101 ท�ำพิธีเปิด วันที่ 3 มีนาคม 2543 ประธานพิธีเปิด สมเด็จพระพุฒาจารย์ วัดสระเกศ ราชวรมหาวิหาร ศาสตราจารย์ ดร.อุกฤษ มงคลนาวิน ดร.พีระ มานะทัศน์ (ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดล�ำปาง) เปิดท�ำการครั้งแรก วันที่ 9 มกราคม 2543 มีห้องเรียนจ�ำนวน 3 ห้องเรียน มีจ�ำนวนนักเรียนทั้งสิ้น 115 คน ชาย 70 คน หญิง 45 คน และครูจ�ำนวน 10 คน ปัจจุบัน มีห้องเรียนจ�ำนวน 5 ห้องเรียน มีจ�ำนวนนักเรียนทั้งสิ้น 148 คน ชาย 64 คน หญิง 84 คน และครูจ�ำนวน 14 คน สรุป จ�ำนวนเด็กที่เข้ารับการเลี้ยงดูตั้งแต่เริ่มเปิดศูนย์ฯ จนถึงปัจจุบันจ�ำนวนทั้งสิ้น 1,465 คน ค่าก่อสร้างและปรับปรุงซ่อมแซม 24,262,941.50 บาท (ตั้งแต่เริ่มเปิดท�ำการ จนถึงวันที่ 30 กันยายน 2558) มีนักเรียนชาย จ�ำนวน 64 คน มีนักเรียนหญิง จ�ำนวน 84 คน จ�ำนวนนักเรียนทั้งหมด 148 คน ครูจ�ำนวน 14 คน ชั้นอนุบาลปีที่ 1 - 3 จ�ำนวนห้อง 1 2 3 4 5 6/13/17 11:26 AM

At present: There are 5 classrooms with 148 pupils in total: 64 males and 84 females, and 14 teaches. Conclusion : The total number of children admitted to the center since its opening is 1,406. 104 สถานรับเลี้ยงเด็กปฐมวัยพีระยา นาวินศูนย์เลย ประวัติ ก่อตั้งขึ้นด้วยความเสียสละของครอบครัว จันไทรรอด ที่ได้เล็งเห็นประโยชน์ในการ ช่วยเหลือเด็กที่ด้อยโอกาสทางการศึกษา รวมทั้งครอบครัวที่ยากจนในหมู่บ้านต่างๆ ตามชนบท และได้รับทราบการด�ำเนินงานของ พีระยานุเคราะห์มูลนิธิ โดยท่านประธานกรรมการบริหาร พีระยานุเคราะห์มูลนิธิ ศาสตราจารย์ ดร.อุกฤษ มงคลนาวิน มาเป็นระยะเวลานานพอสมควร จึงได้ ปรึกษาหารือกันและมอบหมายให้ นางสมรักษ์ ปัญญาค�ำ ท�ำหนังสือแสดงเจตจ�ำนงมอบที่ดิน จ�ำนวน 1 ไร่ พร้อมบริจาคเงินจ�ำนวนสามแสนบาทเศษ เพื่อเป็นค่าใช้จ่ายในการด�ำเนินการ ก่อสร้างอาคารเรียน อีกส่วนหนึ่งได้รับบริจาคจากเพื่อนๆ และได้ขอความอนุเคราะห์ช่วยเหลือในการ จัดตั้งสถานรับเลี้ยงเด็กก่อนวัยเรียน ไปยังท่านประธานฯ ซึ่งท่านประธานฯ ได้รับทราบข้อมูล และพิจารณาเห็นสมควรให้ความอนุเคราะห์ในการจัดตั้ง พีระยา นาวิน ศูนย์เลย ขึ้น โดยได้เริ่มการก่อสร้างตั้งแต่เดือนธันวาคม 2541โดยรองรับเด็กนักเรียนในหมู่บ้าน ใกล้เคียง เช่น บ้านน�ำเจริญ บ้านนาอีเลิศ บ้านเหนือ บ้านบุ่งคล้า บ้านปากเป่ง บ้านวังน�้ำเย็น ต�ำบลวังสะพุง อ�ำเภอวังสะพุง จังหวัดเลย ������� update 01/02/60.indd 104-105

106 Pierra Navin Nursery Loei Center LOEI CENTER This Center was established through the sacrifice of Chansairod Family who aims to assist destitute children to access educational chance, including to assist poor families in rural villages. The Family acknowledged the activities done by Pierra Maternity & Child Welfare Foundation, by its CEO, Prof. Dr.Ukrit Mongkolnavin for quite a long time. They then consulted each other and assigned Mrs. Somrak Panyakham to prepare a letter of intent to donate almost a half acre (equivalent 1 Rai in Thai measurement unit) and approximately 300,000 baht to use in construction of the school building, as well as additional money donated by the Family’s friends. The Family requested the CEO of the Foundation to establish a nursery. After the CEO was informed, he decided to approve of the establishment of the Pierra Navin Nursery, Loei Center. The Nursery commenced to be built in December 1998. It can admit children from the neighboring villages, namely Namcharoen, Na-i-lert, Nua, Bungkhla, Pakpeng, Wangnamyen, which are located at Wangsaphung Subdistrict, Wangsaphung District, Loei Province. ������� update 01/02/60.indd 106-107

