Retail Store Manager, Austin, TX
Asia joined T-Mobile at the dawn of Un-carrier and was privileged enough to see the evolution of such an amazing customer-
focused company. Starting as a part-time sales associate, she has grown both professionally and personally with this great
company. Asia dedicates her spare time to music by singing, writing, playing guitar and learning piano.

AMANDA ORTIZ

Retail Associate Manager, Central Texas
Amanda began her T-Mobile journey with the Mission Call Center as a Technical Support Specialist for more than two years. She
transitioned into Retail and has been in this department for more than a year in Austin, Texas. Amanda is currently pursuing her
degree in Public Relations & Marketing at Ashford University and plans on growing within the company upon graduation. She
is currently a member of Women In Technology International and enjoys networking with and empowering other professional
women working in all sectors of technology. Amanda keeps busy juggling between work, school, attending music concerts and
spending time with her boyfriend and their three dogs.

Saul Lopez, a Mobile Expert in Austin, TX, has been part of T-Mobile for almost two years. He currently has a bachelor’s degree
in American Sign Language and is pursuing his Sign Language Interpreting Certification. Saul is excited to persistently develop
leadership skills, actively partake in our Diversity and Inclusion chapter, and continue providing language accessibility to the deaf
and hard-of hearing community through T-Mobile.

MATTHEW CRORY REO LAURON

Account Expert, TEX, Oakland Call Center Global Care Partner, Engagement Coach, T-Mobile
Universal Activations
Matthew has been with T-Mobile for a year and a half and
strives to be the next homegrown leader straight out of Maine. Reo is in his 8th year of service, with all of it spent in the
He loves taking care of customers’ needs and helping his team T-Mobile account. As he gained tenure, Reo started sharing
rock the new TEX world. Music has always been his passion knowledge as a TCC Mentor. He also became our T-Voice
since he was little. Matthew taught himself to play three for Universal Activations back in February 2017, while also
instruments in high school, and spent a few years touring in an being a Senior Rep. He eventually got promoted to Coach in
Indie-Pop band. Now he enjoys being able to put those talents September last year. Other than being a rock star coach, Reo is
to use as a part of T-Mobile and the Magenta Family. also a famous guy in our site, being the resident choreographer
and taking care of just about every big dancing event. He is the
ABRAHAM STEPHENS head of Startek Makati’s awesome dance crew, the T-Movers!

Abraham has been a part of T-Mobile for just over a year and
strives to take his TEX team to the next level with his positive
attitude and energy day in and day out. Music has been a
lifelong passion and pursuit for him. Aside from singing in
church all growing up, he sang and played guitar in a pop/
rock band for about four years after high school. Abraham has
always loved bringing joy through music and is thrilled to be
able to now bring that to his T-Mobile family.

Gina Cohen

Gina is a lead writer on our Communications & Community Engagement team and drives a tremendous
amount of work from John’s cookbook, press releases, messaging, TEX stage content and everything
in-between. She ensures the Un-carrier voice is compelling, powerful, elevates the brand and humanizes
T-Mobile for current and potential new customers.

Maddie Egan
Sr. Specialist, Communications | Bellevue, WA

A rising star on the Employee Campaigns team, Maddie received four nominations for PEAK and one for
Winners Circle. She pitches in to help out wherever necessary and executes at the highest level – consistently
delivering on the high bar of excellence we require. She has taken the lead on T-Mobile Park, Earnings,
Benefits Annual Enrollment, Employee Stock Grant and countless other campaigns and events here at HQ.

Alex Pottmeyer has truly gone all-in this year to help in any way he can, particularly in supporting John and

Carol Reifsnyder

Carol Reifsnyder is a thought leader and a successful change agent in developing the future workplace
design strategy for T-Mobile’s business offices and call centers. She has a wonderful interpersonal style
and is extremely effective in partnering with leaders at all levels in sharing ideas to inspire and influence the
workplace evolution and providing the guidance and support necessary to help lead their teams through

