Safer Alternative to EtBr for Detecting Nucleic Acid
EcoDye™ Nucleic Acid Staining Solution is a stable and sensitive DNA/RNA uorescent dye. It is Alternatives to EtBr non-mutagenic
and non-cytotoxic and can be used instead of Ethidium Bromide(EtBr) which is highly toxic and used for staining dsDNA, ssDNA or
RNA in agarose gels. EcoDye™ Nucleic Acid Staining Solution forms a complex through combination with DNA and can be detected
by UV imaging or LED system.