110 สถานรับเลี้ยงเด็กปฐมวัยพีระยา นาวินศูนย์ศรีสะเกษ ประวัติ องค์การบริหารส่วนต�ำบลโพนเขวา ผู้น�ำชุมชน และชาวบ้านที่มีความประสงค์และมี จิตศรัทธาอย่างแรงกล้า ได้เล็งเห็นความส�ำคัญของการศึกษาโดยเฉพาะการเลี้ยงดูและพัฒนา เด็กระดับปฐมวัย อายุ 2 - 6 ปี และเมื่อรับทราบนโยบายของท่านประธานกรรมการบริหาร พีระยานุเคราะห์มูลนิธิ จึงได้มีหนังสือถึงท่านประธานกรรมการบริหารพีระยานุเคราะห์มูลนิธิ เพื่อขอความอนุเคราะห์ในการจัดตั้งสถานรับเลี้ยงเด็กปฐมวัยพีระยา นาวิน ที่ต�ำบลโพนเขวา อ�ำเภอเมือง จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ ตามหนังสือเลขที่ ศก.71001/39 ลงวันที่ 28 มกราคม 2545 โดย ทางองค์การบริหารส่วนต�ำบลโพนเขวา ได้ให้การสนับสนุนเรื่องอาคารเรียน จัดสรรงบประมาณ ในการก่อสร้างอาคารเรียน และปรับปรุงอาคารเดิมให้เป็นที่เรียบร้อย เป็นจ�ำนวนเงินทั้งสิ้น 564,600 บาท ซึ่งทางมูลนิธิได้ตอบรับและส่งเจ้าหน้าที่ลงมาส�ำรวจพื้นที่และเก็บข้อมูลเบื้องต้น เมื่อวันที่ 1 มิถุนายน 2545 ต่อมา ศาสตราจารย์ ดร.อุกฤษ มงคลนาวิน ประธานกรรมการบริหารพีระยา นุเคราะห์มูลนิธิ ได้พิจารณาเห็นสมควรให้ความอนุเคราะห์เปิดสถานรับเลี้ยงเด็กปฐมวัยพีระยา ������� update 01/02/60.indd 110-111

112 Pierra Navin Nursery Si Sa Ket Center SI SA KET CENTER Phonkhewa Subdistrict Administrative Organization (SAO) the Leader and residents of the Phonkhewa Community highly intend, trust and realize the importance of education especially the care-giving and development of the CEO of Pierra Maternity & Child Welfare Foundation; they, therefore, wrote the Letter Ref. MOE 71001/39 dated January 28, 2002 to the CEO requesting support to establish Pierra Navin Nursery at Phonkhewa Subdistrict, Mueang District, Si Sa Ket Province. In this connection, The Phonkhewa SAO would give the financial support in constructing a new study building and renovating the old building by budgeting a total amount of 564,600 baht. The Foundation accepted the propose of the Phonkhewa SAO and sent its staff to survey and collect preliminary data on June Subsequently, Prof. Dr. Ukrit Mongkolnavin, the CEO of Pierra Maternity & Child Welfare Foundation, then approved of supporting the establishment of Pierra Navin Nursery of the Phonkhewa SAO in order to admit pupils from neighboring villages, namely Ban Laokhae, Ban Phonkhewa, Ban Nongwaeng, and Ban Nongkheng. ������� update 01/02/60.indd 112-113

