2. Interviewer: Tell us about your professional experience in the field
of education?
Interviewee: I have been teaching since 1996 to 2015.I took
SELDA certificate, which is the best certificate given for English
Teachers. I decided to go to administration, specifically leadership.
I moved from an English teacher to a Head of Section. I got a
diploma from Dubai Institute in School Leadership. Once I totally
moved from teaching to administration, head of department. I
decided then to take my Master Degree in Leadership
management, while being a Head of Section.
3. Interviewer: What would you consider to be the characteristic
of a good teacher?
Interviewee: First, a good teacher has to be smart, smart in
terms of dealing with students, in being able to adapt easily
with students and in able to motivate them.Second, a good
teacher has to be prepared before entering the class
4. Interviewer: How would you rate yourself as a leader?
Interviewee: This is a difficult question to be honest. I will
never rate myself, but I will ask my colleague for your
feedback so that I can improve myself.

5. Interviewer: What influenced you to choose education as a career?
Interviewee: To be honest, I was preparing myself to be a tour guide,
but due to my circumstances, I moved to Education. I influenced
myself because I saw myself talented with dealing with people and I
am sociable. I see myself as a promising teacher that has a good
relationship with students, parents and colleagues. I discovered
myself.
6. Interviewer: What has been your most rewarding accomplishment?
Interviewee: I received lots of rewards and I back then I used to
collect them all, but now since their too many I have not collected
them.
Interviewer: What certificates did you get and will never forget it?
Interviewee: The things that I got from my students and parents,
which is the best thing that I will never forget.
