“Together Everyone Achieves More.” A learner’s growth can result through team building activities, which are intended to push them beyond their comfort zones. While some students still don't understand the idea of working together, others have come out of their shells and made new friends. This presented itself as a perfect opportunity to focus on teamwork. Whether it be in the classroom or on a field trip, team building is an excellent approach for children to develop at their own pace. Keeping this in mind, Group Counseling Sessions were conducted with learners of Grade IV-V on the topic ‘Team Building and Empathy’ in the month of November 2022. The introduction of the game- Paint Relay was the first action in the session's flow. In the beginning, one person from each team drew anything of their choosing, which the other team members were then required to complete one at a time. Followed by an open discussion on the importance of working together. Every learner willingly engaged in the session with great passion and interest. Developing appropriate social and communication skills, including effective speaking and active listening, was the goal of this session. The aim was to instill in the students an understanding of the importance of teamwork and collaboration in order to achieve goals. PAINT RELAY Grades IV - V

Having explored the canvas from the tender age of five, Manan's tryst with creativity started by creating his own fictitious games on small bits of paper. He consistently pushes the boundaries of creativity, and his work experiments with the new design concepts which intensify existing creative landscapes and encompass all fields of design. However, “Manga” has been one of his foremost interests. According to him, sketching is therapeutic, especially character art and environment building. Manga can be an initial point or a magnum opus. Since it has existed for centuries now, the choices are also abundant. His favorite character being “Miyamoto Mushashi” from the Vagabond. He says that the Manga has captured the mind share of the younger generation and the reason is because of its timeless appeal. It has molded itself into the cultural tones of the times . At this young age, he has been recognized for his creativity, skill set and intellect. He has conceptualized a design script for a corporate advertising firm. He has been an honorary delegate for the students at the Society of Automotive Manufacturers (SIAM) of India to participate in the automotive design conclave as a young design representative from the student community. He has also published a story sketch book with Bribooks and is currently completing his first book.