Natalie led multiple Un-carrier programs and projects in addition to being a go-to resource for highly complex
and challenging initiatives throughout 2018. She is consistently requested by all levels --- from executives
to working team members --- as a program leader for new projects, due to her knowledge of the business
and leadership abilities. Natalie consistently engages cross functional resources at all levels, contributes
as a thought leader and proactively identifies and manages risks in order to drive programs/projects to the

Mike Allen
Truck Store Manager | Cottonwood Heights, UT

Mike Allen, Mountain West Truck Manager, is a true leader in our organization. The role of a Truck Manager
is tough! It requires long hours, travel, high energy and living the brand in unique and sometimes challenging
situations. In 2018 Mike really make his mark as a leader that always puts the needs of the team and
organization first of mind and takes quick action to lead in whatever may be needed. Mike’s span of impact
was felt across multiple channels, states, markets, and segments of our organization.

Erick Andrade
Territory Manager, TPR Sales | Houston, TX

Erick is an outstanding people leader; his impact is felt beyond his role as Territory Manager. He consistently
delivers exceptional sales and operational results; his impact can be seen in the Houston Market as a whole.
In 2018 Erick helped develop a local RSM to TM development program, identifying and mentoring Houston’s
next generation of TMs. That program combined with Erick’s passion for developing others, translated into
two TM promotions. Erick onboarded new recruits, significantly improved Houston’s TPR performance, which
resulted in a stronger partnership between COR and TPR teams.

Valerie Armstrong
Sr. Signature Merchandising & Ops Expert | Chicago, IL

Val brings a positive and contagious energy to every shift. She has become an operational expert, partnering
with Loss Prevention and sharing her processes with neighboring Retail teams. Val is a great resource for the
entire team, everyone knows they can go to her for help or guidance. Her quality of work and positive attitude
is as winning combination. Taking on stretch assignments and maintaining her high level of performance
makes her a true asset to Mag Mile, she is the epitome of what it means to be Un-carrier!

Jessica Arroyave
General Manager, Signature Store | Miami Beach, FL

Jessica is an amazing and engaged leader, always ready to show what T-Mobile has to offer, inside or outside
her Signature Store. She has an incredible work ethic and dedicates time to providing feedback to others,
mentoring employees for career growth, and creating opportunities for exposure. Jessica also offers unique
perspective on leadership, and tackles the status quo to help influence change. Jessica is deserving of this
nomination for her local efforts in Miami Beach, regional impact throughout the southeast, and nationwide
projection as a T-Mobile Hispanic leader.

Jenn Bailey
Sr. Program Manager, Sales Operations | Allentown, PA

Jenn has been instrumental in supporting the frontline. Her leadership in developing the Ops Ready! Audits
is what led to its success. Her program manager organizational skills as well as how receptive she is to field
feedback ensured a smooth execution. Jenn is always available to answer questions quickly or find someone who
can. Her cross-functional coaching and career development advice makes Jenn is a true example of the Un-carrier!

Mike Boese

Mike has been a key contributor to the integration team since May of 2018. With just a small team, he has
developed a comprehensive, data driven model that has helped forecast synergies, costs, and long-term
decisions for the New T-Mobile.

Lindsay Carter Adams
Sr. Trainer, Sales | Birmingham, AL

Lindsay is always willing to take on any challenge. She took the role of Leader Specialist and immediately made
impacts with our Dealer Partners by identifying performance gaps, building and executing training workshops,
that led to performance improvements. But she didn’t stop there --- she was asked to take over the Nashville
TPR Market in addition to her own. She then transitioned into an interim Retail District Manager role for a larger
volume Retail District in Atlanta. Like a Swiss Army knife, Lindsay was whatever we needed in the market.

Mitch Clabeaux
Operations Manager | Fort Walton Beach, FL

As one of the first two non-engineering employees to hit the ground running with recovery and relief efforts in
Panama City after Hurricane Michael, Mitch spent countless hours providing relief supplies to the community.
Weeks following the storm, loading up trailers with water and supplies and delivering them to shelters and
anyone else in need. Mitch was a key player in leading over 100 employee volunteers who arrived from across the
Southeast. He is a true leader and an exceptional person who didn’t hesitate to make sacrifices to help others.

