Linking for Love 2017
At last year’s Linking for Love Pastor Elias Eniade -
referring to the 2016 Tool Kit - exclaimed, “We’re in the book, we’re in the book!
I can’t believe you included us in the book!”
We are in the Book!
King David states that every day of his life was recorded in God’s book
before one of them came to be. (Psalm 139:16)
We are in the Book!
John the Revelator saw that the Redeemed are included in the Lamb’s Book of Life!
(Revelation 3:5)
We are in the Book!
God has been writing His Story since before the beginning of time, in all ages, in all
places, and with all peoples. Columbia is no exception.
We are in the Book!
On behalf of The Crossing, Private Donors, and Love INC of Columbia,
We are delighted to share this year’s Linking for Love event with you!
We pray that God will grant the eyes of your heart to be opened
to more fully understand the hope of His calling,
the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the Saints
and the incredible greatness of His power
for those of us who believe.
(Ephesians 1:18)
“The Lord their God will save them
on that day as the flock of his people;
for they are like jewels in a crown,
sparkling over his land.”
Zechariah 9:16
“This is so that God’s multi-faceted wisdom
may now be made known
through the church
to the rulers and authorities
in the heavens.”
Ephesians 3:10
The Largest Company in Columbia
If the church was a business, it would be the largest company in town. It has branch
offices in virtually every neighborhood and thousands of “employees.” With God’s help, if
the church acts together, it can accomplish anything.

The Linking for Love Toolkit
The toolkit is a comprehensive guide to identify Columbia
churches and faith-based ministries, the services they
provide to those in need and the ways they collaborate.
It also provides information about current needs in our
community and how those interested in getting involved
might best respond.
The toolkit will help direct your talents and skills toward
true community priorities and avoid duplication. Its
purpose is to celebrate the incredible work that is being
done and inspire even greater work in the future.
