3 INTERNATIONAL ELECTROMECHANICAL SERVICES CO. L.L.C. (IEMS) established in 1968 is a pioneer M.E.P. Contracting
Company who has undertaken prestigious M.E.P. Projects in many parts of the World for over 50 years.

The first project of IEMS in the Middle East was the Palace of His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said of Sultanate of Oman.
Thereafter, IEMS has executed many prestigious projects all over the world including over 50 Five Star Hotels, Hospitals,
Commercial and Residential Complexes, Mixed Use Buildings, High Rise Towers, Shopping & Recreation Centres, Airports,
Container Terminals, Shopping Malls, Sports Stadia, Royal Guest Houses, Luxurious Villas, Banks and Municipal
Headquarters, Museums, Research Centres, Public Works, Mosques, Schools, Colleges of Higher Technology, Factories,
District Cooling Plants, Sewage and Water Treatment Plants and Pumping Stations, Township Water Supply schemes and
Street Lighting etc.

IEMS provides integrated engineering solutions which include design, procurement, construction, project management,
facilities management, fit out works, retrofit commissioning and modular frames tailored to Client’s requirements.

IEMS has gained recognition from internationally renowned Clients, Consultants and Contractors for excellent workmanship,
superior quality of material and services with the use of skilled tradesman and efficient planning.

IEMS was acquired by M/s. Kinden Corporation of Japan in January 2020. M/s. Kinden Corporation is a multinational
multibillion company with an Annual Turnover of USD 5 Billion. With the financial backing of Kinden Corporation and vast
experience of more than 50 years in MEP Construction industry, IEMS now has greater strength and flexibility and is poised
to spread its wings in multi-disciplines related MEP Works in U.A.E. and MENA region.

IEMS owns a Modular Factory in Ras Al Khor area. The factory produces a highly coordinated MEP Services which are
fabricated and installed in Modular Frames based on the approved BIM drawings.