Juan Coello
Mobile Expert, Bilingual | Hazlet, NJ

This “sales warrior” is “the most curious and interesting person you’ll ever meet”. He has the passion and
ability to influence at all levels, from customers to his peers to his management. He is described by his
teammates as having a strong, winning work ethic; as a proactive problem-solver, and self-motivated. At the
beginning of 2018, he made a goal for himself that he wanted to achieve Winners Circle recognition, and
possibly a PEAK Achievement Award. Two huge goals – both accomplished!

Roseanne Davis
Sr. Customer Experience Manager | Bellevue, WA

Roseanne goes above and beyond for Go-to-Market and T-Mobile. She is an excellent mentor and the time
she dedicates to new hires sets them up for success. She also invested her time with Olympia High School
students in a social outreach event where she gave insights to her career path in T-Mobile and made it relatable
to the students. She spearheads projects with ease, her years of experience in the offers/promo space adds a
strategic perspective that makes our launches successful. In simple terms without her we’re toast!

Steve is a great sales leader. He has proven many times that he will not settle for less than the best. He
achieves this by keeping customer service top of mind and developed a system which allows the MEs to
perform at the best level. He is extremely knowledgeable and can discuss in detail every metric we track. With
all this great knowledge, he never hesitates to show ME, RAMs, and RSM, proper behaviors and techniques to
help them be successful too.

John Diefenbach

John demonstrated great leadership in AMPING New England to a growth-oriented sales culture. He helped
deliver 106% gross, which was #1 at T-Mobile for markets with 400k+ customers.

Gayle Eberhardt-Mitchell
Sr. Manager, Sales Training | Seminole, FL

Gayle exemplifies T-Mobile’s true values everyday through honest and thoughtful feedback and an unrelenting
desire to support and drive those around her to succeed. She supports the greater mindset of “Team
Together, Team Apart” that T-Mobile has always attributed to its greater success of being “a part of the family.”
Gayle serves those who serve others and has an innate ability to build strong strategies for employee and
organizational growth. Because frontline is first, Gayle pushes her team to find new and inventive ways to
support the team.

Daniell Eldridge
Sr. Assistant, Administrative | Tampa, FL

Daniell is an amazing team member and business partner. She lives the T-Mobile values every day! Daniell
went above and beyond to make sure the cleanup efforts after Hurricane Michael were successful and
seamless. On top of her normal busy schedule, she took ownership of the disaster and recovery logistic
coordination, she was an amazing help by diving in and tying up all the loose ends. Daniell is always willing to
help and come together as a team player. Daniell is a rock star and a key to our success!

Frankie Fajardo
Retail Store Manager | Orlando, FL

Frankie embodies servant leadership. He jumps at the opportunity to help. He was in Panama City after the
hurricane, always raising his hand to volunteer for whatever was needed. He is running one of the largest
volume stores in the company, but always finds time to support and guide his team. He is consistently one of
the first in speed to market when driving new T-Mobile initiatives. After the Southeast Women’s conference
Frankie helped empower women leaders on his team and was selected as the Women’s Leadership Network
lead for North Florida!

Susan Ford-Ahern
Sr. Manager, Construction | Frisco, TX

Susan managed several critical projects to get Puerto Rico back serving customers after the hurricane, securing
14 permanent generators to ensure employees and customers safety in the event of future disasters. She
completed 8 rebuilds of hurricane damaged stores, which were complete gut and rebuilds; she also completed
7 remodels. Susan project-managed 17 new stores, 10 relocations, and 54% of all TPR openings in 2018.

Jenny Foss
District Manager, Retail Sales | Dallas, TX
2012 PEAK Winner

Jenny is a people-first leader, giving clear coaching, which compelled nearly every leader on her team to
nominate her. She always jumps in to help without hesitation. She has built tremendous relationships with
her support partners, including her Account Executive, yielding great results. When the mobile truck district
manager was promoted, without being asked she jumped in and helped the truck team coordinate the TX
State Fair which was the biggest event of the year resulting in 800 activations.

Cesar Garcia
Retail Store Manager | Orange, CA

Cesar jumped into the leader specialist role in 2018 and never looked back. Initially, the role called to serve
4 main pillars of the business, but Cesar took things much further. He made significant inroads by driving
awareness and success around digital tools in both channels. His ability to shift from training to execution and
work across all levels of the retail business have been outstanding. His problem-solving approach and solution
mindset are his forte. Full of integrity and such an easy partner to work with.

