Detox There is a need to detox emotionally because our
emotions kill us. They take away our happiness. It is
important to detox as soon as possible, otherwise we
carry that emotion with us for the rest of the day or
even longer. We need to reflect on what happened,
accept the emotions, resolve it and not absorb it. There
is a learning from the palm tree – in a storm it moves
with the wind and so it is not uprooted. Its roots go
deep. When we Make our roots deep then we will be
easily able to draw on our inner qualities when a storm
comes. When the roots go deep it is easy to be tolerant,
to accept and flow.

tension as it starts to build up. Control your thinking
and direct it in a positive way. Stop blaming external
things as the causes for your stress. When we put blame
on external things we are not in control. Most things in
the day are not a surprise. Most of the time we know
what we will have to deal with- so prepare yourself.