116 สถานรับเลี้ยงเด็กปฐมวัยพีระยา นาวินศูนย์ขอนแก่น ประวัติ สถานรับเลี้ยงเด็กปฐมวัยพีระยา นาวิน ศูนย์ขอนแก่น ก่อตั้งขึ้นด้วยความศรัทธาของ ชุมชน และชาวบ้าน บ้านถนนงาม ต�ำบลบ้านหัน กิ่งอ�ำเภอโนนศิลา รวมทั้งหมู่บ้านใกล้เคียง โดย การน�ำของท่านพระครูศีลสารสังวร เจ้าคณะต�ำบลบ้านหัน และนายวีระศักดิ์ บางปา ผู้ใหญ่บ้าน บ้านถนนงาม หมู่ที่ 2 และคณะกรรมการหมู่บ้าน ซึ่งได้มีหนังสือขอความอนุเคราะห์ เปิดสถานรับ เลี้ยงเด็กปฐมวัย พีระยา นาวิน ขึ้นที่บ้านถนนงาม เพื่อเป็นการช่วยเหลือเด็กที่ยากจนและเด็กที่ ด้อยโอกาส รวมทั้งเป็นการแบ่งเบาภาระของผู้ปกครอง เป็นการเปิดโอกาสให้เด็กได้รับการศึกษา อีกทั้งยังช่วยให้ผู้ปกครองได้มีโอกาสหางานท�ำ และท�ำงานได้อย่างเต็มที่ โดยไม่ต้องวิตกกังวลใน เรื่องความปลอดภัยของบุตรหลาน ได้ใช้อาคารศาลาอเนกประสงค์ของวัดอรัญญวาสต่อเติมเป็น ห้องเรียนจ�ำนวน 3 ห้องเรียน ห้องน�้ำ 4 ห้อง และห้องอาบน�้ำ 1 ห้อง อีกทั้งสร้างอาคารเพิ่มเติมอีก 1 หลังส�ำหรับใช้เป็นห้องโภชนาการ ส�ำหรับเด็กจ�ำนวน 1 ห้อง และห้องเก็บของอีก จ�ำนวน 1 ห้อง ������� update 01/02/60.indd 116-117

117 ในโอกาสต่อมา ศาสตราจารย์ ดร.อุกฤษ มงคลนาวิน ประธานกรรมการบริหาร พีระยานุเคราะห์มูลนิธิ ได้มีนโยบายให้คณะท�ำงานเดินทางไปส�ำรวจข้อมูลในเบื้องต้นด้านสถานที่ และข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับปริมาณเด็กและชุมชน เพื่อประกอบการพิจารณา ซึ่งได้เห็นความตั้งใจจริงและ ความสามัคคีของชุมชน ชาวบ้าน ในการที่จะร่วมกันพัฒนาเด็กให้มีพัฒนาการและได้รับการศึกษา อย่างเต็มที่ ต่อมาประธาน จึงได้เดินทางไปตรวจเยี่ยมและชมสถานที่ด้วยตนเองและพิจารณาให้ ความอนุเคราะห์ เปิดสถานรับเลี้ยงเด็กปฐมวัยพีระยา นาวิน ศูนย์ขอนแก่น สถานรับเลี้ยงเด็กปฐมวัย พีระยา นาวิน ศูนย์ขอนแก่น เปิดท�ำการเลี้ยงดูและพัฒนาเด็ก เมื่อวันที่ 31 พฤษภาคม 2547 และมีพิธีเปิดอย่างเป็นทางการเมื่อวันที่ 10 กุมภาพันธ์ 2548 โดยรองรับเด็กนักเรียนจาก บ้านถนนงาม บ้านหัน บ้านโนนศิลา บ้านหนองไฮ บ้านหนองแวง บ้านขอนสัก เป็นต้น 6/13/17 11:26 AM

118 Khon Kaen Center Pierra Navin Nursery Khon Kaen Center Pierra Navin Nursery Khon Kaen Center was established because of the cooperation of the communities and residents of Ban Thanon-ngam in Ban Han Subdistrict of Noan Sila Minor-district and neighboring villages led by Phrakhru Silasansangvorn, Buddhist ecclesiastical head (Phrarachakhana) of Ban Hin and Mr. Virasak Bangpa, Head of Ban Thanon-ngam, Moo 2, and the village committee Board. They wrote a letter to the Foundation requesting to open Pierra Navin Nursery in Ban Thanon-ngam in order to assist poor and destitute children as well as to relieve burdens of their parents. The purpose was to enable children to have opportunities in education and to assist their parents in working with their full effort without worrying about their children. In this connection, a multi-purpose building of Aranyavas Temple was renovated to be a nursery with 3 classrooms, 4 toilets, and 1 bathroom. In addition, another building was constructed to serve as a dining room and a storage room. Subsequently, Prof. Dr. Ukrit Mongkolnavin, the CEO assigned a working team to visit the place and do a preliminary survey on the site, including the number of children and communities for consideration. According to the survey report, the communities and residents showed their intention and unity to help children get opportunity for education. He then paid a visit to the communities and gave approval of establishing the Pierra