หน่่วยงานภาครััฐ (Integrity and Transparency Assessment: ITA)
ประจำ�ำ ปีงี บประมาณ พ.ศ. 2563 เรีียบร้อ้ ยแล้ว้ พบว่่า กรมทางหลวง
ชนบท ได้้คะแนนผลการประเมิินฯ ร้้อยละ 90.72 คะแนน ระดัับ
ผลการประเมิินอยู่�ในระดัับ A เป็็นลำำ�ดัับที่�่ 2 ของกระทรวงคมนาคม
และผลการประเมิินภาพรวมระดัับประเทศ อยู่ใ� นลำ�ำ ดัับที่�่ 370 จาก
หน่่วยงานทั้้�งสิ้�้น จำ�ำ นวน 8,305 หน่่วยงาน และมีีคะแนนสููงสุุด

กรมทางหลวงชนบท (ทช.) ได้้รัับการคััดเลืือกเป็็น องค์์กร คุุณธรรมต้้นแบบ โดยเกณฑ์์การประเมิิน ต้้องมีีการดำำ�เนิินงาน
คุุณธรรมต้้นแบบ ตามโครงการส่่งเสริิมชุุมชน องค์์กร อำำ�เภอ และ ทุกุ ข้อ้ ในระดัับที่่� 1 ระดัับที่่� 2 และระดัับที่่� 3 ซึ่่ง� มีีตััวชี้้ว� ััด 9 ข้อ้ และ
จัังหวััดคุุณธรรม ปีีงบประมาณ พ.ศ.2562 จััดโดยคณะกรรมการ ผลการประเมิินในเกณฑ์์ชี้้�วััดในแต่่ละข้้อต้้องไม่่น้้อยกว่่า 1 คะแนน
ส่่งเสริิมคุุณธรรมแห่่งชาติิ กรมการศาสนา กระทรวงวััฒนธรรม
ซึ่่�งในการประชุุมคณะกรรมการส่่งเสริิมคุุณธรรมแห่่งชาติิ
โครงการส่่งเสริิมชุุมชน องค์์กร อำำ�เภอ และจัังหวััดคุุณธรรม กรมการศาสนา ครั้้�งที่่� 1/2563 ได้้มีีมติิเห็็นชอบให้้ประกาศยกย่่อง

หน่่วยงานภาครััฐ ได้้ส่่งผลงานการดำำ�เนิินงานเข้้ารัับการพิิจารณา ผลการคััดเลืือก กรมทางหลวงชนบทสามารถผ่่านเกณฑ์์ในระดัับที่่� 3
โดยให้้ยึึดหลัักในด้้านคุุณธรรม จริิยธรรม ในการส่่งเสริิมด้้าน ได้ร้ ัับเกีียรติิบััตรรางวััลองค์ก์ รคุณุ ธรรมต้น้ แบบ ประจำำ�ปีงี บประมาณ

(COVID-19) ที่ม�่ ีคี วามรุนุ แรง กรมทางหลวงชนบท (ทช.) ได้ต้ ระหนักั ความสะดวกในการฉีีดวัคั ซีีนป้อ้ งกัันไวรัสั โคโรนา 2019 แก่บ่ ุคุ ลากร

The Department of Rural Roads strictly controls

measures for preventing the spread of the coronavirus
disease 2019 (COVID-19)

According to the severe epidemic situation of the
coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), The Department of
Rural Roads (DRR.) is aware of the safety of its personnel
and those who come to contact the government. Therefore,
measures and guidelines have been established for both
central and regional operations to control and prevent the
spread of the virus by assigning work outside the unit
location (Work From Home) to the fullest potential without
affecting important tasks in order to reduce the movement
and the personnel travel. Moreover, all operations have
been changed to electronic media in organizing various
meetings and training sessions.

In this regard, the Department of Rural Roads has set
up a screening point in front of the office building to check
the body temperature of those who work or contact the
government with alcohol gel service points to screen for
reducing the risk of the spread of the coronavirus 2019
(COVID-19). It also urges those who come to work to wear
masks or cloth masks at all times, apply Social Distancing
measures in work, and wash hands regularly. Furthermore,
disinfectants were sprayed using high-pressure sprayers
in all departments and office buildings for preventing the
spread of the virus.

However, the Department of Rural Roads has been
concerned about the personnel’s health by facilitating
vaccination against the coronavirus 2019 for personnel.
It also supports volunteer staff to provide services and
facilitate as well as provide assistance to people and staff
from various agencies who come to receive vaccination at
the Bang Sue Central Vaccination Center (Central Vaccination
Center COVID-19) by introducing basic information on
vaccination, procedures for vaccination, and answering
questions to service users to reduce the workload of
healthcare workers.

construction project workers camps throughout the country
for preventing the spread of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19)

The Department of Rural Roads (DRR.) has taken
measures to prevent the spread of the virus in both
central and provincial offices and in construction areas
across the country by ordering the Bureau of Road
Construction, Bureau of Bridge Construction, and Bureau
of Rural Roads across the region strictly control for preventing
and controlling outbreaks in construction areas and
workers’ camps. The instructions for officials, contractors,
and workers are as follows:

- The construction project office and workers’ camps
have to be cleaned and disinfected.

- A preliminary screening has to be provided by
checking the temperature every time before entering work.
Those who have symptoms of illness such as fever, cough,
sneezing, and runny nose have to stop working immediately
and take them to see a doctor.

- The staff have to wear a cloth mask or a hygienic
mask at all times while working.

- Hand washing facilities with soap or alcohol gel service
points have to be provided for staff in both construction
areas and worker camps.

- Eating seats in the construction site have to be set
up in a distance of 1-2 meters between people and not
to eat together.

- Public relations media have to be prepared for giving
advice on the prevention of corona virus 2019 (COVID-19)
measures at the construction site in order to make an
understanding of the staff on how to prevent and control
the epidemic.

In addition, response plans and understandings have
been made to officials in case of infection or high-risk
people such as ban on movement, use of space to isolate
patients and high-risk contacts, supporting, daily living
during quarantine, restricting travel in and out, managing
recovered patients, as well as liaising with local government
agencies to be informed and follow instructions.
