Das Maschinengehäuse wird in vollkommen geschlossener, kräftig verrippter
Schweißkonstruktion gefertigt, Grundlage für eine formschöne Maschine und Garantie
für vibrationsarmen Lauf und hohe Leistung. Der serienmäßig stufenlos regelbare
Sägenantrieb gewährleistet eine universelle Verwendung in allen Industriezweigen und
Einsatzgebieten.
• Bandgeschwindigkeit stufenlos, kontrolliert über eingebauten Tachometer oder
Potentiometer mit Skala im Bedienpult.
• Bandsägerollen als Scheibenräder ausgeführt, angeflanscht und leicht auswechselbar
• Laufflächen mit Kunststoffbelag (90 Shore Härte)
• Bandspannung manuell einstellbar, Kontrolle über Bandspannungsanzeiger. Ein
Tellerfederpaket sorgt für eine konstante Bandspannung
• Sägebandführung ober- und unterhalb des Tisches angebracht. Die obere Führung
kann per Handrad bis zur vollen Ausnutzung der maximalen Schnitthöhe verstellt

ausgerüstet, ASH-Modelle mit hydraulischem Vorschub.
• Vorschubgeschwindigkeit der hydraulischen Tische stufenlos einstellbar von
0 – 1.5 m/min., Rücklauf 2.5 m/min.
• Bedienelemente sind ergonomisch an der Maschine angebracht
• Die Maschinen entsprechen den VDE-Vorschriften und den CE-Normen
• Modelle der AS-Reihe können alternativ mit laufruhigem Schneckengetriebe und
breiteren Sägebändern ausgerüstet werden.

JAESPA Metal bandsawing machines of series MSU, AS and ASH are available in 8 different sizes
The machine housing manufactured in completely enclosed and sturdily ribbed welded design is the basis for a
shapely machine, guaranteeing a smooth running and high efficiency. The infinitely variable sawband drive offers
an universal application in all industries and for almost every cutting job.
• Infinitely variable sawband speed range controlled by incorporated speedometer or via potentiometer with
scale in operating panel.
• Bandsaw wheels executed as disc-shape flanged wheels easy to exchange.
• Running surface covered by plastic lining (90 Shore hardness)
• Manually adjustable sawband tension with band tension indicator. Cup springs provide a constant sawband
tension
• The sawband is guided above and underneath the table. The upper guide is adjustable in height via handwheel
for taking advantage of the maximum cutting height. A hydraulic height regulation is standard feature for ASH
models (except model ASH 10)
• Sliding tables with manual, electrical or hydraulical feed are available. Models of the AS-series are equipped in
standard with manual sliding table, ASH models with hydraulically powered feed.
• The feed speed of hydraulic tables is infinitely adjustable in the range of 0 – 1.5 m/min., reverse 2.5 m/min.
• Operating elements are ergonomically placed at the machine body
• Our machines are in conformity with prevailing VDE and CE-regulations
• Models of the AS-series can be equipped with a smooth worm gear and wider sawbands for difficult to machine
materials at low speeds.

disques veille à une tension dur ruban constante.
• Les guides-lame sont placés au-dessus et au-dessous de la table. L’ajustement du guide supérieur à la hauteur de
coupe est réalisé par manivelle. Pour la série ASH ce déplacement se fait hydrauliquement (sauf modèle ASH 10).
• Tables coulissantes à déplacement manuel, possibilité en option d’une avance électrique ou hydraulique.
La série AS est équipée en standard d’une table coulissante à déplacement manuel, et hydrauliquement pour les
modèles ASH.
• Vitesse d’avance des tables hydrauliques réglables en continue de 0 – 1,5 m/mn., retour 2,5 m/mn.
• Tous les eléments de contrôle sont situés de façon ergonomique sur la machine.
• Les machines sont conformes aux préscriptions VDE et les normes CE.
