INSTRUCTIONS FOR NOMINATIONS
● Projects conducted during the Rotary year 2021-2022 and reported to RMIS by 07th of June will
be eligible to be nominated for awards.
● In order to be eligible for an award in a specific avenue (primary/secondary), the project should
have been reported in RMIS under the same primary/secondary avenue, unless specified
otherwise.
● Only one (01) project can be nominated under each category. Further, please make sure to

project emerges a winner of the respective category, only the clubs who nominated shall receive
the award.

submitted to RMIS, unless explanations/statistics have been explicitly requested. If the
information provided on a project report is insufficient to support the evaluation, the Awards
Committee may reach out to the respective club to get further details. However, please note that
this does not mean that the project would be declared winner of a given award.

the space provided, or attached to the end of this document itself as an annexure, with the correct
reference number to the annexure being mentioned in the nomination column.
