SE dan pencapaian prestasi bagi
kursus Vokasional.
a. Menguruskan perjalanan aktiviti-aktiviti bimbingan, pemulihan dan pengayaan bagi pelajar
kolej
b. Merancang aktiviti inovasi dan rekacipta pelajar dan tenaga pengajar.

5. Menjalankan tugas-tugas rasmi lain yang diarahkan oleh Pengarah dari semasa ke semasa.

2.8.8 KETUA UNIT PENTAKSIRAN

1. Menyediakan jadual penilaian dan pentaksiran untuk setiap semester
2. Merancang dan menubuhkan JK Pembinaan Item dan skema pemarkahan mengikut bidang
3. Menguruskan percetakan, tempat menyimpan, pembahagian dan pengedaran kertas soalan.
4. Memproses keputusan pentaksiran berterusan (PB) dan penilaian akhir (PA) untuk mendapatkan

keputusan keseluruhan.
5. Menguruskan kaedah dan bentuk pelaporan keputusan penilaian dan pentaksiran.
6. Menjalankan tugas-tugas rasmi lain yang diarahkan oleh Pengarah dari semasa ke semasa.

2.8.9 KETUA BENGKEL
1. Mengajar mata pelajaran mengikut kursus/opsyen dalam bidang berkaitan

2. Melaksanakan Rancangan Pengajaran Semester mengikut modul yang berkaitan
Membantu mengawal selia aktiviti amali pelajar dan memastikan pelaksanaannya mengikut garis
3. panduan yang disediakan oleh Lembaga Peperiksaaan dan BPTV

4. Mengurus, menyelenggara dan bertanggungjawab dalam aspek keselamatan, kebersihan dan
keceriaan (3K) di bengkel

5. Membantu membuat pesanan peralatan dan bahan, pelupusan, program motivasi dan lawatan
pelajar dan hal-hal yang berkaitan.

Bertanggungjawab terhadap pelaksanaan tatacara Pengurusan Aset Alih Kerajaan (TPA) Kew. PA-2

MATLAMAT (GOALS):

The aims of this course is to give a comprehensive understanding about principles and practical applications of metrology especially
in mechanical and machining technology.

SINOPSIS (SYNOPSIS):

Basic Principles of Metrology, Semi-Precision Measurement, Precision Measuring Instrument, High Precision Measuring Instrument,
Limits Fits and Tolerance, Geometrical Dimensional and Tolerance

HASIL PEMBELAJARAN (LEARNING OUTCOMES):
Upon completion of the course, students will be able to:

KEHADIRAN / PERATURAN SEMASA KULIAH (LECTURE ATTENDANCE / REGULATION):
1. Pelajar mesti hadir tidak kurang dari 80% masa pertemuan yang ditentukan bagi sesuatu kursus.

Students must attend lectures not less than 80% of the contact hours for every course.
2. Pelajar yang tidak memenuhi perkara (1) di atas tidak dibenarkan menghadiri kuliah dan menduduki sebarang bentuk penilaian

selanjutnya. Markah sifar (0) akan diberikan kepada pelajar yang gagal memenuhi perkara (1).
Students who do not fulfil (1) will not be allowed to attend further lectures and sit for any further examination. Zero mark (0) will be
given to students who fail to comply with (1).
3. Pelajar perlu mengikut dan patuh kepada peraturan berpakaian yang berkuat kuasa dan menjaga disiplin diri masing-masing untuk
mengelakkan dari tindakan tatatertib diambil terhadap pelajar.