Navin Nursery Khon Kaen Center. Pierra Navin Nursery Khon Kaen Center was open in operation on May 31, 2004, and the opening ceremony was later on February 10, 2005. The children enrolled in the center were from several villages, namely Ban Thanon-ngam, Ban Han, Ban Noansila, Ban Norhai, Ban Nong Waeng, Ban Khonsak. At present: There are 4 classrooms with 91 pupils in total: 48 males and 43 females, and 8 teachers. Conclusion: The total number of children admitted to the center since its opening is 379. 122 สถานรับเลี้ยงเด็กปฐมวัยพีระยา นาวินศูนย์ปัตตานี ประวัติ โรงเรียนสอนศาสนาอิสลามคลองหินวิทยา จัดตั้งขึ้นเมื่อวันที่ 6 ตุลาคม 2513 โดย ระยะแรกเกิดขึ้นจากแนวทางของ นายดอเลาะ อาบูบากา เห็นความส�ำคัญของเด็ก นักเรียนมุสลิมในหมู่บ้าน จึงได้บริจาคที่ดินส่วนตัวจ�ำนวน 5 ไร่ และซื้อเพิ่มอีก 5 ไร่ รวม เป็น 10 ไร่ ในภายหลัง ในระยะแรกเป็นโรงเรียนสอนศาสนา และมาปรับเปลี่ยนโดยเพิ่ม สายสามัญเมื่อปี 2545 ปัจจุบันมีครูจ�ำนวน 21 คน ชาย 15 คน หญิง 6 คน มีนักเรียน จ�ำนวน 255 คน ชาย 126 คน หญิง 129 คน โดยมีอาจารย์มูฮัมมาดฮัสมี อาบูบากา บุตรชายของนายดอเลาะ อาบูบากา เป็นผู้จัดการและเป็นครูใหญ่ สืบเนื่องจากโรงเรียนสอนศาสนาอิสลามคลองหินวิทยา กับ โรงเรียนปอเนาะในโครงการ พระราชด�ำริของสมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดาฯ สยามบรมราชกุมารี รวม 7 แห่งได้ส่งผู้แทนเยาวชน มาเข้าค่ายของพีระยานุเคราะห์มูลนิธิ เมื่อเมษายน 2547 ประธานกรรมการบริหาร มูลนิธิได้เห็นประสิทธิภาพของครูที่มาจากปอเนาะว่า มีความทุ่มเทเสียสละ ท�ำเพื่อ ส่วนรวมอย่างจริงจัง-จริงใจ ผู้จัดการโรงเรียนสอนศาสนาอิสลามคลองหินวิทยาเองก็มีความ ������� update 01/02/60.indd 122-123

124 Pierra Navin Nursery Pattani Center Pierra Navin Nursery Pattani Center Khlonghin Wittaya Islam School was established on October 6, 1970. At first, it was the idea of Mr. Doloh Abubaka who realized the importance of Muslim pupils in his village. Therefore, he donated 5 rais of land and bought another 5 rais, totaling 10 rais to build a school. At first, it was a school of Islamic studies. In 2002, it was developed to be a school following the public general education system. At present, there are 15 male teachers and 16 female teachers, totaling 21 teachers; and 126 male pupils and 129 female pupils, totaling 255 pupils. Mr. Muhammad Hasmi Abubaka, a son of Mr. Doloh Abubaka acts as the manager and headmaster of the school. As Khlonghin Wittaya Islam School and 7 Ponoh schools under the Royal Project of HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn sent the youth representatives to participate in the Foundation’s camp activities in April 2004, it showed that the teachers of Ponoh schools put great effort, sincerity, and devotion to their students. The school manager also needed to have a nursery established in the community in support of Pierra Navin Foundation. When the representatives returned to Pattani, they set up the meeting with the heads of several villages and proposed the idea of establishing the Pierra Navin Nursery which would hold the same activities as other nurseries under the Foundation’s patronage. 