DEFINISI KURIKULUM KEBANGSAAN iii Kurikulum Kebangsaan Kurikulum Kebangsaan ialah suatu program pendidikan yang termasuk kurikulum dan kegiatan kokurikulum yang merangkumi semua pengetahuan, kemahiran, norma, nilai, unsur kebudayaan dan kepercayaan untuk membantu perkembangan seseorang murid dengan sepenuhnya dari segi jasmani, rohani, mental dan emosi serta untuk menanam dan mempertingkatkan nilai moral yang diingini dan untuk menyampaikan pengetahuan. BUKU PANDUAN PENGAJARAN DAN PEMBELAJARAN MATEMATIK PROGRAM PEMULIHAN KHAS (EDISI BAHASA INGGERIS) 1 ACKNOWLEDGEMENT Assalammualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh, Salam Sejahtera dan Salam Sehati Sejiwa. Dalam memartabatkan Sistem Pendidikan Negara, penyeragaman program adalah amat penting agar ianya dapat bergerak beriringan memacu kejayaan. Justeru itu, penerbitan Buku Panduan Pengajaran dan Pembelajaran Pemulihan Khas Bahasa Melayu dan Matematik Tahun 2019 ini dibina bagi mencapai hasrat berkenaan agar pelaksanaan Program Pemulihan tidak ketinggalan dengan perubahan iklim pendidikan masa kini, terutamanya dengan pelaksanaan Kurikulum Standard Sekolah Rendah (Semakan). Buku Panduan Pengajaran dan Pembelajaran Pemulihan Khas Bahasa Melayu dan Matematik ini dihasilkan dengan mengambil kira keperluan guru pemulihan untuk membimbing dan memberi peluang kepada murid pemulihan untuk mencapai potensi diri, dan seterusnya dapat bersaing dengan rakan-rakan lain di arus perdana. Selain itu, Buku Panduan Pengajaran dan Pembelajaran Pemulihan Khas Bahasa Melayu dan Matematik ini juga diharapkan dapat dijadikan bahan rujukan penting untuk meningkatkan tahap profesionalisme guru pemulihan dengan mengambil kira realiti sebenar, di mana setiap murid mempunyai tahap pengetahuan dan kemahiran yang berbeza. Akhir kata, Bahagian Pendidikan Khas, mengucapkan setinggi-tinggi ucapan tahniah dan syabas kepada semua yang terlibat dalam menghasilkan penerbitan buku ini. BUKU PANDUAN PENGAJARAN DAN PEMBELAJARAN MATEMATIK PROGRAM PEMULIHAN KHAS (EDISI BAHASA INGGERIS) 2 FOREWORD Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh, Salam Muafakat Pemulihan. Unit Pengurusan Program Pemulihan Khas, Bahagian Pendidikan Khas, Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia (KPM), sentiasa berusaha memantapkan sumber rujukan guru dalam memastikan pelaksanaan program adalah selaras di semua peringkat. Penghasilan Buku Panduan Pengajaran dan Pembelajaran Bahasa Melayu dan Matematik Program Pemulihan Khas merupakan satu langkah proaktif yang diambil oleh Bahagian Pendidikan Khas dalam memastikan Pelaksanaan Program Pemulihan Khas selaras dengan perkembangan pendidikan di Malaysia. Buku panduan ini dihasilkan berasaskan kepada kemahirankemahiran pemulihan khas, diselaraskan dengan sukatan pelajaran Dokumen Standard Kurikulum dan Pentaksiran Bahasa Melayu dan Matematik Tahun 1, Tahun 2 dan Tahun 3 KSSR Semakan 2017. Dokumen ini juga diselaraskan dengan format standard penulisan Rancangan Pengajaran Harian (RPH) dengan mengambil kira kesesuaian keperluan di semua peringkat demografi guru serta pusat latihan guru. Justeru Buku Panduan Pengajaran dan Pembelajaran Bahasa Melayu dan Matematik Program Pemulihan Khas merupakan bahan rujukan penting dalam merancang pengajaran guru dan pembelajaran murid dengan mengambil kira tahap perbezaan aras pengetahuan dan kemahiran murid. Saya berharap agar buku panduan ini dapat membantu guru serta memperbaiki kualiti pengajaran dan pemudahcaraan, khususnya Guru Pemulihan Khas dalam mengendalikan pengajaran dan pembelajaran secara lebih berkesan, selaras dan terarah. Saya juga amat terharu atas usaha guru-guru yang terlibat menerbitkan buku panduan ini yang mana ianya sangat memerlukan komitmen, kesungguhan, kesabaran yang amat tinggi sejak 2016. BUKU PANDUAN PENGAJARAN DAN PEMBELAJARAN MATEMATIK PROGRAM PEMULIHAN KHAS (EDISI BAHASA INGGERIS) 4 AIMS The purpose of this guide book is to help teachers get pupils to master the four basic skills of learning, i.e., reading skills, writing skills, basic math skills and humanistic skills within the allotted time period. OBJECTIVES Pupils are expected to achieve the following objectives: 1. Master the 4 basic skills of learning, i.e., reading skills, writing skills, basic math skills and humanistic skills; 2. Be able to attend normal classes; and 3. Develop self-determination and a positive attitude towards learning.


BUKU PANDUAN PENGAJARAN DAN PEMBELAJARAN MATEMATIK PROGRAM PEMULIHAN KHAS (EDISI BAHASA INGGERIS) 5 THE FRAMEWORK OF STANDARD BASED PRIMARY SCHOOL CURRICULUM The Standard-Based Curriculum and Assessment for Primary Schools (KSSR) Framework is based on the six pillars namely Communication; Spiritual, Attitude & Values; Humanities; Personal Competence; Physical Development & Aesthetics; and Science & Technology. The six pillars are the main domain that support each other and are integrated with critical, creative and innovative thinking.
