Ankur is an unbelievably hard-working leader and he and his team are the bedrock behind the network
model that laid the foundation for the T-Mobile / Sprint merger internal and external planning activities.
Ankur leveraged his deep technical understanding of the network to work with a very small team to model
both standalone and combined networks to determine what The New T-Mobile could deliver on LTE and 5G
performance as well as projected network. In parallel, Ankur has been working across Engineering to drive
capacity and performance improvements that have yielded an industry leading VoLTE call performance and
the 5th year of LTE speed leadership.

Brian Kautzsch

Brian led the Puerto Rico 600MHz launch, moving away from family for 7 months to bring low band to Puerto
Rico. He took the lead on every single aspect of this project: materials management, entitlements, daily
meetings, scheduling, civil work coordination, sites commissioning and integration, marketing reports, etc.
and is recognized as the key to success through demonstration of great leadership, coaching, teamwork, and
outstanding commitment to T-Mobile values.

Jason was absolutely critical to our recent success winning CFIUS approval of the Sprint/T-Mobile deal. He
unsparingly gave his time, wisdom (and patience), and his experience to help us achieve a workable NSA. We

James Latham

Paolo Parodi

Paolo has been recognized as a premier engineer amongst his peers inside the West and Northeast regions,
and National Engineering team for his technical expertise, desire to share his knowledge, and his ability to
troubleshoot customer impacting issues. For example, he helped the national team to identify an opportunity in
the vMME. The net result of his work accounted for ~32,000 fewer SIP drops per day in the West region alone!

Bhanu Peri

Bhanu was integral in the design and delivery of the Retail Inventory Serialization project, and in the process,
demonstrated transformative leadership. Throughout it all, she also showcased her patience and diligence.

Roger Rains
Sr. Technician, Field | Nashville, TN

Roger Rains exemplified T-Mobile values through his dedication to improving the network and the customer
experience by driving improvement in BSS Network Availability for the Nashville network. Roger lead the
efforts to address two areas that have a significant impact on network availability, non-operational cell site
fixed generator repair and improper cell site grounding. He worked late hours and weekends repairing on his
own and aiding our generator vendor in the repair of the market’s aged and inoperable fixed generators. In
2018 over 170 generators were repaired through his efforts.

Rashad Saadoon
Technician, Field | Frisco, TX

Rashad delivered excellent results as a field technician and an innovator for the entire Field Ops team. He
developed a number of amazing tools for the team, including custom PowerBI reports for network availability,
tower crew tracking, GC scorecard and much more. He was a major contributor to the market’s #1 Root
Metrics achievement.

Eric Schroeder

Sr. Manager, Engineering Tech Support | Downers Grove, IL

2015 PEAK Winner
Eric was selected to lead the Iowa Wireless network integration. He successfully led the effort to have the 900
sites within the state migrated to the T-Mobile Switch Platform, offering full T-Mobile service. He also skillfully
trained, equipped and built strong T-Mobile culture within the team. This combination of network and team
has led to over 130,000 customers added under the T-Mobile and Metro brands.

Gurpreet Singh
Sr. Engineer, Systems Design | Concord, CA

Gurpreet created a zip code analytics tool that identifies (Fix, Defend, Invest, Grow) opportunities for

Arizona, Utah, and New Mexico markets.  He created a dashboard to accurately map and classify each zip

code in these three areas.  This saved hundreds of Engineering man-hours. The zip code tool helps drive

conversations with sales for potential growth areas as well as Engineering for priority network spend. The

Zip Code tool has been so successful that the entire West Region adopted the tool and uses it to drive the

business forward. 52

Aaron Taunton

During a materials/warehouse transition, the field teams lost visibility to their materials ordering and shipping.
This was compounded by the fact there were three complex data bases that were not talking to each other.
Aaron stepped up and worked around the clock developing the “Black Box” and the “Where’s My Stuff” tools.
These worked so well that the National Team took them over and made them available to all the markets
Nationwide --- and Aaron provided the training. The Where’s My Stuff tool gets over 500 hits a day!

Vibha Upadhyay

Vibha was the lead on Metro by T-Mobile Salesforce implementation, demonstrating leadership and

Chris Wallace is an amazingly effective leader. He led his team in a number of key maturity efforts in 2018 that

they become in an engagement when Chris is leading the effort. His focus is on removing customer pain

Noel Barton

Donna Cohen coordinates miracles for TFB daily. She is there for sales teams at the end of every month, every
holiday, always late nights, weekends – you name it, we can count on her. One nominator said, “I have worked
with Donna for more than 15 years and she never says no and simply has a CAN DO attitude. She is very
deserving of the PEAK award.” Donna received four nominations.

Dylan Gunning
Sr. Manager, Product Management | Bellevue, WA

Dylan Gunning was named MVP in Q2 2018. After launching the SyncUP FLEET program almost single-
handedly in 2017, Dylan was asked to manage and fix countless challenges that couldn’t reasonably be seen
as “in his lane.” He nonetheless took ownership, managed solutions to networking, marketing and onboarding
challenges simply because he believed in the project, and now FLEET is one of our big TFB successes.

Brandon Kunz
Manager, Enterprise Sales Support | Draper, UT

Brandon Kunz has done an amazing job building his ESSr. Team to support the Enterprise teams in TFB. He’s
grown a “nice to have organization” into a must have for the enterprise team to be successful. He is a HUGE
reason for our record-breaking results! Brandon received four PEAK nominations.

Justin Moser
Service Account Manager | Washington, DC

Justin Moser’s efforts with the VA deployment have been first class since the date of award. He keeps the SAM
organization on point with deployments around the country, along with managing customers and lending
his considerable organizational skills to helping keep the account team and other stakeholders informed
throughout the process. He received four PEAK nominations.