130 Pierra Navin Nursery Sakon Nakhon Center SAKON NAKHON CENTER At first, Pierra Navin Nurseries of Pierra Maternity & Child Welfare Foundation under the Royal Patronage of HRH the Princess Mother, assisted to take care of children in Dongsaento Village, Wattana Subdistrict, Songdao District, Sakon Nakhon Province between 1997 and 2004. Later, the Wattana Subdistrict Administrative Organization was able to manage a child care center by itself, which is a good thing. Subsequently, Director Lalit Thabthim and Phanna Subdistrict Administrative Organization along with the village head wrote the Letter no. MOE.04143 085/31 dated April 6, 2005 to the CEO of the Foundation, Prof. Dr.Ukrit Mongkolnavin requesting support to open a nursery at Khamtana Village, Phanna Subdistrict, Sawangdaendin District, Sakon Nakhon Province. The CEO paid his visit to the construction site of the nursery on November 21, 2005, and realized that the local leaders had unity, sincerity and great effort, and intention in helping their children to get education especially for early childhood as well as their support provided to various projects to manage child care-giving and development. Firstly, Phanna Subdistrict Administrative Organization had one building constructed for the Sakon Nakhon Center to use for child care and development Therefore, the Chief Executive Officer of the Foundation then approved of opening the Pierra Navin Nursery of Phanna Subdistrict Administrative Organization on May 15, 2006. 138 Toy Production Center Pierra Navin Toy Production Center was established under the policy of Prof. Dr. Ukrit Mongkolnavin, the CEO of Pierra Maternity And Child Welfare Foundation through his recognition of the significance of children’s play and Toy. The Toy Production Center is focused on creation and Production of standard Toy with high safety facilitating development of children in all areas to suit littlechidren taken care by Pierra Navin Nursery Center. In addition, it helps develop staff members at their own pace and capacities and give them opportunity in learning and live on their own as much as possible. Pierra Navin Toy Production Center was established on October 1, 2000, and Prof. Dr. Ukrit Mongkolnavin defined the guideline for implementing the project as, “both children and teachers prefer Thai Toy and make them together”. In order to develop children and youths to be good human resources, it is necessary to develop appropriate teaching and learning materials used as effective media; whereby Pierra Navin has reused and recycled things in producing the teaching-learning Media for the best benefit for all based on the principle of the sufficiency economy. Arrangement of teaching-learning programs by Pierra Navin Schools is in a form of preparing readiness of little children aged 3 - 6 years in