What is Actual & Bill Quantity invoice?

In Tally, if we want to calculate bill on different Quantity and sales different quantity we should
use this features "use separate actual & Bill quantity column". For e.g. We sales 3 Pcs of shirt
for Customer A and 1 Shirt is free for 3 Shirt. So our stock Quantity for shirt decrease 4 Pcs and
customer have to pay only 3 Pcs Shirt Amount. For calculate such type of transaction we use
Actual & Bill invoice in Tally ERP9.

Interest Calculation

Tally-PRIME

What is Interest Calculation in Tally?

Interest calculation is the way to calculate interest charge on parties with different
interest rate. In tally ERP9 there is different mode of interest calculation on
parties,duedate, date of applicability, effect date of transaction, we can also override
interest and advance parameter related interest calculation rate during voucher entry.
Report will display in Outstanding Section, Total Outstanding receivable (If sales) and
total outstanding payable (If purchase) with use of transaction date and if want to check
single party transaction interest we can check Ledger report of Single party-wise
outstanding Report of interest.

Tally Prime

What is Price Level?

Price list feature allow us to maintain different price on different levels. For E.g. if any customer
wants minimum quantity of product then we set maximum price with minimum discount, and if
customer want more product then we set minimum price with maximum discount. (Customer –
Retailer- Wholesaler - VIP etc...). We set price level before making invoice if any product
amount increase in future then we also revise current price list with Revise price or Revise
discount.

• Cheque Details- Total cheque , available cheque , un-reconciled cheque , reconciled cheque,
cancelled cheque , post date issue cheque .

• If we want to cancel issue cheque goto - Day book - Select Entry and press
Alt+X for cancelled cheque

• If want to issue PDC cheque Press Ctrl+T In Payment voucher (Change PDC
Date by press F2) as we discuss above in Receipt Entry

• Un-reconcile means cheque not pass from the side of bank ,Reconcile
Means Cheque pass from the side of bank Discuss in 3rd Option.

3rd - Cheque Register
• Pass date of Bank Reconcile

• PDC cheque not reconcile because it Reconcile in June month.
