Definisi / Definitions➡➡➡Policy TitlePolisi Keselamatan Bengkel & PPE / Workshop Safety & Personal Protective Equipment PolicyPolisi ini bertujuan untuk memastikan keselamatan semua staf dan pelanggan di bengkel melaluipematuhan prosedur keselamatan serta penggunaan PPE yang betul, bagi mengurangkan risikokemalangan, melindungi kesihatan pekerja, dan menjamin kelancaran operasi yang selarasdengan undang-undang keselamatan pekerjaan.Polisi ini terpakai kepada semua staf teknikal, penyelia bengkel, kontraktor dan mana-manapihak yang berada di kawasan bengkel.PPE (Personal Protective Equipment): Peralatan perlindungan diri seperti kasut keselamatan,sarung tangan, pelindung mata, topi keselamatan dan apron.Kawasan Bengkel / Workshop Area: Semua ruang kerja termasuk bay servis, stor alat ganti, ruangpemeriksaan dan kawasan penyelenggaraan.Hazard / Bahaya: Sebarang keadaan yang boleh menyebabkan kecederaan, kerosakan hartabenda atau gangguan operasi.This policy aims to ensure the safety of all staff and customers in the workshop through compliance withsafety procedures and the correct use of PPE, to reduce the risk of accidents, protect the health of workers,and ensure smooth operations in accordance with occupational safety laws.This policy applies to all technical staff, workshop supervisors, contractors and any party present in theworkshop area.PPE (Personal Protective Equipment): Personal protective equipment such as safety shoes, gloves, eyeprotection, safety helmets and aprons.Workshop Area: All work spaces including service bays, spare parts stores, inspection rooms andmaintenance areas.Hazard: Any condition that could cause injury, property damage or operational disruption.


5. Dasar / Policy Statement➡➡➡➡➡6. Prosedur / Procedures➡➡➡➡➡➡7. Tanggungjawab / Responsibilities➡➡➡➡Semua staf mesti memakai PPE yang sesuai semasa berada di bengkel.Laluan kecemasan dan kawasan kerja mesti sentiasa bebas daripada halangan.Peralatan bengkel mesti digunakan mengikut SOP dan diselenggara secara berkala.Semua insiden keselamatan mesti dilaporkan segera kepada penyelia atau HR/HSE Officer.Audit keselamatan bengkel mesti dijalankan sekurang-kurangnya sekali setiap 6 bulan.Pemeriksaan Harian: Penyelia memastikan bengkel dalam keadaan selamat sebelum operasibermula.Pemakaian PPE: Staf wajib memakai PPE yang ditetapkan mengikut tugas masing-masing.Penggunaan Peralatan: Semua peralatan digunakan mengikut SOP dan dilaporkan jika rosak.Pelaporan Insiden: Sebarang kemalangan atau hampir kemalangan mesti dilaporkan segera.Audit Keselamatan: HR/HSE Officer menjalankan audit keselamatan berkala dengan senaraisemak rasmi.Latihan Keselamatan: Staf mesti menghadiri latihan keselamatan sekurang-kurangnya sekalisetahun.Staf: Mematuhi polisi keselamatan dan memakai PPE setiap masa di bengkel.Penyelia Bengkel: Memantau pematuhan staf dan melaporkan ketidakpatuhan.HR/HSE Officer: Menyimpan rekod keselamatan, melaksanakan audit dan mengurus insiden.Pengurusan: Menyediakan bajet PPE, meluluskan dasar keselamatan dan menyokong budayakerja selamat.All staff must wear appropriate PPE while in the workshop.Emergency routes and work areas must always be free of obstacles.Workshop equipment must be used according to SOPs and maintained regularly.All safety incidents must be reported immediately to the supervisor or HR/HSE Officer.Workshop safety audits must be conducted at least once every 6 months.Daily Inspection: Supervisors ensure the workshop is in a safe condition before operations begin.Wearing PPE: Staff are required to wear PPE prescribed according to their respective duties.Equipment Use: All equipment is used according to SOP and reported if damaged.Incident Reporting: Any accident or near-accident must be reported immediately.Safety Audit: HR/HSE Officer conducts periodic safety audits with a formal checklist.Safety Training: Staff must attend safety training at least once a year.Staff: Comply with safety policies and wear PPE at all times in the workshop.Workshop Supervisor: Monitors staff compliance and reports non-compliance.HR/HSE Officer: Maintains safety records, conducts audits and manages incidents.Management: Prepares PPE budget, approves safety policies and supports a safe work culture.

Tanggungjawab / Responsibilities➡➡➡➡Semua staf mesti mengetahui pelan evakuasi dan titik berkumpul.Latihan kebakaran dan evakuasi mesti dijalankan sekurang-kurangnya sekali setahun.Laluan keluar kecemasan mesti sentiasa jelas dan tidak dihalang.Semua insiden kecemasan mesti dilaporkan segera kepada penyelia atau HR.Pekerja yang gagal mematuhi prosedur evakuasi boleh dikenakan tindakan tatatertib.Pengaktifan Kecemasan: Penggera kebakaran atau arahan kecemasan diaktifkan.Evakuasi Segera: Semua staf dan pelanggan bergerak ke laluan keluar kecemasan terdekat.Titik Berkumpul: Semua individu berkumpul di lokasi selamat yang ditetapkan.Kiraan Kehadiran: Penyelia memastikan semua staf dan pelanggan hadir di titik berkumpul.Pelaporan Insiden: HR/HSE Officer merekod insiden dan melaporkan kepada pihak berkuasa jikaperlu.Pemulihan Operasi: Bengkel hanya dibuka semula selepas disahkan selamat oleh pihak berkuasa.Pekerja: Mematuhi arahan evakuasi dan bergerak ke titik berkumpul dengan segera.Penyelia: Memimpin evakuasi, memastikan laluan keluar jelas dan mengira kehadiran staf.HR/HSE Officer: Menyimpan rekod latihan evakuasi, melaporkan insiden dan menyelaras auditkeselamatan.Pengurusan: Menyediakan pelan evakuasi, titik berkumpul dan bajet latihan keselamatan.All staff must be aware of the evacuation plan and assembly points.Fire and evacuation drills must be conducted at least once a year.Emergency exits must always be clear and unobstructed.All emergency incidents must be reported immediately to supervisor or HR.Employees who fail to comply with evacuation procedures may be subject to disciplinary action.Emergency Activation: Fire alarm or emergency command is activated.Immediate Evacuation: All staff and customers move to the nearest emergency exit.Assembly Point: All individuals gather at a designated safe location.Attendance Count: Supervisors ensure all staff and customers are present at the meeting point.Incident Reporting: HR/HSE Officer records incidents and reports to authorities if necessary.Operational Recovery: Workshops will only reopen after being certified safe by authorities.Workers: Follow evacuation directions and move to the assembly point immediately.Supervisor: Leads the evacuation, ensuring exit routes are clear and counting staff attendance.HR/HSE Officer: Keeps records of evacuation training, reports incidents and coordinates safety audits.Management: Prepare evacuation plans, assembly points and safety training budgets.
