Splash Screen
This is the landing page that displays for
several seconds when the application is
opened by the consultant.
Sign in/Sign up Page
This is the first page where the application
language can be changed from English to
Spanish.
First time users will sign up for there
accounts by selecting the “sign up” button
Returning users who have logged out of the
application will use this page to re-enter the
application by selecting “sign in”
Login Page
This page will allow returning users to access
their accounts by entering their registered
credentials (email and password)
Returning users that have forgotten or
misplaced their credentials can also start the
process of resetting these credentials from
this page by selecting the “Forgot” button
The links at the bottom of the page are
redirections for users who have accidentally
arrived on this page and wish to return to
previous pages
Forgot Password
Phone Number Page
When a user selects “forgot” password this
screen will allow entry of a user’s phone
number to have a verification code sent in
order to reset their credentials
A “back” button at the bottom of the page
returns users to the login page
Verification Code
Input Page
This is the screen that the user will input the
code that is texted to them in order to reset
their credentials
A new code can also be requested from this
screen
A user may also navigate to the previous
page by use of the “back” button
Password Reset Page
Once the verification code has been entered,
this page will be accessed allowing the user
to change their credentials
A user can return to the code input page by
selecting the “back” button
User Type Selection
Page
A first time user that selects “sign up” will be
directed to this page as the first step in the
account setup process
This user type selection will allow the user to
enter the necessary information in order to
apply for access to the portion of the
application designed for their use.
Selection of a user type will allow them to
proceed to the user information entry step of
the sign up process
*The major difference between consultant user
types and supplier/contractor user types is the
consultant version is READ ONLY and is only
available for review and one way exchange of
project information.
User Profile

Information Page
A user will enter their information and set their
access credentials on this page
Users without an established company account
will only enter their information and credentials
on this page
For companies that already have accounts there
is the option to enter a company code which
ties the user to their companies account and
sends an approval request to the associated
company’s administrator
Users applying to be added to an established
company account will need to be approved by
an administrator of that company
Terms of Use Page
There will be a selectable link within the sign
up process where the user will be routed to
the Ready Set Pour terms page on our
website.
The terms viewed will be the general terms,
terms applicable to their user type and the
privacy policy.
Company Information
Application Page
This page allows for the creation of a company
profile were the company’s employees or users will
be able to setup individual user accounts that are
attached to the parent company
The division dropdown menu is for the user to
specify the type of work done by the applying
company
This setup allows for multiple users the ability to
share, edit and access project files
“Confirm” enables access to the 3-panel walk
through pages
A “back” button also allows a return to the user
profile application information page

This pop-up menu is where a consultant user
type will enter their company’s service
specialty type

Thank You Page
After submission of an application with
user/company details and reviewing the walk
through panels, a user will end on this page
Until an account has been approved by
Ready Set Pour, the user is directed to this
page when opening the app
Company Dashboard
Once a user/company account has been approved,
this will be the first page they land on when
opening the application
This page is a listing of all projects entered by users
attached and approved by a specific company
Users can add or remove projects from their user
dashboard by checking or unchecking the project
on this page
Projects on the company dashboard are searchable
by name
“Add and continue” will take a user to their user
dashboard
Consultant User
Dashboard Page
This is the user’s dashboard or “home page” which allows them to view
projects that they have been invited to view by the concrete contractor
Across the top is the user’s company name, a link to the company
dashboard (suitcase) and the user’s pour calendar link which is based on
the jobs within their user dashboard
There are two main project status definitions on this page from top to
bottom (in progress and history). Consultants are not part of the
quotation process
Within the projects in progress are projects where the supplier has been
selected and the pour date has been scheduled, or in progress of
pouring.
History is a collective archive of completed pours and projects. This
archive includes a record all pour details or each pour throughout a
project
Across the bottom of the page is a quick access menu for a user’s
dashboard, project notifications, messages, and user/company profile
information
Consultant Pour
Details Page
This page is accessed by selecting a project
from the projects in progress section located
on the user’s dashboard
This will show the details from a scheduled
or in progress pour including project photos,
submitted project specifications and mix
designs
Selection of “close” at the bottom of the
page will return the user to their user
dashboard
Consultant Project
History Pour Details
Page
This page is accessed by selecting a project
from the history of projects section located
at the bottom of the user’s dashboard
This will show the details from all pours and
projects where the status was changed to
completed in the projects in progress section
by the performing contractor
Selection of “close” at the bottom of the
page will return the user to their user
dashboard
Consultant Messaging
Page
This messaging page is accessed by selecting
the “messages” button located in the menu
found at the bottom of the user dashboard.
The messages are between contractors and
suppliers and are designated by project
All supplier communication is designated by
mixer truck icons and contractor by hardhat
icons
These messages are available as read-only for
the consultant user type. A consultant is not
able to comment on these messages.
Profile Information
Page
This page is populated by selection of the profile icon
located at the bottom of the user’s dashboard
Page contains user’s profile, company profile and rating
information
The parent company number can be called from the link on
this page
User information can be edited in this screen by all users by
selection of the “edit” button located at the top of the page
Across the bottom of this page are links allowing the user to
contact Ready Set Pour support (messaging), view
terms/privacy policy (link to website), and the only spot to
logout of the application
Link Call Pop-Up
Confirmation
This confirmation will pop-up when a phone
number link-to-call is pressed within the app
Edit Profile
Information Page
This page is populated by the selection of the “edit” icon
located on the top of the profile information page
”Add location” button will be available only on the supplier
admin profile accounts
“Save” must be selected after changes are made in order to
retain the changes
Changes in company information by the non-admin user will
not change the company’s information in this screen, only
disassociate them from the listed parent company.

contact Ready Set Pour support (messaging), view
terms/privacy policy (link to website), and the only spot to
logout of the application
