Student Development Through sharing my achievements with others, I was selected to participate as a lecturer in the Nobel Laureate Outreach Camp. This program provided training opportunities to both students and teachers from MARA Junior Science College and the Permata Pintar program at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. Additionally, I was appointed by Maahad Hamidiah Islamic Secondary School Kajang to share my innovations with their Physics teacher and assist them in future innovation competitions. These opportunities enable me to showcase my teaching and research styles and receive valuable feedback for self-improvement to become a better educator. I was also invited to share my expertise with teachers from the Serdang area and Faculty lecturers on the use of design thinking and the incorporation of the arts to develop students' innate talents. As a lifelong learner, I am always eager to explore new areas of knowledge and skills. I have pursued training in neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), teaching techniques that incorporate NLP, financial literacy courses, and real estate and property management. These courses have expanded my expertise and facilitated networking opportunities. I also bring my students along to these courses to help them develop early awareness and a deeper understanding of financial and property-related topics.

Student Development As a passionate advocate for student development, I was honoured to be selected as a facilitator for the "Future the Making" camp organized by the faculty. This recognition was a testament to my commitment to excellence and dedication to enhancing students' academic and personal growth. Participating in the camp provided me with invaluable experiences as an educator, as I had the opportunity to meet students and academic peers from diverse backgrounds and disciplines, which broadened my teaching styles and approaches. Additionally, I was involved in a Training of Trainers workshop, which further enhanced my scholarship in teaching and learning by allowing me to share experiences, reflect on best practices, and build a teaching and learning framework based on the workshop's outcomes. In terms of research, my expertise in Nanotechnology in Tissue Engineering and Drug Delivery has been recognized by researchers in Asia and Europe, leading to invitations to speak at symposiums, special meetings, workshops, and conferences. Such opportunities to share my research and engage with other experts in the field have been valuable forms of recognition for me as a young academic. Furthermore, I have been actively involved as a member of the technical program committee for various conferences, both at national and international levels, which has allowed me to showcase my research, receive feedback, and continue to improve as a researcher. Overall, these awards and recognitions have been significant milestones in my academic and professional journey, inspiring me to continue pursuing excellence in teaching and research, and contributing to student development and innovation in my field.
