Mobility is very much defined what X is. Taipei is
the main area that members of X usually show up.
People come from all different fields. Three people
are good enough to finish on short movie. Ten could
make the short movie into another level. Whenever
our members get the call from X, they rush from
everywhere to devote their specialties to get the
whole movie done.

One movie per year is our goal. We don’t focus
on so-called artistic movie that much, instead, we
are more interested in experiencing different film
genres. Love cliché, thriller and sci-fi are all our
favorites. Maybe we have only too-low- to-believe
budget, but we are also very good at coming up
with more-than- great ideas. What’s more important

2016年7月財團法人台中市影視發展基金成立，為協拍單一

服務窗口，協助影視作品拍攝所需場景支援，整合公私部門資
源，推動台中影視產業發展，創造友善的拍片環境。

Favorable Subsides
The Taichung City Government provides an annual allowance
budget to encourage more films and TV dramas to be shot
in Taichung and to promote the city's character and image.
The allowance is categorized into Film Production Subsidies,
Accommodation Subsidies, and Film and Television Activities
Subsidies.
World-class Wave Tank and Deep-water Tank
Currently under construction, the Central Taiwan Film Studio will
be equipped with an artificial wave tank, deep-water tank, and
large film studios.
A Dedicated Filmmaking Support Team Along with Gorgeous
Natural Scenery and Architecture
The Taichung Film Development Foundation was founded in
July 2016, with a dedicated team assigned specifically to provide
location service to film crews. It integrates resources from public
and private sectors, promotes the development of film industry
in Taichung and helps develop the city into a friendly location for
filming activities.

北拍片的單一協拍服務窗口，集結專業人才，串連公私部門，
提供國內外劇組最方便快捷的行政措施與支援。本會多年來因
應整體產業需求，目前全方位提振台灣影視產業的發展。如：
法國盧貝松導演《露西（超体）》及美國導演馬丁史柯西斯
《沉默》幾乎全片於本市取景外，並含曹瑞原導演電視劇《一
把青》借景台北賓館、吳宇森導演『太平輪』搭景陽明山及成
龍監製主演《機器之血》於忠孝東路飛車等。

花蓮縣內取景，透過補助及協拍機制，強化本縣影視產業整體
環境，建立花蓮影視協拍單一窗口、各局處協拍窗口及成立推
動小組委員會，有效推展影視產業，全力落實「國際都會．觀
光花蓮」的理念，務求於影視協拍工作積極、主動，並落實橫
向、跨局處合作，讓本縣成為友善拍片環境。

2017/桃園-海軍基地 Developing Taoyuan City as a friendly environment for filmmaking
is the core mission of the Film Assistance and Development Center.
Our center works to provide a professional filmmaking service
platform as well as to connect all filming resources in Taoyuan City
during the film production period. In addition, our long-term goals
