Northeast beach 连云港是中国海岸线中部正在崛起的一座海港城市，基地位于连云港 北部连岛度假区的东海岸。这片“江苏省最好的沙滩”在夏季高峰时每天 吸引2万名泳客。我们的设计为不断增加的客流量提供了新的更衣设施，餐 饮，酒廊，健身中心，娱乐及住宿场所。 这座建筑朝东面向太平洋，由3块搁置在沙滩后方山坡上的“Y”形 板体组成。板体之间的叠层和退台将来自南侧入口的人流引导到不同的平 台，并为所有楼层提供了壮丽的海景视线。“Y”形板体的上下斜坡形成了 多样化的户外开放空间，为不同的功能活动提供了交流机会。这些超过百 米长度的板状建筑与自然界的山坡和海浪同时建立了尺度上的关系，并表 达了这座城市崛起的雄心。 1. 客栈屋顶 2. 全景图 3. 屋顶平台 4. 东向海景 5. 东北向海滩 250 2