Mo Gharib
Retail Store Manager | Hazlet, NJ
2013 PEAK Winner

Mo’s efforts impacted the call center and that helped the local teams understand better how both groups work
together and how their efforts tie in to the greater company goals. Mo is a great partner and sees the big picture.

Tina Gonzalez
Retail Store Manager | Edinburg, TX

Cristina defines inspirational leadership. Impacted by the floods in McAllen, TX. Her nominations say it best
“Even with all of what was going on in her personal life, she led her team in a successful grand re-opening! She
was here to support us, guide us and motivate us. She has been there for us since day one and is so dedicated
to her role, her teammates and her store. She is such a beautiful person inside and out, has a huge heart and I
wish her nothing but more success!”

Ivan Hernandez
Retail Store Manager | El Segundo, CA

Ivan demonstrates his passion to win every day through his unselfish actions; he is always willing to help
his team when needed and always stays positive and upbeat. He delivers extraordinary results and has
impacted Signature results. It is evident in his work ethic that he strives to enhance his individual and team
competencies. Ivan makes other leaders better around him by setting the example and holding his peers

Mac Hobbs

Mac is a standout leader regardless of what area of the business he is in. He is amazing with building and
maintaining relationships and continually goes above and beyond for T-Mobile and our partners. Mac has
been an amazing support system for many, as he continues to finish in the top 10% of the company. He also
champions customer experience for our team, leading the charge with care and attention to our bottom line.
He has helped several emerging leaders actualize promotions in the recent years.

Coy has done an outstanding job in his role. Coy has impacted both COR and TPR through his inspirational
leadership and is always willing to take on additional responsibilities. Coy has hosted several business
acumen classes which has helped gain alignment as a Market.

TJ Hoseny
Mobile Expert | Sacramento, CA

TJ is an instrumental part of his store’s success. TJ has proven you can be a top performer and provide world
class customer experiences, customers often call him out by name in Customer Experience Surveys. TJ is a
leader among his peers and they were quick to recognize him. He stepped up to help lead his peer team while
their RAM was out. In addition to the work he has done within his own store, he is always quick to help in any
way that is needed within the district.

Judy Huang
Mobile Expert | Long Beach, CA

Judy is one of the premiere Mobile Experts in her district and the Market. In 2018, she overachieved in all
growth & revenue metrics. She maintained a 9.8 SME and 86 NPS for the entire year. Judy’s customers
absolutely love her! Judy is a great inspiration and role model for all of her peers throughout the district and
the LA Market.

Brooke Janigian

Brooke has brought a level of business analysis to the Northwest Region that we’ve never had before. The
impact she has on the Northwest extends to the relationships she’s built with employees across the Region
and the influence she’s had amongst her national peers and HQ partners. She has been very active in
Women’s Leadership activities at T-Mobile and personally. She is vocal, unafraid, and bold in her approach to
driving business results.

Maria Jimenez

Maria Jimenez is a person who embodies what this award means. She is a champion of so many things that we
hold important at T-Mobile, servant leadership and putting people first. Maria is a trailblazer when it comes
to diversity and inclusionI and women in leadership. She is one of the founders of “Ladies in Magenta” in
Chicago that has hosted several local events for Chicago-based employees. She has an amazing ability to
extract the potential in people when they might not even believe in themselves.

Mari Johnson
Sr. Assistant, Administrative | Downers Grove, IL

Mari brought #NCredibleCares to life by spearheading our Back to School Initiative as well as our NC gives
back tour for the holidays. Our back to school events reached over 2500 students and provided over $70k in
supplies to those families. Over the holidays we reached over 1400 families by providing gifts and food to them
as well as warm coats/clothing. Mari is an integral part North Central with the support she provides daily, but
her efforts to help us give back to our communities make her truly #NCredible.