all aspects that include physical, emotional, mental, social, and intellectual aspects, according to the teaching and learning objectives of early childhood education. It is thus necessary to prepare teaching Media in learning and teaching to help children develop their full capacities along with the continual steps of development. Therefore, appropriate learning Media should be considered in preparing learning aids and equipment. All children at all ages need interesting learning Media and tools that motivate them to learn by themselves and stimulating their senses. The Media should be cyclically used from time to time to make varieties. 142 ศูนย์ผลิตภัณฑ์จากผ้า พีระยา นาวิน Fabric Production Center ศาสตราจารย์ ดร.อุกฤษ มงคลนาวิน ประธานกรรมการบริหารพีระยานุเคราะห์มูลนิธิ ในพระอุปถัมภ์ของสมเด็จพระศรีนครินทราบรมราชชนนี ได้สร้างสรรค์กิจกรรมสาธารณกุศลต่างๆ สืบต่อจาก แพทย์หญิง ดร.คุณเพียร เวชบุล ซึ่งเป็นผู้ก่อตั้งพีระยานุเคราะห์มูลนิธิ ปัจจุบันพีระยานุเคราะห์มูลนิธิ มีโครงการช่วยเหลือสังคมด้านเด็กและเยาวชน โดยจัด ตั้งเป็นสถานรับเลี้ยงเด็กปฐมวัย โรงเรียนพีระยา นาวิน แผนกอนุบาล และแผนกประถม ปัจจุบัน มีศูนย์สาขาตามต่างจังหวัดต่างๆ ทั้งสิ้น 10 แห่ง 9 จังหวัด มีเด็กนักเรียนทั้งสิ้น ประมาณ 1,880 คน เพื่อให้การด�ำเนินงานพัฒนาด้านเด็ก เป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพสอดคล้องกับสภาวะต่างๆ ทางสังคมและเศรษฐกิจ ศาสตราจารย์ ดร.อุกฤษ มงคลนาวิน ได้จัดตั้งศูนย์ผลิตภัณฑ์จากผ้า พีระยา นาวิน เมื่อปี พ.ศ. 2544 เพื่อท�ำการผลิตโดยการตัดเย็บเครื่องแบบนักเรียนของเด็ก ที่ผลิตจากผ้า ตลอดจนเครื่องใช้ประจ�ำตัวต่างๆ ของเด็ก โดยด�ำเนินการเป็นผลส�ำเร็จ สามารถ ผลิตและสนองต่อความต้องการของเด็กจากครอบครัวที่มีรายได้น้อย ประมาณปีละ 8,000 ชุด สมดังเจตนารมณ์ของพีระยานุเคราะห์มูลนิธิ ������� update 01/02/60.indd 142-143

143 Prof. Dr. Ukrit Mongkolnavin, the CEO of Pierra Maternity and Child Welfare Foundation under the Royal Patronage of HRH the Princess Mother, has initiated many public activities when he acted as the President after Dr. Khun Pierra Vejabul the Founder of the Foundation. Presently, there are several projects that provide social support to children and youths by establishing early childhood centers and Pierra Navin Schools that include kindergarten and elementary sections. Nowadays, there are about 1,880 pupils enrolled in 10 Pierra Navin centers and schools in 9 provinces. For the purpose of efficient and effective development of children in compliance with social and economic circumstances, Prof. Dr. Ukrit Mongkolnavin has established Pierra Navin Production Center in 2001 to produce pupils’ uniforms including their daily accessories.This Center successfully produces approximately 8,000 uniforms per year for poor children from low-income families, achieving the target objectives of the Foundation. 145 ความร่วมมือระหว่างพีระยานุเคราะห์มูลนิธิ ในพระอุปถัมภ์ของสมเด็จพระ ศรีนครินทราบรมราชชนนี โดยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.