EPILOGUE

Director MANOJ always has new ideas. He wanted to showcase the projects done
by clubs in our zone to celebrate the centennial year of our foundation. I thank him
for giving me the opportunity to compile and publish this book.
As I went through the process of seeking information from the clubs and districts, I
reloaded it's a mammoth task. It was highly gratifying to know our clubs did some
excellent, innovative, needbased, substantially large projects. It was heartwarming
to see and understand the humanitarian and impactful projects. We tried to publish
most of them but since this is a pioneering effort we missed several projects.
My compliments to all the clubs who undertook these projects also I think we must
learn to perfectly document and photograph the projects in the future.
I thank the entire team of rotary leaders who supported this endeavour - PDG Raja
Seenivasan, PDG Kamal Sanghvi, PDG Avinash Poddar, PDG K.P. Nagesh, PDG
Ashok Panjwani, PDG Sam Patibandla, PDG Raja Michael, PDG Kamalesh Raheja,
DG Brigadier Naik, PDG Ashish Desai and PDG Rajendra Rai. They took lot of pains
to collect the information.
My special thanks to all my friends and sponsorers who supported the publication
monetarily. We are sure this book will help in our image building and act as a tool to
inform about rotary to our new and potential members
My special thanks to DGN Ramesh Vangala who spent several days with the printer
and getting the information from the clubs. Also grateful thanks to PDG Sam Patibandla
and Sri Bapanna Alapati of Kala Jyothi Process Pvt. Ltd. for publishing the book.
The book hopefully will satisfy the desire and demand of Rotarians for such publication
and will be a forerunner for many such books in the future.
Regards,
Yours in service
Dr Ravi Vadlamani
