A warm welcome to each and every one of you, and thank you for being

here with us. I represent SMJK Yok Bin Melaka, Malaysia and I am very

honoured to address you here today. Today marks the closing ceremony of

HERITAGE IMMORTALISED: MINECRAFT CHAMPIONSHIP 2022, with the

theme: Sustainable Tourism at Unesco World Heritage Sites. We are proud

to be able to host this international event for the second time.

Special thanks to our co-organiser, SEAMEO RECSAM, Universiti Teknikal

Malaysia Melaka, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Empire Code Singapore,

Iloilo Science and Technology University Philippines and, of course, not

forgetting our guest of honor, Tuan Haji Jamsari bin Mariman, Deputy

Director of Melaka State Education Department, to officiate this closing

ceremony.

I would like to express my gratitude to the presence of all participants from

Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, India and Japan in this

championship. I'm optimistic that all participants have acquired new skills

and knowledge from the UNESCO sites building challenge and Sustainable

Future City e-sport live event. I would like to congratulate the winners and

all the participants for their diligence, eagerness and commitment in

creating innovative and outstanding Minecraft respectively for cultural

preservation.

I would also like to express my heartiest gratitude and applaud the

organising committee teams for their dedication and hard work in ensuring

the success of this championship. Well done!

It is my utmost hope that our current generation
can uphold the responsibility in appreciating and
immortalising our cultural heritage – both literally
and digitally - for the future generations to experience.

Syukur Alahamdulillah kehadrat Allah S.W.T kerana dengan limpah dan
kurniaNya dapat kita bersama dalam Majlis Penutupan Pertandingan
Minecraft 2022 yang tertema : Heritage Immortalised: Sustainable Tourism at
UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

Tuan-tuan dan Puan-puan,
Saya ingin melontarkan satu persoalan, "Bagaimanakah jika generasi kita
sekarang gagal menghargai warisan budaya kita?"Sudah pasti kehidupan kita
akan berbeza. Sekiranya kita tinjau dan mengamati persekitaran kita,
kebanyakan keunikan warisan kita semakin terancam oleh proses perubahan
cuaca, faktor semula jadi dan diburukkan lagi dengan pelbagai kegiatan
manusia. Justeru adakah generasi muda boleh mengenali tinggalan dan
warisan kita pada masa akan datang?

Hadirin yang saya hormati,
Satu projek yang dikenali sebagai Projek Blok Sejarah
telah dilaksanakan dengan sokongan pihak UNESCO
yang bertujuan untuk membina semula monumen
yang telah musnah dan tidak mungkin dapat
dibina semula. Walau bagaimanapun, dikatakan
hanya 15 peratus sahaja warisan budaya dunia boleh
didapati secara format digital.

Justeru dengan perkembangan sains dan teknologi yang canggih ini,
Minecraft boleh menjadi salah satu permainan video yang dapat dijadikan
alat atau instrumen pendidikan dalam bentuk digital dan teknologi
kecerdasan buatan. Oleh itu, kejohanan yang dianjurkan ini bukan sahaja
boleh menjadi platform untuk memberi inspirasi dan meningkatkan
semangat patriotisme seseorang individu, malah kejohanan seumpama ini
turut dapat mempromosikan penggunaan media digital dan realiti alam
maya dalam usaha memelihara bangunan warisan khususnya tapak
warisan dunia agar khazanah ini terus berkekalan buat selam-lamanya.

Tuan-tuan dan Puan-puan,

Pada kesempatan ini, saya juga mengucapkan Syabas dan tahniah kepada
para peserta yang berasal dari MALAYSIA dan luar negara seperti
PHILLIPINES , SINGAPORE, JAPAN, INDIA dan INDONESIA. Para peserta
menunjukkan sikap ketekunan, kesungguhan dan komitmen dalam
menghasilkan permainan video Minecraft yang kreatif dan inovatif dalam
usaha memastikan warisan budaya terus terpelihara. Sebanyak 130 pasukan
dari 6 buah negara ini telah berjaya membina Tapak Warisan Unesco dalam
Minecraft untuk memelihara dan memulihara warisan yang tidak ternilai. Di
samping itu, para peserta telah mempersembahkan cara-cara untuk
mempromosikan industri pelancongan melalui Minecraft.

