The Energy Management Committee must carry out a management evaluation of SEM implementation every year in the Energy Management Committee meeting. 2. Management assessment topics are as follows: i. Progress in achieving Energy Objectives & Targets ii. Quantitative and qualitative benefits iii. Study of legal compliance and requirements in the aspect of energy management iv. Suitability and effectiveness of SEM v. Energy Policy Review vi. Energy Management Matrix Study vii. Next improvement target plan 3. The energy management evaluation platform can also be held together with any other appropriate meeting platform such as the PKK Management Review Meeting. The energy management system review procedure consists of the preparation of the Energy Management System Review Report and Quarterly Energy Report prepared by the Energy Manager, Monthly Status Report, Internal Audit Report followed by the evaluation of the report by the top management and further improvement recommendations continue as shown in Figure 7.1.
