The Grade One Apple, led by adviser Mrs. Marilyn R. Castro, took
part in the W.A.T.C.H. campaign on March 25, 2022, using a PowerPoint
Presentation with the topic

"Instilling the Culture of Honesty and Time Consciousness during
Pandemic." In a variety of methods, she highlighted the importance of
punctuality and honesty to the students. We Advocate Time Consciousness
and Honesty (W.A.T.C.H.) is a collaborative value advocacy initiative with the
goal of instilling the virtue of timeliness and honesty in our students. This
program is seen as a key step toward bringing about a profound transformation
in the lives of our youngsters. As young as they are, kids must practice and
apply the importance of these two essential concepts.

School had an orientation thru PLC last March 4, 2022. The grade
levels have been simultaneously implemented the project in their
respective classes starting on March 25, 2022.

The value of honesty and punctuality cannot be taught but they can
be caught by simply modeling the practice and making it a habit. Awareness
of the benefits we can derive from this program is indeed important most

the targets of this project is for the learners to become makes more discipline and be

Project W.A.T.C.H. is one of the school projects in Rizal Elementary School for this
school year 2021 -2022. It is a significant campaign that would be beneficial to everyone even
those of future generations that we teachers be possibly handling and may result to value
reformation. Having its main goal which is societal development and transformation, with the
two fundamental values – honesty and timeliness – makes this endeavor great and largely
possible.

There are five legal basis that made this W.A.T.C.H project happened which has been
comprehensively discussed and shared to us by Mrs. Maribel M. Escalo, our project school
coordinator during the professional learning community and Project W.A.T.C.H Kick -Off. This
gives us an extensive challenge to give our best in incorporating our duties and responsibilities
with honesty and timeliness for everyone’s progress in carrying out our jobs as well as to set as
models to these learners that we’re molding for them to acquire and exercise these two essential
values which may in turn positively influence more people around them.

In support to this advocacy, we the teachers at Rizal Elementary School joined this
campaign by letting our pupils know about the project and its objectives. On March 25 -Friday,
the class advisers have presented the campaign for this project by giving them a brief background
about it.

The campaign was started with the W.A.T.C.H prayer played through and audio- visual
presentation. This was followed by showing them a video about the Project W.A.T.C.H Jingle.
Afterwards, they were given some information about the project reiterating the two values that
are aimed to be instilled in this endeavor -honesty and punctuality – This was done through a
short lecture using the PowerPoint presentation being shared by our project school coordinator,
Maribel M. Escalo.

Hereinbelow are the documentations submitted by each class adviser in grade two as a
proof of their strong support to this school project.

Grade Two Sampaguita campaign on the project W.A.T.C.H. last March 31, 2022, was briefly
explained by their adviser. The core values that they must possess as they grow was the focus of this
program wherein if they trained themselves on it, this will eventually one of their best values. Pupils
also gave some examples on how to be honest and punctual even in times of pandemic and all their
sharing of thoughts was well appreciated and the adviser reminded the learners to continue showing
and conveying these values.

What is Punctuality and Honesty? Punctuality is the characteristic of being able to
complete a required task or fulfill an obligation before or at a previously designated time; while
Honesty is when you speak the truth and act truthfully. Many children think honesty means you
"don't tell a lie"-- and speaking the truth is a big part of being honest. For the pupils, being honest
and punctual it helps them manage their academic and personal life. Rizal Elementary School
launched Project WATCH which aims is to strengthen the values of punctuality and honesty

Project W.A.T.C.H. aims to push forward the recognition of honesty and punctuality as
the two important core values in promoting national development. They provide effective
programs, and activities to enhance the importance of punctuality and honesty as elements of
success in our daily lives. As an advocate of the project, our school wants to inculcate time
consciousness and honesty within the learners, parents, and teaching personnel. The Grade Two
Pitimini joins the program and had our virtual Project W.A.T.C.H. campaign wherein the learners
listen and learn the significance of being honest and punctual amidst a pandemic.

We advocate Time-Consciousness and Honesty or also known as Project WATCH is a
project that inculcates values of being punctual and respect for the truth. This is a program
adapted by the Rizal Elementary School where the students of Grade 2 Sunflower actively
participated. The program was presented to the class last March 24, 2022, where the students
started with a prayer followed by the project’s jingle. As the teacher give a brief explanation
about the slides, the students are actively listening and participating as to why the project is
important and the values that can help them as an individual in relation with this project.