Untuk makluman Tuan-tuan dan Puan-puan, pemenang
tempat pertama hingga tempat kesepuluh telah pun menyertai
program “e-sport” yang bertema “Sustainable Future City at
UNESCO World Heritage Site”. Mereka menggunakan
kemahiran teknologi dalam Minecraft untuk
mempersembahkan dunia masa depan yang memenuhi
10 prinsip yang telah ditetapkan, contohnya
ekosistem, tenaga, infrastruktur dan sebagainya.
Rekacipta mereka yang Kreativf dan inovatif memang
mengkagumkan para juri.

Selain itu, saya juga ingin merakamkan ucapan terima kasih kepada pihak
jawatankuasa penganjur yang sangat berdedikasi dan bekerja keras dalam
menjayakan kejohanan seumpama ini. Syabas dan tahniah!

Besarlah harapan saya agar generasi muda dapat memikul tanggungjawab
dalam mengekalkan dan meghargai warisan budaya kita sama ada secara

We decided to build building and replica in district of old

its unique architecture, beautiful view overlooking the sea, good
access to entry and exit and the various activities provided will
attract tourists.  


The Historic District of Old Québec is an urban area of about 135
hectares. Quebec City sits on the Saint Lawrence River in
Canada's mostly French-speaking Quebec province. According
to 'wikipedia',   it is the second most populous city in Quebec
after Montreal which is located around 233 kilos, meters (145bt)
southwest


It is made up to two parts: the Upper Town, sitting a top Cap
Diamant and defended by fortified ramparts, a citadel, and other
defensive works, and the Lower Town, which grew up around
Place Royale and the harbour. A well-preserved integrated urban
ensemble, the historic district is a remarkable example of a
fortified colonial town and Place Royale, with stone buildings
and narrow streets and unique.


With this build, to some extent will help tourists who have never
reached Quebac City understand the ins and outs of this city.

location and direction of our building.  Since it's still new, we

difficult construction for us was to build a cone-shaped roof.

videos later, will be able to feel the same feeling.

Problem 2:We prepare builds using only single player games in Last but not least, thanks to the organizers who gave us
minecrafts the opportunity to participate in this competition.

the co -curricular time for the Robotics Club is only 1

Our Prambanan Project

Prambanan Temple, Indonesia About Prambanan Temple

This is the Prambanan Temple (Candi Prambanan). It is located
approximately 17 kilometres (11 mi) northeast of the city of
Yogyakarta on the boundary between Central Java and
Yogyakarta provinces. 


This Hindu temple was built by Kings of ancient Java, likely
started by Rakai Pikatan and inaugurated by his successor King
Lokapala. This UNESCO World Heritage Site, is the biggest
Hindu temple site in Indonesia, and the second biggest in South
East Asia after Angkor Wat.


Prambanan Temple is tied with the Roro Jonggrang legend. It
tells about a man named Bandung Bondowoso, who fell in love
with Roro Jonggrang and wants to marry her. Roro Jonggrang
then demands Bandung Bondowoso to build 1000 temples in a
night in order to marry her. After Bandung Bondowoso built 999
temples with help from spirits, Roro Jonggrang tricked him into
failing his task. Bandung Bondowoso gets angered after knowing
it, and cursed Roro Jonggrang, turning her into the last temple.

4. 4 Kelir Temples: located in the 4 cardinal directions just
behind the entrance to the inner courtyard or core zone

6. 224 Perwara Temples are arranged in 4 concentric rows with
the number of temples from the innermost to the outermost
rows. Now still in ruins, only about 4-5 some of these Perwara
temples have been built.


 


So there are a total of 240 temples in the Prambanan complex.

We tried to build this Prambanan temple according to the plan,
comparing the size and distance of the temples with each other
and also trying to make the shape of each temple according to
the photos in previous research.


In addition, we are trying to make sculptures in the temples and

Problems We learned a lot
