SIT: A team created by CoSEM to implement Energy Conservation Measures (ECM) will be disbanded when the ECM implementation is completed. 7.3 SEM PKK reporting structure for any agenda or information is very important to ensure that information reaches all levels effectively. Analysis results in periodic energy management reports will show opportunities to improve energy efficiency. The results of the report must be reported to the relevant parties. Energy Managers should design a reporting system to ensure that the right information will be provided to the right people to act. The types of reports recommended in the implementation of SEM can be categorized based on the functions of the users as follows: i. Top Management (PKK Director) Relevant information on the current status of energy consumption and energy-saving activities should be provided to upper management. The information provided should clearly state a summary of the analysis results and improvement targets. ii. Finance and Procurement Unit Relevant information on the current status of use and the financial status of each of the implemented measures should be provided. The information provided must clearly state the summary of the results of the analysis and improvement. The report should also indicate the estimated budget required for the next phase of implementation.

Head of Energy Accounting Center Relevant information on the current status of energy consumption and energy saving activities should be provided to the key individuals responsible for energy consumption by each designated EAC. Purchase: The acquisition of equipment, systems, installation, and also the use of services through direct ordering. ii. Procurement: Acquisition of equipment, systems, installation, and also the use of services through tenders/quotations. 8.4 Procedure is as below: i. Purchase and procurement procedures must comply with Malaysian Government Treasury Directives, procedures set by the Ministry of Finance, and circulars issued by Sabah Malaysian Treasury, Ministry of Finance Malaysia. ii.
