Health and Safety of all our employees and everyone else affected by our activities is of paramount importance

to us and it is an integral part of our business and ranks equally with all our activities of the organization.

IEMS IS COMMITTED TO:

IEMS is committed to provide a safe and healthy workplace by the implementation of this Policy. Every
Engineer/Manager is expected to take responsibility and shall be accountable for implementing this Policy
within his area of responsibility.

Safety Awareness & Motivation:

Safety training forms part of the Company’s general training program. This training will include the requirement
of the existing relevant Statutory Regulations, Approved Code of Practices, Guidance Notes of British Standards
and IEMS Procedures. Site Safety Induction Training and Weekly Tool Box training is given to the workers as per
the safety plan for the individual projects. All Supervisors, Foremen & Charge hands will conduct tool box talks
every week to their respective work force as per the topic given by the Safety Officer. A record of Tool Box
meetings is maintained by the Safety Officer and a copy is sent weekly to the Head Office.

The Safety Manager along with the entire safety team have a weekly 3 hour continued teaching programme in
which a relevant safety topic is taught to his colleagues by each safety team member in turn.
