An interview is a conversation between people where questions are usually asked.
Types of interviews:
There are many types of interviews, such as TV interviews, phone interviews, and job interviews.

2. Write down your questions clearly
3. Make an appointment with the person you would like to interview
W2 Read the following interview script. Then answer the questions.
Host: Welcome to another podcast about healthy food with Dr. Sami Al-Fazari. Let’s start with
the first question. Is healthy food really healthy?
Guest: Yes, it is. A diet that has healthy food provides the body with necessary nutrients. These
nutrients help us in our daily life.
Host: Do people like healthy food?
Guest: Yes, they do. However, there are some healthy foods that people don’t like much: for
example, broccoli, brown rice, asparagus, and beetroots.
Host: Is it the taste that people do not like about healthy food?
Guest: Yes, it is. Usually, healthy food is not tasty. For example, vegetables like broccoli and
asparagus taste bitter, so some people don’t eat them.
Host: I see! Is there a way to make broccoli taste good?
Guest: Yes, there is. I have seen many chefs serving broccoli as a soup. They usually cook it with
