This field indicates the outlet you are working in (Restaurant). This is also where you would change outlets, explained later in this guide.

Search Table allows you to type in the table name to pick up a check or create a new one. Enter a table number in the text box, then ‘OK’ to pick up an existing one. If a table name that doesn’t exist is entered, that table will be created. Select ‘Open Check’ to see them in list view. Select the ‘X’ to exit this screen.

Admin will bring up the administration functions broken up into subcategories. Many of these functions will also reside on the Floor Plan Functions screen or the Order Functions Screen. Change Outlets This section will explain how to switch outlets.

Choose a reason for the paid in.

Select ‘OK’. The employee can now use their new card. If they had an old card, it will no longer work. From Floor Plan Functions select ‘Stock Operation by Shop’ or ‘Stock Operation by Outlet’. ‘Outlet’ would be for just this restaurant, ‘Shop’ would be for all restaurants. (Both functions are also located at Admin > Stock.) 2. Select ‘Add Item’.

Browse through the menu to add items to the list that you want to assign a quantity to, then ‘Confirm’. (Croissant and Choc Croissant) 4. Touch on the number under the ‘Self Stock’ column and change the quantity, then ‘Save’, then ‘Exit’.

There are now numbers on the item button to indicate how many remain. As they are ordered the number will decrease. Once it gets to zero, they cannot be added to a check. Item Soldout This section will explain how to mark an item as sold out.

From Floor Plan Functions select ‘Item Soldout by outlet’ or ‘Item Soldout by Shop’. ‘Outlet’ would be for just this restaurant, ‘Shop’ would be for all restaurants. (Both functions are also located at Admin > Stock.) 2. Select ‘Add Item’. 3. Browse to the items to add to the soldout list (Side – Muffin), then ‘Confirm’.

The item will now a soldout item. When removing items from the soldout list, use the ‘Delete Item’ on this screen. Select the ‘X’ to exit this screen. 5. The sold out item is grayed out and has an x next to it, indicating it is unavailable to add to a check.

From the Floor Plan Functions Screen select ‘Test Printer’. (‘Test Printer’ is also located at Admin > General)

Choose the print queue you wish to test. 3. If test is successful a test slip will print at the printers assigned to that queue. 4. Select ‘Cancel’ to exit.

Select ‘OK’ on the confirmation that it has stopped.

A confirmation screen will inform that the connection has been restarted, select ‘OK’ to exit. 7. Perform PMS Enquiry (Guest Lookup) to verify you have a proper connection. Temporary Printer Overrides This section will explain how temporarily reroute items from one printer to another from the workstation. 1. From Floor Plan Functions select ‘Temporary Print Queue Override’.

Permanent overrides will also be listed first. Select ‘Add Rule’. 3. Select the printer you wish to reroute.

Select the target printer. 5. A new printer override rule is now listed. This will stay in effect until it is deleted from this screen, or the next business day.

From Floor Plan Functions select ‘Toggle Ordering Basket Left Right Location’.

A white table indicates that it is vacant and available to use. To start table 25 for 2 adult guests and 1 child guest, touch table 25 from either Table View or Card View screen.

Enter the number of guests, also referred to as a cover count then select ‘Enter’. 3. The menu screen will appear with the ordering basket on the right. Above the ordering basket are table number and cover count.

The child cover count can be seen by clicking ‘Whole Check’. ‘Back’ will return you to the check. 5. You have successfully opened a table. Pickup a Check This section will explain how to pick up a check.

They will not have access to other tables without manager approval 1. A blue table indicates a check has already been started. Touch a blue table to access it. Order Item with Seat Number This section will explain how to order items while using seat numbers. Considerations: If not using seat numbers, enter all items on the ‘Shared’ seat. 1. Touch the table you would like to start (10).

Enter the number of guests and click ‘Enter’. 3. Choose seat number (1), choose the menu (Food), choose the menu section, (Classics) then choose the menu item (Breakfast Sandwich). The Item is now ordered and listed under Seat 1 in the ordering basket.

Next, order an Item for Seat 2 using the same process. Choose seat 2, choose menu ‘Food’, choose the menu section ‘Classics’, then choose the menu item ‘Breakfast Burrito’. The item is now ordered and listed under Seat 2 in the ordering basket. 5. Once all Items are ordered select ‘Send Check’.
