A. CARA MEMASAK NASI
1. Panaskan minyak dalam periuk.
2. Tumiskan bawang merah, bawang putih, halia, pelaga, kulit kayu manis dan bunga lawing
sehinga kuning dan berbau harum.
3. Masukan beras dan goreng sebentar.(5minit)
4. Masukan air rebusan ayam dan kacau.
5. Masukan daun pandan dan biarkan nasi masak.
B. CARA MEMASAK AYAM
1. Rebuskan ayam bersama hirisan bawang merah, bawang putih, halia dan garam.
(selama 15 minit) Setelah masak, simpan airnya untuk di buat sup dan masak nasi.
2. Keluarkan ayam dan toskan.
3. Lumurkan ayam dengan kicap pekat, jintan putih dan minyak bijan (perapkan sekurang-
kurangnya 30 minit)
4. Panaskan minyak dalam kuali.
5. Gorengkan ayam sehingga masak.
C. CARA MEMASAK SUP
1. Tumiskan bawang putih dan halia sehingga kuning keemasan.
2. Masukan air rebusan ayam dan lada hitam. Biarkan ia mendidih.

3 ‘Seal’ plastic tersebut menggunakan alat ‘seal’ tersebut atau lidi untuk menggantikannya.
