Rural clinic designAir Tawar Rural Clinic, Batu 16,
Ayer Tawar

Air Tawar 2G Rural Clinic is located at Batu 16, Ayer
Tawar, Manjung, Perak. It sits on a 4,422 square metres
of land. It was built on December 21, 2017 at a cost of
RM 1,667,170.00. The facility serves a population of
1000-4000 at that location. It was designed using JKR
Pre-Approved Plan.

The gross floor area of the two storey building is 390
square metres. It is equipped with a Treatment Room,
Procedure Room, Health Education Room, and
Laboratory. Additionally, it has two units of living
quarters for the staff on the upper floor.

Dental clinic designSungai Tekam Utara Dental Clinic,
Jerantut

Sungai Tekam Utara Dental Clinic was built on a 11,605
square metre site in Sungai Tekam, Jerantut, Pahang. It
was an additional block built next to the existing health
clinic. The clinic was a one-off design of a Dental Clinic to
cater to the growing needs of the local population.

The gross floor area of the single storey Dental Clinic is
907 square metres. It consists of three Surgery Rooms,
an X-Ray Room and a Dental Laboratory.
