The UNOS national patient waiting list for organ transplant
as of April , 2018 were:

 95,118 patients waiting for a kidney transplant
 13,949 patients waiting for a liver transplant
 889 patients waiting for a pancreas transplant
 1,658 patients waiting for a kidney-pancreas transplant
 251 patients waiting for an intestine transplant
 3,998 patients waiting for a heart transplant
 55 patients waiting for a heart-lung transplant
