RESOLUTION 8 IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the delegates at the 86th Virtual
District Conference held on May 29, 2021 that the following be
proposed by adopted as the District Strategic Plan:

proposed by a. Achieve 100% Registration of Rotarians on My Rotary.
b. Achieve 100% of Clubs adopting a Club Strategic Plan.
District Strategic c. Mandatory for Club Presidents to attend PETs before they take office,

unless exempted by the Incoming District Governor.
d. Club Officers to complete the RI On-line learning before taking office.
e. Encourage clubs to propose their qualified members to be appointed as

district officers

Strategic Priority Goal 2 – Membership
a. Achieve a minimum annual increase of 10% per club

b. Achieve a minimum annual retention of 90% per club

per year.
c. Achieve 100 clubs with a total membership of 3000 by

end of 5 years.
d. Encourage formation of Satellite and E-Clubs especially

in areas that do not have a Rotary Club.
e. To achieve participation of at least 50% of Club

members attending District Training Assembly and
District Conference.

District Rotary Foundation Chair

The District Rotary Foundation chairs serve for three years, providing continuity of leadership for Foundation fundraising and grant activities in the district. As chairs, you
work with regional staff to help subcommittees succeed. Under the governor’s leadership, you also work with subcommittee chairs to plan, coordinate, and evaluate

Foundation activities.

Additional function:
To collate, monitor and maintain record of reciprocal DDF from other Districts
To collate and maintain record of the Global Grants carried out by our clubs as host clubs as well as international partners.

GRANTS SUBCOMMITTEE MANAGE AND PROMOTE ROTARY GRANTS AND PARTICIPATION IN THE ROTARY PEACE CENTRES
PROGRAM

Stewardship Subcommittee Responsible for ensuring the careful management of Rotary grant funds and for educating Rotarians on effective grant
management.

Polio plus Subcommittee Promote, to Rotarians and the community, the Foundation’s polio eradication efforts and organize fundraisers.

Paul Harris Society Coordinator Use Foundation reports to identify prospective members, thank members who have fulfilled their annual commitment,
and remind those who have not

Annual Fund Subcommittee Encourage contributions to the Foundation, including recurring and online giving, corporate matching gifts, and support
from community foundations

Endowment/Major Gifts Subcommittee Coordinate the identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of potential donors to the Endowment Fund.
