Time of Remembrance and Reconciliation
was observed by the learners of Grades
VII, VIII & IX to mark the 75th
Anniversary for the soldiers who lost their
lives during the Second World War. The
day marks the sacrifice, contribution, and
participation of these brave souls and their
struggle for freedom and liberation.
Learners showcased their gratefulness and
love for these idealists by penning warm
verses about their sacrifice for their country
and countrymen. They also designed
posters and wrote slogans about the
importance of peace and tranquillity in life.
Learners could empathize with the martyrs
who lost their lives and understood the
repercussions and aftermath of a war, thus,
the dire need for world peace.
