Description of Our Business

Pristine Peaks Roof Cleaning and More, Inc. is a Roof and Exterior SoftWashing contractor
that specializes in roof cleaning using a safe, eco-friendly product that makes asphalt and
fiberglass shingles look new again. Pristine Peaks also offers exterior SoftWashing
services to clean virtually any exterior surface on residential and commercial properties.
Our company is a veteran owned, family operated business which is founded on values
that promote honesty, teamwork, safety, communication, and excellent customer
service.

It is our goal to become the premier Roof and Exterior SoftWashing business in the New

River Valley and, in doing so, corner the market and introduce a dimension of cleaning

services that do not currently exist in this area! It is not well known by the general public

that, more often than not,

black streaks visible on most

roofs are not a sign of worn

shingles, but the result of

mold. The cleaning systems

we use were designed

specifically for killing mold,

algae, and lichen at their

Our Keys to Success

The company was borne of an inspiration from Anthony Meredith who is a retired
combat veteran with 22 years’ service in the Virginia Army National Guard with 2
overseas deployments. A 25-year employee in law enforcement, he also has experience
in lawn care, residential electrical work, deck building and cleaning, residential exterior
cleaning, and residential interior construction.

Anthony’s wife, Tammy Meredith, is an active partner in the
company who has over 30 years of experience in customer service,
15 years of experience in sales, and the installation of residential and
commercial hardscapes, as well as experience in the nursery and
landscape industry.

With more than 30 years of combined leadership and management
experience based on positive communication skills, customer service,
and can do attitudes, Pristine Peaks Roof Cleaning & More is
committed to ensure our customers receive friendly, trustworthy,
and professional service from first contact until the job is complete, and beyond.

WHO ARE WE?

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority!

We are certified in High Pitch Roof Rope Access by Reality Rope Access Training in
Houston, Texas, and are graduates of the nationally known Doug Rucker Power
Washing, Soft Washing, and Roof Cleaning School. This training has provided us the
knowledge necessary to provide premier exterior surface cleaning services to our
customers. In addition to training, we are also members of the United Association of
Mobile Cleaning Contractors (UAMCC), in order to stay informed of the latest industry
standards.

Location

We are located in the heart of the New River and
Roanoke Valleys, convenient to I-81 and centrally
located in our service area.
