The P.U.L.S.E System is a versatile new way to rapidly evacuate non-ambulatory
patients to a safety zone during the threat of an impending natural disaster. The P.U.L.S.E System can also be used as a stationary Point-of-Care system for handling surge during a mass care incident. With its on-board generator, HVAC, O2, Patient monitoring, and suction at each bedside, the P.U.L.S.E System is designed to be a fully functioning stand-alone system. Each entry way is equipped with retractable ramps to aid in patient access.
While in transit in an aircraft, on a ship, on a truck or even by train, the P.U.L.S.E System can be tied into the electrical system of the vehicle to operate for longer periods and to conserve fuel. A shore line hookup is also included for accessing an existing electrical grid.
All medical supplies are stored in overhead compartments. A refrigerator, microwave, water system, and restroom are included for patient and caregiver comfort. The P.U.L.S.E. System is the answer for emergency evacuation of non-ambulatory patients.

Each patient bed is equipped with a vital signs monitor which is tied to a central monitoring station, oxygen, IV holder, patient chart holder, suction unit, medical air, and two outlets.
Air Conditioning and Heat is distributed throughout the system by a duct system that runs the length of the unit. Emergency sprinklers, Emergency lighting and Exit signs above each doorway (3) and fluorescent lights are standard equipment.
The electrical system is designed to be run off of the included generator, or the 50Amp Shoreline Receptacle, or the Railway Power Receptacle. The interior walls, floors, and ceiling are covered with
a decontaminable substrate and will add to the insulation of the system against the elements. 1’ thick steel crossbeams at each doorway are added to the structure of the system for retaining structural integrity during use and transport.
The cargo area is sealed and ventilated to provide optimum airflow and to restrict unwanted seepage into the patient treatment area. The cargo is divided to provide individual compartments for the oxygen cylinders, generator, electrical, waste water containment, suction, compressor, and HVAC.
The restroom is equipped with a locking sliding door, commode, corner sink, handicapped railing, and decontaminable walls.
This system is able to be transported via ship, train, flatbed tractor trailer, cargo plane, or cargo helicopter. It can be used as an on-site surge capacity, portable hospital or patient isolation area (when equipped with a negative pressure package).

This unit is the complete package
for any disaster response. It includes
a pharmacy, surgical sets, operating suites with anesthesia and a procedural capability of 14 simultaneous procedures in disaster conditions and much more!
The Mobile ICU/OR system is based on a tractor trailer platform that expands with four side pods. Each system is self sufficient and can be linked to existing facilities. Triage 1000 patients per week, provide care sta- tions for 12 patients for extended periods oftimeandperformcontinuousprocedures intheoperatingsuites.Assumingathrough- put of 3 patients per bed per day, that is 252 patients per week. Hospital level air quality
is provided through three negative pressure zones.
A compliment of surgical instruments allow for rapid surgical intervention of multiple patients simultaneously. There are thirty different instrument sets in this configu- ration. Two fully functional operating the- aters with anesthesia equipment and twelve ventilator SICU beds allow a maximum of 14 simultaneous procedure areas. A staff of 2 to a maximum staff of 20 per twelve hour
shift can be accommodated in this facility. The front two pods are operating suites. The rear pods expand to form an ICU and nursing suite. There are three isolation systems in the trailer allowing for every patient to be isolated. The rear expands outward to provide an anteroom entrance for negative and positive pressure.
With 2 anesthesia machines, 12 ventilators, portable laboratory equipment, and 2 defibrillators the operating suites are state
of the art. In addition, 12 patient monitors with a monitoring system are all standard. Rounding the diagnostic package is a radiologycomponentofportableultrasounds, adigitalX-RAYunitandviewingstation linked to operating room viewing platforms and printers. Each ICU bed has a complete set of diagnostic equipment mounted on the wall for more complete patient monitoring.
One of the ICU beds can be converted into
a Dental or ophthalmic procedure chair. A bottled cascade system, a liquid oxygen system and bedside bottled oxygen are included. All of the surgical equipment needed is part of this package. This systems mobile command centers, triage and patient record tracking, inventory tracking and a pharmacy tracking system make it a technologically superior unit.

The MedStat off-road ambulance features a fully enclosed, all aluminum patient compartment that secures a full size cot and seating for up to two attendants and a driver. The MedStat unit has three base models that range from a basic entry level product up to a fully loaded high-end version. All these models come with an extensive list of options that gives the customer the flexibility to build the MedStat unit that best fits their needs.
The MedStat is the safest, UTV based, off-

The Wildfire off-road fire fighting/rescue vehicle features the largest water volume and fire suppression capability of any machine in its class. As standard
a 160 gallon capacity low profile poly water tank with an integrated 16 gallon foam concentrate cell is provided.
The Wildfire has been pre-engineered with field proven components as standard to assure the durability and consistent operations required in
its working environment. These features include a Honda 13 horsepower engine driving a Darley Davey pump and foam system, with electric start, booster hose reel with hose and nozzle and three 7ft. lengths of hard suction hose for refilling from draft.
An extensive array of options are also available to allow the end user to have the Wildfire constructed in a configuration that will meet and exceed their specific requirements.

Plan for Your Risks
There are actions that should be taken before, during and after an event that are unique to each hazard. Identify the hazards that have happened or could happen in your area and plan for the unique actions for each. Local Emergency management offices can help identify the hazards in your area and outline the local plans and recommendations for each. Share the hazard-specific information with family members and include pertinent materials in your family disaster plan.
Find out from local government emergency management how you will be notified for each kind of disasters, both natural and man-made. You should also inquire about alert and warning systems for workplace, schools and other locations. Methods of getting your attention vary from community to community. One common method is to broadcast via emergency radio and TV broadcasts. You might hear a special siren, or get a telephone call, or in rare circumstances, volunteers and emergency workers may go door-to- door.
In planning for emergencies, all of these individual differences make it important for every household and each individual to consider what they need in their plans and their supplies. A few examples of considerations for tailoring your plans and supplies include:
• Households with children should understand the school’s plans and where the children will stay safe if adults in the household need to shelter in other locations until the immediate hazard is over.
• Individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing should make sure that they can receive emergency alerts and warnings in an accessible form.
• Individuals who require accessible transportation should work with their local paratransit and disability service providers to make an emergency plan.
• People who speak languages other than English may need to identify sources of alerts and warnings and information about community plans in other languages.
• People without vehicles should know local plans for public transportation and may need to make arrangements for transportation from local government, organizations or others.
• Households with infants should plan for food and supplies for infants and nursing mothers.
• People with dietary needs should have an adequate emergency food supply to meet their needs.
• People who take medications should maintain an adequate supply, and copies of their prescriptions.
• People with service animals should work with local emergency management to ensure that their service dog will be admitted to shelters with them during emergencies (as required by law) and should make sure their plan kit supplies include food and other items for their service animal.
• People who require power for medical or other assistive devices should consider how they will maintain the use of these devices if there is a loss of power. Keep extra batteries for small devices (hearing aids, cell phones for example) and consider obtaining and learning how to use a generator for home use and carrying a charger when away from home, especially
when loss of power may jeopardize health or safety.