อุกฤษ มงคลวิน ประธานกรรมการบริหาร พีระยานุเคราะห์มูลนิธิ กับ ภาควิชาทันตกรรมชุมชน คณะทันตแพทยศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์ มหาวิทยาลัย โครงการทันตกรรมชุมชน The Community-based Dentistry Project โครงการนี้เริ่มด�ำเนินการเดือนพฤษภาคม พุทธศักราช 2550 โรงเรียน พีระยานาวิน ให้บริการแก่เด็กนักเรียนมากกว่า 50 ชุมชน เป็นโครงการร่วมมือระหว่าง พีระยานุเคราะห์มูลนิธิ ในพระอุปถัมภ์ของสมเด็จพระศรีนครินทราบรมราชชนนี โดย ศาสตราจารย์ ดร.อุกฤษ มงคลนาวิน ประธานกรรมการบริหารพีระยานุเคราะห์มูลนิธิฯ กับ ภาควิชาทันตกรรมชุมชน คณะทันตแพทยศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย โดย รศ. ทพ.สุนทราพงศ์ ระพีสุวรรณ หัวหน้าภาควิชาทันตกรรมชุมชน และ ผศ. ทญ. ดร.ภฑิตา ภูริเดช หนองหารพิทักษ์ โครงการดังกล่าวมีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อให้บริการสุขภาพทางช่องปากแก่เด็ก นักเรียนในชุมชนต่างๆ ที่เข้ารับบริการด้านการดูแลป้องกัน และรักษาทางทันตกรรมเบื้องต้น โดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย 6/13/17 11:27 AM

146 โครงการดังกล่าวให้บริการโดยนิสิตทันตแพทย์ชั้นปีที่ 5 ภายใต้การดูแล ควบคุมของ อาจารย์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ นักเรียนได้รับการส�ำรวจและตรวจทางช่องปาก การดูแลป้องกันโรคและการ ป้องกันโรคทางช่องปากตามหลักทันตสุขศึกษา รวมถึงค�ำแนะน�ำ และให้นิสิตทันตแพทย์ได้มี ความใกล้ชิดและเสริมส่งประสบการณ์ร่วมกัน ก่อให้เกิดประโยชน์ในการบ�ำรุงดูแลรักษาช่องปาก โครงการนี้ประสบความส�ำเร็จอย่างมาก เด็กนักเรียนและนิสิตทันตแพทย์ต่างมีความ ใกล้ชิดผูกพัน และได้ประสบความส�ำเร็จตามวัตถุประสงค์ ที่มุ่งหวังให้เยาวชนคนรุ่นใหม่จะได้ใช้ ความรู้ที่ร�่ำเรียนมาเป็นประโยชน์ต่อส่วนรวม ซึ่งหมายถึง คุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีของประชาชน ที่ควร จะได้รับการดูแล เอาใจใส่อย่างจริงจังทั่วถึงและต่อเนื่องเพราะประเทศจะเจริญรุ่งเรืองได้จะต้อง ขึ้นอยู่กับการสาธารณสุข และการศึกษารวมเรียกว่าคุณภาพชีวิต ขอขอบคุณผู้มีส่วนร่วมทุกท่านและขอความดีที่ทุกท่านได้ร่วมกันสร้างสรรค์นี้ ให้ ทุกท่านมีความสุขกาย สุขใจมีก�ำลังสติปัญญาเพื่อส่วนรวมตลอดไป ������� update 01/02/60.indd 146-147

147 Cooperation between Pierra Maternity and Child Welfare Foundation under the Royal Patronage of HRH the Princess Mother, by Prof. Dr. Ukrit Mongkolnavin, the CEO, and the Community Dentistry Department of the Faculty of Dentistry, Chulalongkorn University Carried out in May 2007, the project was initiated by Prof. Dr. Ukrit Mongkolnavin, the CEO of the Foundation. It was a joint project between Pierra Maternity and Child Welfare Foundation and the Community Dentistry Department of the Faculty of Dentistry, Chulalongkorn University led by Assoc. Prof. Dentist Suntraphon Raphisuwan, the Head of the Community Dentistry Department and Asst. Prof. Dr. Dentist Bhathita Bhuridet Nongharnphitak. The Project has objectives to provide services on oral hygiene to children and pupils in various communities by Pierra Navin Schools serving as centers to provide services in prevention from oral diseases and preliminary treatments of such diseases free of charge.Those