Physical fitness is not only
important for a healthy body, but it
also forms the basis of intellectual
activity. Learners can perform to the
best of their potential when their
minds and bodies remain active and
strong.
In order to meet this objective,
Morning Fitness Sessions are
organised thrice a week (Mondays,
Wednesdays and Fridays) in order
to get the learners recharged and
ready for the day. They thoroughly
enjoy these sessions and look

forward to them.

“Don't limit your challenges; challenge
your limits,” rightly said by Jerry Dunn. At

Lotus Valley, there is a belief in

designing/providing challenging situations

while making it enjoyable for our learners.
Here’s a sneak peak into how Lotusians

keep themselves fit and healthy.
