all done it. Turning nothing into something. We
exaggerate numbers, lengths of time, emotions, degrees
of like or dislike and so many other things. Even though
exaggeration seems harmless, steer away from over-

difficult in our minds, making things bigger than they

relationships. The process of forgiveness is part of our

Relax For many of us the world or life has become fast paced.
We see ourself always being in a state of 'hurry' . The
hurry is to be somewhere in time, to do something etc.
Remember, If we are always in a hurry, we are just
conveying a sense of urgency and pressure. But, not
everything is urgent, so let us take the pressure off and
not hurry. Today, practice not to hurry but instead be
happy. When we are happy and we will make better
choices about when to be quick and when to have a
more relaxed pace.

will benefit in the long run. This is like crossing the

those situations creates our attitudes, habits & our
personality. A good method to remain happy and make
others happy is to be flexible and adjust yourself to new

rules we normally get angry. When we are angry, we lose
the ability to see the reality of what is happening. Anger,
whether repressed or expressed damages us. We should
realize that It is our thinking which leads us to anger -