services are provided by the dentistry students of the 5th year classes under the supervision of their specialist lecturers. In this joint activity, pupils are surveyed and get dental check-up, oral cavity care, and prevention from oral diseases, based on dental care principle and advice. In the meantime, the dentistry students can develop their relationships with the pupils and share their experience from their practice, helping the pupils to have dental health. In brief, the project is very successful not only because the pupils and dentistry students have close relationship that meet the objectives of the project, but the dentistry students who are young generations can also apply their knowledge to benefit public’ s well-being. In other words, healthy life of people should be seriously taken in consideration as the development of a country depends on public health and education as so-called quality of life. 149 โครงการแลกเปลี่ยนไทย - เดนมาร์ก The Thai-Danish Joint Project โครงการแลกเปลี่ยนไทย - เดนมาร์ก เป็นโครงการร่วมกันระหว่าง พีระยานุเคราะห์ มูลนิธิ ในพระอุปถัมภ์ของสมเด็จพระศรีนครินทราบรมราชชนนี กับสถาบันการศึกษา ณ ประเทศ เดนมาร์ก เริ่มโครงการในปีพุทธศักราช 2543 โดยการประสานงานของจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย รับนักศึกษาเข้าฝึกปฏิบัติงานด้านการสอน ณ โรงเรียนพีระยา นาวิน รุ่นที่ 1 ในเดือนสิงหาคม 2543 ด�ำเนินการมาอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยได้รับความช่วยเหลือจากจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย และ มหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ อนุเคราะห์อาจารย์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ เป็นอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาให้กับ นักศึกษาเดนมาร์ก อาจารย์จีระพันธุ์ พูลพัฒน์ และอาจารย์วรวรรณ เหมชะญาต อาจารย์จากจุฬาลงกรณ์ มหาวิทยาลัย เป็นอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาให้กับนักศึกษาที่ฝึกสอน ณ ศูนย์อยุธยา อาจารย์สุจินดา ขจรรุ่งศิลป์ อาจารย์จากมหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ เป็นอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาให้กับนักศึกษาที่ ฝึกสอน ณ ศูนย์พหลโยธิน 47 ผศ. ทญ ดร.ภูฑิตา ภูริเดช หนองหารพิทักษ์ อาจารย์จากโรงพยาบาล จุฬาฯ เป็นอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาให้กับนักศึกษาที่ฝึกสอน ณ ศูนย์พหลโยธิน 47 6/13/17 11:27 AM

150 ปัจจุบัน ศูนย์ฯ มีการประสานงานอย่างต่อเนื่องกับสถาบันการศึกษาจากประเทศ เดนมาร์ก จ�ำนวน 5 สถาบัน ได้แก่ • Copenhagen National Institute for Social Education • Peter Sabroe Seminariet • Skovtofte Podagog Seminarium National Institute for Social Education. • Kobenhavns Socialpaedagogiske Seminarium National Institute for Social Education • Ballerup Seminarie ส�ำหรับรูปแบบการด�ำเนินงานนั้น สถาบันการศึกษาจากประเทศเดนมาร์กจะประสาน งานและส่งนักศึกษาเข้าฝึกสอน ปีละ 2 รุ่น ระยะเวลา รุ่นละ 6 เดือน ปัจจุบันด�ำเนินการเป็นรุ่นที่ 23 โดยมีนักศึกษาจากประเทศเดนมาร์ก เข้าฝึกปฏิบัติงานสอน จ�ำนวนทั้งสิ้น 106 คน ������� update 01/02/60.indd 150-151
