“Magic is believing in yourself. If you can do that, you can make anything happen.” The tiny-tots of Pre-Nursery delightfully presented a musical extravaganza- “Odyssey - Finding the lost magic” on 13th, 15th and 16th February 2023. The event depicted an expedition to help Harry Potter discover his lost powers and underscored different virtues along the journey. The little singers showcased their talent as they began the presentation with a heart-warming welcome song and as the drama unfurled, the amazing actors exhibited self-assuredness and innocence. The graceful presence of the founder Director-Principal, Mrs. Anita Malhotra and Vice-Principal Ms. Ritu Jawa further elevated the spirits of all present. The finale dance was undeniably spellbinding and the parents too joined in to match the steps with their wards. The audience applauded and cheered to express their appreciation for the little artists. Afterwards, the learners took on the role of mentors sitting across the table with parents for flip-teaching and presented their ‘Achievements File’ for the activity ‘Hues of Learning’ that showcased their learning journey over the year. The joyful occasion imprinted invaluable and magical memories in the hearts and minds of each one present. The event concluded with the Graduation Ceremony where learners were handed over certificates and graduation caps signifying the culmination of a journey and commencement of a new one.
Pure souls are a beam of sunlight radiating the possibilities of virtue from the infinite and eternal. The word Manchtantra has been derived from the amalgamation of the words ‘Manch’ meaning stage and ‘Tantra’ meaning a mystical text. The enthusiastic learners of Grade Nursery performed flawlessly on stage as they enthralled the audience with their Annual Presentation ‘Manchtantra - The Manual of life,’ on Friday, March 3rd 2023. Our ardent learners beautifully depicted the classic story of Panchatantra whilst showcasing the life skills learnt by them that will help them carve their future path. The adroit character of Pandit Vishnu Sharma was the leitmotif of the event. The rhapsodic spectacle was a true reflection of confidence, talent and divine innocence of our fervent learners. The lyrical extravaganza intertwined humour and wisdom, and highlighted the importance of our traditions and cultures.
“A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.” The ebullient learners of Grade Prep brought back reminiscences of their joyful journey in Grade Prep with their heart-warming performance during their Annual Presentation ‘ManchatantraMasti ki Paathshala’ on Wednesday, 22nd February 2023. The event was like a beautiful potpourri which began with shloka recitals followed by a melodious choir to compliment it. Our DirectorPrincipal, Mrs. Anita Malhotra, shared her pearls of wisdom and infused the audience with alacrity and optimism. The learners passionately unveiled their fascinating daily regime at school. They enchanted the audience with the depiction of their odyssey which has been filled with warmth, happiness and erudition. It was a wondrous musical extravaganza with rhythmic lines and foot tapping dances. The spectators were enthralled by the charisma and vibes of joy spread by the learners.

A person without the knowledge of their past, origin, and culture is like a tree without a root. The enthusiastic learners of Grade I unfolded the marvels of Indian ingenuity to celebrate the country’s rich cultural and artistic diversity during their Annual Presentation ‘Kaaryashaala: Har Hunar Ko Salaam’ held on 1 st March 2023. The tribute marked the dedicated efforts of 200 learners whose radiance and energy illuminated the stage. The melodious choir performance exhibited the musical talents of our young learners while setting the tone for the event. The event witnessed learners taking audience on an exhilarating journey to explore the beauty and intricate details involved in making Indian handicrafts such as puppetry, wooden toys, bangle making, paper mache, terracotta, handlooms and pottery. While the young storytellers brought numerous cultures and art forms from various Indian states to life on stage, backstage they learnt the lifelessons of camaraderie and companionship. The Presentation was a fantastic experience and an effective platform for our young learners to exhibit their talents and abilities.

