Dr.J.Jayalalitha Fisheries University on 27.05.2020. The main objective of the MoU

The Department of Zoology, V.O.Chidambaram College set a milestone by becoming the
first department in the college to have compiled an online blog. The Blog was opened to the
public by the Chief Guest, Dr.A.Francis, Former Principal, V.O.Chidambaram college in
the presence of Dr.C.Veerabahu, Principal of the college on the occasion of the 37th
Founder 's Day observed on the 13th of August 2019. The Principal congratulated the
initiative taken by the Head of the Department and the faculty of the Department of
Zoology for their efforts to compile the blog and make it available for public use.
The Principal , Dr. C. Veeraba hu h as ta ken a great initiative for all the depart ment of
the college to have Blogs. As per his direction, every department has created a blog to
keep the students informed of the evoluation of the department and also keep them abreast
with the later developments of both the department and the subject . 114

Indian Small and Rural Biz Expo. Feb. 20 19 was organised
by the college in association with the Forum for Micro and Small Enterprise, Chennai (A

SWAYAM, an initiative launched by the Ministry of Education to give a

Development Cell with a view to bridge the yawning gap