Jeremy Keene
Retail Store Manager | Vista, CA

Jeremy consistently goes above and beyond to help his team, district, and market deliver on our brand
promise. Jeremy selflessly invests a tremendous amount of time to deliver our values. He has led and hosted
countless charity and community events such as; building homes for Habitat for Humanity, Feeding San
Diego, San Diego Chamber of Commerce community events, and weekend team building events for the entire
San Diego team.

Danny Martinez

MacKenzie McDowell
Sr. Customer Experience Manager | Bellevue, WA

MacKenzie has been tasked with a project that will change how we manage inventory at T-Mobile. Through
this effort MacKenzie has had to learn a new role, new project support model and get a quality product out the
door that our field partners would be proud of. Over the last year Mackenzie has been challenged in ways that

Beverly Haycraft’s contributions to financial certification testing of the Retail Inventory Serialization project
were phenomenal. She didn’t let any financial variances go without investigation and resolution. Beverly
identified missing key financial validation steps and took swift corrective action to include them which
uncovered many defects, which eventually got resolved. She travelled extensively between Bellevue and
Richardson working days and overnights. Throughout the testing and migration processes, she developed key

Aaron Lee made significant contributions to increasing accessory revenue in 2018. He led a pilot and
thorough post-pilot analysis which proved building out an Apple accessories ecosystem grew our overall
accessory business, not cannibalized it. This program resulted in nearly $70M of incremental accessory
revenue in 2018 vs. 2017 with 98% of this growth occurring June through December. Aaron was also
instrumental in leading the new “free screen protector replacement” program within our P360 insurance
product which resulted in 17% or $25M year-over-year increase in screen protector revenue.

Danny Rodriguez

In just four years, Danny Rodriguez made impacts and impressions across the market he “serves” and beyond.

Asli Selcuk

Asli embodied all categories of “How We Play” in 2018. Asli learned a new forecast software on her own,
and then built her customer forecast in that software – then worked with her peers to help them build their
customer forecast in the software as well. Asli reviewed all of her processes and models to make them more
efficient and effective. As a “one-woman” support team for all things prepaid, she never missed a deadline
and always had a smile, regardless of how much we piled on her plate.

Debra Shindler
Sr. Director, Financial Control | Richardson, TX

Debra Shindler joined Team Magenta as part of MetroPCS merger and brought a wealth of knowledge and
telecom expertise to the business. Her drive for excellence, her unique leadership skills, her discipline and
her ability to manage remote teams makes her the most valuable leader. She completely trusts and empowers

Charl Stander

issues management. Charl stood up the program which consolidated all issues impacting EIP/JOD, drove

Doug Tehero oversees the Tax Accounting and Planning team. He led the effort to automate T-Mobile’s
tax accounting process, which reduced the risk and time requirements associated with the tax provision.
This automation enabled T-Mobile to efficiently reduce its valuation allowance, resulting in over $290M of
additional income being reported. Doug spearheads T-Mobile’s coordination with Deutsche Telekom on
income tax issues and created value for both companies by aligning positions and streamlining reporting
processes. Doug led T-Mobile’s effort to generate foreign tax credits and reduce the Puerto Rico tax liability.

Amanda Wenning
Finance Manager | Bellevue, WA

Amanda drove $70M benefit to EBITDA for 2018 associated with how to value repair & conversion SKUs. The
guidance Amanda provided to leadership on the financials came right on target to what she communicated.

Andy Clark

Andy Clark’s primary responsibilities include managing operations of our Severance program and ensuring
compliance for employees with temporary work authorizations. Andy identified the existing Visa LOA policy
was too restrictive for the current legislative climate and resulted in the release of valued T-Mobile employees
who were impacted by government delays in processing their documentation. As a result of his efforts, we’ve
retained more of our talented DACA “Dreamers” and saved the time and expense of training new employees.

