PROGRAM LATIHAN 2026 | Institut Aminuddin BakiBICARA PENGARAHDIRECTOR’S MESSAGEAssalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh dan Salam Malaysia MADANI.Syukur ke hadrat Allah SWT kerana dengan izin dan limpah rahmat-Nya, Buku Program Latihan 2026 Institut Aminuddin Baki (IAB) dapat diterbitkansebagai panduan bagi pemimpin pendidikan. Penerbitan buku Program Latihan 2026 bukan sekadar kompilasi senarai kursus dan latihan. Buku ini merupakan dokumen perancangan strategik yang menggambarkan komitmen IAB dalam memperkasa kepimpinan pendidikan secara sistematik, terancang, dan sejajar dengan keutamaan Kementerian Pendidikan. Program-program yang dirangka mengambil kira hala tuju Rancangan Pendidikan Malaysia 2026-2035, KOMPAS 2.0 serta selari dengan aspirasi Malaysia MADANI, dan tuntutan kepimpinan dalam era digital. Sebagai institusi latihan kepimpinan pendidikan, fungsi utama IAB adalah untuk membangun dan memperkukuh kompetensi pemimpin pendidikan di pelbagai peringkat. Justeru Buku Program Latihan 2026 disusun dengan memberi penekanan kepadapembangunan kepimpinan instruksional, pengurusan perubahan, tadbir urus yang berintegriti, penggunaan data secara strategik, serta penerapan teknologi digital dalam pengurusan dan kepimpinan pendidikan. Dalam landskap pendidikan yang semakin kompleks pemimpin pendidikan tidak lagi hanya berperanan sebagai pentadbir semata-mata, malah sebagai peneraju transformasi. Maka latihan yang ditawarkan turut memberi ruang kepada pembelajaran berasaskan pengalaman, perkongsian amalan terbaik serta pengukuhan jaringan profesional. IAB komited dalam memastikan setiap latihan yang diikuti memberi impak yang signifikan kepada keberkesanan dalam pengurusan dan kepimpinan. Model latihan NPQEL 2.0 direka bentuk bagi menyediakan bakal pengetua dan guru besar (PGB) berprestasi tinggi, iaitu “pemimpin berwawasan dan mampu membawa perubahan yang berimpak tinggi ke arah kecemerlangan organisasi melalui keterampilan personal dan profesional”. This Advanced Course which is a 'follow-up follow-through' phase focuses on evaluating the effectiveness of intervention programmes that have been implemented to improve school performance. Programme evaluation is to determine the appropriateness of the programme and the environment in helping the achievement of goalsand objectives. The information gathered through this process will be used to make decisions. School leaders will be assisted with methods to identify aspects that need to be paid attention to make the SPeeD-uP Programme successful and cultured, thus making improvements to their respective school performance improvement programs. Programme implementation needs to be followed up with a process of encouraging programme implementation, monitoring schedules, resolution procedures problems as to ensure thatthe programme is effective and successful.
