SOLID DEALS INTERNATIONAL BUILDING MATERIALS TRADING, LLC ( SDI) , what seemed like a
vision, a challenge turned into reality and we dare say, everything we have aspired is materializing itself at
an unimaginable pace. In a relatively short period of time since its inception, it has established itself as a
major supplier, distributor and installer for complete IRONMONGERY, DOORS & CEILINGS, WASTE
MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, FURNITURES, METAL & WOOD WORKING MACHINERY, RACKING &
STORAGE SYSTEM AND AIRPORT FACILITY & MAINTENANCE ( Materials & Machinery ) for Gulf
Regions and expanding to Asia, Africa and Europe.

It has established a good working relationship with different major suppliers through-out Europe on which
they have set a high standard of operations to meet both of their clients.

SDI was organized to be responsive to the emerging new technologies in manufacturing industry by con-
stantly monitoring new techniques and services fitted to the needs and requirements of its clients, design
new techniques that will create a new line of products that will meet the modern life and environment.
In so doing, the company has employed highly technical, well disciplined, foreign trained, field tested and
experienced technicians and sales to handle its client’ s needs with a professional touch. The un-ending
cross training among each of the experienced employees has further enriched the company ’ s readiness
to meet the demand of the future and readiness to serve the needs of its valued customers.

STRUCTURE OF ORGANIZATION

Solid Deals International is a Limited Liability Company, and its internal ultimate authority is the Board of
Directors. The General Manager is held exclusively responsible for daily management. The main depart-
ments include the Planning Department, Design Department, General Manager’ s Office, Sales Depart-
ment, Department of Administration, Purchasing Department, Department of Finance and Department of
Technical Support.
