Installation requirement:

1. Install the LED strip on flame-retardant surface, thickness of wood and material exceed 2mm;
2. Please read the specification first, to make sure the service environment matches the conditions

in the specification before using;
3. The LED strip and other accessories cann’t be extruded and folded;
4. The conducting components of PCB can’t be damaged;
5. Installation of LED strip must comply with electrical safety standard.Only professionals can install

the LED strip;
6. Install the strip according to correct positive and negative polarity, otherwise the strip will be damaged;
7. For safety, recommend parallel connection;ensure power supply operate load with transformer;
8. Cut LED stip according to Logo on the LED strip;
9. When install on the metalic surface or conductive surface,deal the touch area with insulation;
10. Please pay attention to preventing electrostatic during installation. The product can only be used in

corrosion-proof environment, which avoid damp, water drop or other disadvantage elements.
11.Serial connection can't exceed the max. length, and IE3 must be used with aluminum profile

and other radiators;
12.Cut LED strip according to the mark logo.

Power

1. Connect the red wire on the light bar with the positive pole of the electric
supply and the black wire is connected with the negative pole.

Cutting line

2. If the light bar with that length is not required,
the scissor may be used to cut off from the
shear line.

Power 3. The cut light bar can be connected with accessories terminal and then
connect it with the power supply.

2. Don’t damage conductor parts of the circuit board at the time of installation.
3. The installation of the light bar should be made at the condition complying with electrical safety

5. When it is installed on metal or conduct surface, insulation protection should be made at the

place where contact is made.
6. Observe the positive and negative anodes before installation for correct connection to prevent

Safety Information

- The strip itself and all its components may not be mechanically stressed.
- Assembly must not damage or destroy conducting paths on the circuit board.
- Installation of LED ribbon (with power supplies) needs to be made with regard to all applicable

electrical and safety standards. Only qualified personnel should be allowed to perform installations.
- Correct electrical polarity needs to be observed. Wrong polarity may destroy the strip.
- Parallel connection is highly recommended as safe electrical operation mode.
- Serial connection is not recommended. Unbalanced voltage drop can cause hazardous overload

and damage the strip.
- Please ensure that the power supply is of adapters power to operate the total load.
- When mounting on metallic or otherwise conductive surfaces, there needs to be an electrical

isolation points between strip and the mounting surface.
- Pay attention to standard ESD precautions when installing the strip.
- Damaged by corrosion will not be honored as a materials defect claim.

It is the user’s responsibility to provide suitable protection against corrosive agents such as
moisture and condensation and other harmful elements.

1. Cut the light off.
2. Select 12V or 24V terminal.

3. Open the end cover and insert the light bar into the terminal and place it under the copper sheet.

4. Close the end cover and the installation is completed.

Considerations of the product:

1. The light bar and other accessories should be free of pressure.
2. Don’t damage conductor parts of the circuit board at the time of installation.
3. The installation of the light bar should be made at the condition complying with electrical safety standard

and only be carried out by professional personnel.
4. Ensure to use power transformer to convert for load.
5. When it is installed on metal or conductor surface, insulation protection should be made at the

contacting place.
6. Observe the positive and negative pole before installation for correct connection to prevent damage to

light bar.
7. Please note to prevent static at the time of installation.
8. The product should be provided with anti-corrosive environment such as avoidance of damp water ball

and other adverse factors.
