For both Visayas and Mindanao, it was the 25-year-olds to 34-year-

Primavera City by Italpinas Development Corporation is a seven-tower
mixed-use development situated in the uptown district of Cagayan de Oro
City. Its two residential towers offer two types of studio units, three types of one-
bedroom units, and three types of two-bedroom units. Studio units are around 29
sq.m. in size while one-bedroom units measure either 46 sq.m. or 54 sq.m. The two-
bedroom units, meanwhile, have 58 sq.m. or 60 sq.m. size options.
There are 281 residential units in total with an option for custom-designed larger
configurations. The property also comes with 41 offices, 8 units for restaurants and 9 commercial
units. Its seventh tower is planned as a high-rise hotel.
Primavera City boasts of having world-class amenities, including a function hall, a sauna, a
playground, a gym, a sky pool area, and a sky garden. It also has a 24-hour reception service, emergency
power, 24/7 security system, Wi-Fi areas, and more.
One of the most appreciated features of the mixed-use property is the natural ventilation system, which relies
