World Mental Health Day was observed on 8th
October,2021. It is an opportunity for the
world to come together and redress the
historical neglect of mental health. Learners
came up with wonderful monologue bites
sharing the importance of mental health in the
form of ‘Story walk’ activity displaying a
motivational story to keep their spirits high
and spreading the message that mental and
physical health are equally important and
complement each other.

Gurugram has always believed in
environmental awareness and it evokes the
necessity and responsibility of humans to
respect, protect, and preserve the natural
world from its anthropogenic conditions.

Ci-Trust Cleaner Project, a social project by
United States-India Educational Foundation
was led by Counselling and SEN Dept. with
Grade IX, X and XII learners. Ci-Trust fruit
peel cleaner, an organic and environment
friendly cleaner produced by fermented
fruits, vegetables, sugar and water is an
alternative of chemical cleaners we use at
our homes for multipurpose cleaning. This
magical solution uses good bacteria to
digest wastes, soils, stains and bad odours.

Being a part of this sustainable waste
management project, students were
encouraged to propagate it to the maximum
number of people by encouraging their
family, neighbours, relatives and friends to
use this organic cleaner at home.
USIEF certificates were awarded to all the
students for their contribution towards this
social upliftment project.