Scott Ekeroth jumped in quickly with the Iowa Wireless employee transition and stepped in to support

Keely Rankin

Keely Rankin was instrumental in securing the national security approval for the T-Mobile/Sprint merger in
December (“CFIUS” approval is one of three federal approvals needed to close the deal). Keely also led the

decree. She remains on the front lines for Rural Call Completion issues, responding to FCC inquiries and

Albert joined Metro by T-Mobile in January 2017 as Sr. Sales Trainer in South Texas. He was promoted to
Training Manager, Sales for the South-Central Region just 4 months later. His can-do attitude and eagerness to
contribute to the success of others have earned him the partnership of many of his colleagues and superiors.
As Albert continues to invest in the company, the company continues to invest in him as he recently completed

Adam Little

The culture Adam created inside his team knows to push outside the boundaries of conventual thinking. The
team competed all year as one of the top markets in INDI and stacked ranking. Adam was involved in the
creation of the National Sales Playbook and helped present to his peers at the National Sales Meeting. Adam

group managing our Inventory Process & Analytics end to end. Murph has taken on multiple roles, became
a people manager, led projects and was an overall contributor to the business. He is the pure definition of a

Christina Olivares
Manager, Indirect Accounts | Albuquerque, NM

Christina was the #2 Metro account manager nationally, won Q2 quarterly WC and was #1 AM in the
Southwest Region in 2018. Christina has consistently been a Top Performing AM in the country in the areas of
Net Gains, PPD, training completion rates and dealer health. Her results have helped the market once again
be at the top of Metro’s INDI ranking. Her success and that of her team are directly attributed to the great
relationship that she’s established with her dealer community and the development of her team.

Jimmy Ratliff
Sr. Project Manager | Irvine, CA

Jimmy took on a new program known as ShopperTrak and introduced it to the Metro field. Jimmy was able to
take key data points and translate it to measurable actions for field teams. His work optimized staffing models
with dealer distribution using target “selling” hours and improved sales conversion rates across the nation. He
conducted dealer deep dive training for adoption and trained his peer group across the nation to duplicate success
in all other regions. The overall national results from the field and dealers came back overwhelmingly positive.

Carol Rudlaff

Carol joined the Finance team more than 14 years ago. She is an invaluable champion for our team and she’s

Clyde Wilkerson

Clyde Wilkerson is an LDP participant and was the #2 ranked account manager in country. He partnered
with Loss Prevention in training dealers on minimizing security risks and received a Challenge Coin from
Loss Prevention for his contributions. Through daily evaluation of sales, Clyde spotted fraudulent activity and
alerted others; his work helped uncover and stop a fraud ring. Clyde traveled to other markets to assist in
training and development of ASRs and dealer associates; assists peers in focusing on strategic activities. He

Wency Baerga
VP, Sales | Guaynabo, PR

Wency is the right example of “How We Play”. She is a strong leader with a consistency and ability to change,
constantly generating change within the Retail organization. She is always thinking outside the box to identify
and target areas for improvement. During the past years, Puerto Rico’s Retail organization has received
multiple recognitions from TMUS. PR currently has five of the top ten stores in the nation in sales and three of
the top 10 in accessory sales, positioning Puerto Rico amongst the strongest markets of the nation.

Carlos Haddock
Manager, Fraud Security & Investigations | Guaynabo, PR

This year, due to an increase in the number of armed robberies occurring at competitor locations, Carlos
designed and delivered training to Retail on what to do in case of an event of this nature happening to
T-Mobile. Carlos closely monitored all incidents and immediately stepped up to train our employees. Thanks
to this initiative our retail employees were better equipped to address these events. Due to his networking,
Carlos immediately took action, targeted high risk stores first, and even on a holiday, trained the stores,
including Retail & TPRi.

Miguel Rojas Lopez

This year, Miguel took on the challenge of changing roles from Marketing to Customer Service, to manage
T-Force. Not only has he been a fast learner, but has increased the team & improved metrics, helping the local
care center, Atento, be the best in all care metrics across T-Mobile Care Centers in mainland & abroad for
the past three years. While doing this, he took on the leading role for diversity and inclusion in Puerto Rico,
increasing its members from 7% to 41%, the fastest growing chapter in Retail!

Basir Ahmed
Sr. Engineer, Radio Frequency | Houston, TX

Basir personally led efforts to redesign high structural mod cost sites, saving more than $6.5M. He was the
market point of contact and lead design engineer for CMP & CMP 5 analysis. He was the Lead Engineer for all
things small cell, designing 1,412 small cells for 2018. More than 900 of these cells are on-air!