Indian Culture is renowned for its diversity in music, art, dance, language, cuisine, costume, philosophy and literature. Its belief system, values, etiquettes, and rituals woven in a beautiful symphony of rich tradition, and the celebration of such unity in diversity makes India the proud nation that it is. We believe in nurturing our leaners while providing them with values entrenched in the moral beliefs and virtues of our land that help them progress in future. Another event that resonated with our school’s strong ethos of staying true to our roots while spreading our wings to fly was the Annual Fiesta, ‘Kaaryashala- Dhara ke Bandhu’, presented by the versatile learners of Grade II on 8 th December 2022. The show celebrated the rich cultural heritage of our country, its various art forms and served as a tribute to the artisans who tirelessly work to create exquisite pieces of craft. The show was an amalgamation of cinematic performances, meticulous dances and virtuoso choir presentation, which took viewers on a voyage to explore the world of Indian handicrafts and art forms such as Wooden Toys, Pottery, Warli art, Henna Art, Madhubani Art along with Tie and Dye. The enthralling performance showcased the hard work of 200 learners who captured the true essence of the ethnic heritage of our country that gives people a sense of belongingness to their country. ords of encouragement from our Director-Principal ma’am, Ms. Anita Malhotra and our guest of Honor, Dr. Janis Darbari, Honorary Counsel General of the Consulate of Montenegro filled our learners with zeal and enthusiasm who showcased their talents in a breathtaking performance that left the audience awestruck. An exhibition cum sale, which was organized in the school premises gave the opportunity to one and all to purchase various artefacts directly from the artisans. The roaring success of the event was a proof of the efforts made by learners and mentors to create an awareness of our cultural legacy amongst people and support the unsung heroes earn their livelihood with dignity.

The talented learners of Grade III unravelled the thematic confluence of craftsmanship through their Annual Presentation ‘KAARYASHALA.. Timeless Art, Priceless Gift’ in the school auditorium on Friday, 17th February 2023. Our Director-Principal, Mrs. Anita Malhotra, shared her vision on embracing the diversity of various forms of ethnic artistry that our homeland offers with abundance of simplicity and charm. Ms. Malhotra further encouraged parents to help children imbibe the values of regularity and discipline. The learners elatedly took audience on a breath-taking expedition that showcased a mystical and magical amalgamation of art and science. All sections weaved the strings of ingenuity by exhibiting an array of craftwork through Toran Making, Papad Making, Phulkari, Jute Weaving, Pottery, Puppet Making and Lantern Making. The audience cheered for the learners who effortlessly excelled in every role. Ms Ritu Jawa, Vice Principal - Primary and Middle Wing expressed her heartfelt appreciation for days of hard work put in by learners and mentors. We are hopeful that initiatives such as these will go a long way in increasing awareness and supporting the craftsmen earn their livelihood with dignity.
All life is learning and learning is lifelong. Vocational Education Programs have made a real difference in the lives of countless young people nationwide; they build self-confidence and leadership skills by allowing individuals to utilize their unique gifts and talents. Our school too offers a number of Vocational Education Clubs with a broad range of skills for our young minds to explore. For instance, the S.M.A.R.T Club (Spatial, Manipulative, Analytical and Reasoning techniques) guides learners to understand concepts, which require Higher Order Thinking Skills. Similarly, the Brain Train Club utilizes many techniques to enable learners hone their mental keenness. The Expression Theatre Club helps learners to practice voice modulation along with toning of the pitch. They acquired training in the different forms of theatre such as puppetry, mime and nukkad-natak. The Global Expression Club acted as a gateway to learning the basics of various international languages such as French, German and Spanish. The confident and joyful learners of READ Club were introduced to the genre of Graphic Novels during this quarter. The Speechcraft club enhanced the linguistic skills of learners. It helped them become confident and charismatic orators by working on their voice quality and speech delivery. Interactive discussions, debates and presentations helped to refine communication skills while voice quality was enhanced through vocal exercises and techniques. The Art Smart Club encouraged learners to participate in creative activities to enhance their artistic skills and learn new techniques such as the Mosaic Art technique. The Beat Busters club, at the same time, helped learners to understand rhythm, strengthen motor movements and emote through facial expressions. The Fitness Club focused on involving learners in exercises designed to make the body flexible, increase immunity and bone density while also facilitating logical thinking and cognitive skills. These vocational clubs provided learners with the opportunity to deepen their knowledge and further develop the chosen skills.
