Family Heritage

What a great time to be in Pasadena, Texas! For the past few months, I have had the
privilege of co-chairing the ambassador committee for the Pasadena Chamber of
Commerce. I have served the ambassador committee for almost 2 years and I’m so
grateful for the relationships I have built through this committee and this chamber.

Being an active member of the chamber has helped to grow my business tenfold over
the last year. Family Heritage is a supplemental insurance company that believes in
a proactive approach to healthcare and is very active in our clients’ preventative
screenings and education. We serve both the individual and commercial markets.
Our products are unique because they are all fully refundable. We offer a suite of
products including: cancer, heart, accident, ICU and life insurance. My team also
provides complementary health insurance reviews for all of our clients.

I look forward to serving your family and continuing to serve the great city of Pasadena.

Nestle Waters Seeking To Certify All
Factories to the AWS Standard by 2025

Formed in 2008, the Alliance for Water Stewardship
(AWS) is a global multi-stakeholder network that is
dedicated to advancing and deepening the impact
of credible water stewardship. Water Stewardship is
the use of water that is socially and culturally equitable,
environmentally sustainable and economically
beneficial. This Stewardship is achieved through a
stakeholder-inclusive process that involves site and
catchment based actions.

In 2018, Nestle Waters announced their committment
to certify all factories to the AWS Standard by 2025.
They belive this will reinforce their commitment to
safeguarding water resources for future generations
through a stronger collaboration with the Alliance for
Water Stewardship.

On their website, Nestle Waters states, “Water is essential
for life and it is essential for our business. Yet, water is also one of the most critical sustainability challenges facing society today. As
the leading healthy hydration company, we have a duty to responsibly and sustainably manage this precious resource.”

What Is AWS Standard?
The AWS Standard helps water users understand site-level risks and put those items into a catchment context. Actions, individual
and collaborative, can then be undertaken to address shared water challenges. The system is organized into required actions
(Criteria) and conformance evidence (Indicators). The AWS Standard is achieved through accomplishing advanced-level criteria.

Why Get Certified? CONERENATI

Certification is confirmation of havoincognsmsuesatmthXeeragelFoicbiias el sbt aelniqcuhismaliat rk for responsible water stewardship. Implementing the AWS
Standard without certification will certainly help yqouuateamdvderleipssawntaiotseRr challenges but only independent verification and certification

can provide the assurance to external and internal stakeholders that your claims of good water stewardship are credible. Retail

customers, wholesalers, consumers, government agencies, regulators, NGO’s, local civil society organizations, local communities,

investors and development financiers are just some of the audiences that certificate holders use AWS Standard certification to

demonstrate the efficacy of their water stewardship practice to.

As part of the AWS certification process, auditors look at a number of factors within the catchment where a facility is located, such
as water quality, the availability of existing water sources, and the health of water-related areas in the region. Additionally, AWS
auditors identify and interview internal and external community stakeholders, as well as individuals within the factory.

Nestle Waters AWS History
In 2017, the first Canadian AWS certification was awarded to the Hope, British Columbia factory. In 2018, two plants in Allentown,
Pennsylvania became AWS Certified. Now in 2019, Nestle Waters is implementing at multiple factories to pursue conformance
audits as part of their committment to certify all factories by 2025.

AWS Certification demonstrates that a site has successfully completed each of the steps in the AWS Standard. Certificate holders
believe that achieving AWS certification brings demonstrable benefits in regards of relationships with customers, increased investor
confidence, strengthened social license to operate, brand perception and dialogue with regulators and policy makers.

“Water is one of the most critical sustainability challenges facing society and our business. At Nestlé, we care for water. We are 100%
committed to safeguarding water resources for future generations. Today we pledge to certify all our Nestlé Waters sites around
the world to this publicly recognized, credible water stewardship standard. This demonstrates how we positively contribute to the
preservation of water resources wherever we operate, for the shared benefit of all water users,” said Nestlé Waters CEO, Maurizio
Patarnello.