Yousef Alabssi
Sr. Engineer, Systems Design | Parsippany, NJ

Yousef is instrumental in leading troubleshooting efforts with the market teams whether linked to customer
complaints or issues with Core nodes. Not a single day that passes without him working with our markets
on customer escalations. His efforts help internal customers (market teams) resulting in better customer
experience for our “external” customers. He also developed a new MME log decoding script, coding over
12,000 lines in a script covering 500 pages of documentation. This is a clear example of innovation, with
national-level impact.

Nirmal Chandrasekaran
Sr. Engineer, Radio Frequency | Parsippany, NJ
2016 PEAK Winner

Nirmal developed RSr.Q based layer management, an New York City-specific, quality-based layer
management strategy. This strategy led to a 10% throughput improvement, 15% NAF combined with a 30%
L700 traffic reduction. Nirmal is also one of the leading members of the machine learning NY task group. This
group assessed major features such as BINGEON, API throttling, scheduling algorithm change, and inactivity
timer change, geared towards improving the customer experience substantially. The findings furthered our
understanding and correlations of network load and capacity limitations.

Bryan Cox
Project Manager, Development | Columbia, SC

Bryan drove the site hardening project, which included more than 400 entitlements and 250+ permanent fixed
generators in service across North and South Carolina during 2018. He led an improvement team that created
a new custom mount for the antennas, ensuring they fit inside the poles safely and it maximize the size of
antenna we can use. His effort has contributed to improved accuracy of equipment orders for the market and
resulted in huge cost savings to the company in terms just in time delivery and inventory.

Jeff Donald
Sr. Site Development Manager | Frisco, TX

Jeff led the region through the enormous transition into the new national materials and logistics kitting and
centralized distribution program. Of the 5000+ projects deployed in the region during 2018, Jeff had a hand
in providing materials to all. He was a key member of a national materials tiger team, which was created to
accelerate and ensure materials were delivered to priority projects.

Rommel’s unwavering commitment to drive network improvements for our customers has been his expertise.
His technical breadth and personable demeanor brings immense value to the organization and overall
success to our business. In early 2018, Rommel was instrumental in assisting the Minneapolis Market and a
vendor to successfully deploy and optimize the CRAN solution at US Bank Stadium in preparation for Super
Bowl LII --- allowing T-Mobile to have the fastest OOKLA results.

Thomas George
Sr. Manager, Technology Sourcing | Bellevue, WA

Thomas had major contributions to advancing our network. The Ericsson and Nokia deals not only set the
stage for our new 5G network, but are the largest deals we’ve ever done.

Manoj Gupta CEO Wild Card
Manager, Systems Architecture Engineering | Bellevue, WA

Manoj was instrumental in enabling the launch of 5G deployment. He led the verification of Ericsson and
Nokia 5G Radio Networks to ensure the deployment of a quality validated 5G product. The scope covered
extreme early software delivery and prototype hardware verification in the Bellevue Launchpad. He bought
multiple technology teams together and his leadership was integral in ensuring the available resources
were allocated across teams to achieve individual, group and business goals. His efforts were exemplary in
delivering a key tool to the business, the results - remarkable!

Ryan Hollinger
Director, Systems Architecture | Bellevue, WA

Ryan led innovation efforts in several critical technology areas, including the development of a universal
Certificate Management System (CMS), the creation of a robust Network Access Control (NAC) mechanism in
T-Mobile’s corporate and retail footprint, a next generation retail network architecture to provide the capacity,
throughput, and network diversity needed to support our frontline teams, a next generation data center
network topology to enable automation and network virtualization for engineering and IT applications, and the
IP network development for innovative transport and backhaul solutions enabling T-Mobile for 5G and CRAN
readiness.

Marie Grace Jacinto
MTS, Systems Architecture Engineering | Bellevue, WA
2013 PEAK Winner

Marie was a key designer and lead for network model used not only in capacity planning for normal course
of business, but more importantly to prove the benefits of the New T-Mobile network. She worked endless
nights and weekends in creating the network model for New T-Mobile network, as well as the integration of
the two networks. Marie is the epitome of “I Am T-Mobile, Count On Me” and has never been short of not only
delivering on the expectations but exceeding it by miles.
