2.4.3.4 Assign card to user

Click on “Assign card to user” on the Card Database interface (the default interface don’t have the
function, turn on the function refer to 2.1.1), the pop-up interface is as follow:

Choose the card and the user(the premise is have add the user, please refer to 2.4.5 Card User Database).
Then click on “Assign” and exit.
2.4.3.5 Add to blacklist

If the card is embezzled by other people, you can add it to blacklist, it will alarm automatically when read
the blacklist card.

Select Assigned Card List on the interface, choose the target card, then click on “Add to Blacklist”, click
on “YES” on the pop-up interface, as follows:

Click on “Finish”. Now you can check the blacklist card on the blacklist, as follows:

2.4.3.6 Suspended card
If you lost the enrolled card, the card is in the assigned card list, you can add it to suspended card list in

case of other people use your card.( The card can back to normal after relieving)
Click on “Assign card list” on the Card Database interface (the default interface don’t have the function,

turn on the function refer to 2.1.1), the pop-up interface is as follow:

Click on “Suspended” after selection the card on the Assigned Card List, click on “YES” on the pop-up

If you can’t find the lost card any more, you can add it to Blacklist.

2.4.3.7 Re-validate
If you find the embezzled card or lost card, you can make the card back to normal by re-validate function.

(1) Click on “Corporate” > “Basic Information”(the default interface don’t have the function, turn on the

(2) Click on “Add” to add the information.

2.4.5 Card User Database(Enroll card and authorize)
Click on “Corporation” > “Card User Database, the interface is as follows:

2.4.5.1 Add user
Click on “Add” on the “Card User Database”, in including Basic Profile, Advanced Profile, Access level

(1) The Name is required, you also can add or delete picture of users. The card ID has two input way, you
can input the card ID by manual, there are card ID on each card usually, if there’s no number on the card, you
can get the ID from Online Transaction, click on “Select” beside the card ID on the above picture(you need to
add the card first, please refer to 2.4.3.1), click on “Search” on the pop-up interface, click on “Select” after

selecting the card, as follows:

You can change the parameter on the Advanced Profile.

Click on “Save” after input the basic profile and advanced profile, pop-up a window, as follows:

3. You can not only check the authorized door, but also can delete or add the authority according practical
condition, as follows:

2.4.5.3 Card Enroll
Click on “Corporate” > “Card User Database” > “Card Enroll”. Usage: you can batch add users by card

enroll, if there are no number on the cards you can use the way as well, use the USB RF Player or reader to
achieve the card enroll function.

Select USB RF Player or relevant reader to enroll card on the Select frame.
USB RF Player: you can use it read the card directly to get the card ID.
Reader: you can swipe the card on the reader, the card ID will show on the screen.
(2) Select the door first, then swipe the card on the USB RF Player or the relevant reader, as follows:

Select the corresponding device, then click on “Save&Upload” and exit.

2.4.5.4 Dept Reassign
Click on “Corporate” > “Card User Database” > “Dept Reassign”, the interface is as follows:

Click on User List, select the target user to Selected User List, then select the new dept on “To” frame,

click on “Reassign” and exit after finish.
2.4.5.5 Import and export user file

Import of the user file must be accordance with the template format, and save the user file.
Click on “Corporate” > “Card User Database” > “Export”, click on Save” after selecting the save path and
file name:

Select the department, then input the User Name or Worker NO or Card ID, then click on “Download”, the

You can select single door or all the doors. (All the records can be repaired before it be covered by new
records. The data can re-download to computer after download or delete the data).

Click on “Repair” pop-up the window ,input the default password: 0000, as
follows:

Click on “Exit” back to the last interface, then click on “Download”, as follows:

2.5 Door Access

2.5.1 Door controller

Click on the “Door Access” > “Door controller”, the interface is as follows:

The interface also can add new controller,click the button “New”, it will pop-up a window, then do the
same operation with 2.3.1Auto-Search.
2.5.1.1 Change the network parameters of the controller

Click the number of the controller.

Click the button, then choose the“Communication”, the interface is as follows:

Choose , input “Verify Pin” the interface is as show in figure:

After modify the IP address, then click “Test” for testing, if it shows online, then click “Save&Upload” and

2.5.1.2 How to modify the name of door and set release time.

Click the menu “Door Access” > “Door Controller” > The selected door> “Properties” the interface is as
follows:

Find the“Name”in the “Details” interface, then you could click to modify the name of the door.

“Release Time”: Input the time directly or click the button to choose the release time. The maximum

time is set to 65535s, the minimum time is set to 0.5s。“Release Time”: the details please refer to 2.5.16.1“Time
Lock”.
2.5.1.3 How to modify the communications password of the door

Click on the menu “Door Access” > “Door Controller”, select the target door , then click
“Properties”,choose “Communication” in the pop up window, the interface is as follows:

Login password: it can help confirm password during communication to achieve a safer level, please
remember to keep it.
2.5.1.4 Replace Controller

When controller go wrong, we can copy the access parameters to the new one by changing the controller
with the same model. Click the menu “Door Access” > “Door Controller”, then click the “Replace” button, it
will pop up a window as follows:

Input the SN of the new controller, then click “Connection Info”to change the IP address, according the
needs to choose whether to use the parameters of the old controller, then click “Replace and Import Data” and
exit.

2.5.2 Calibrate the time clock
Click on the menu “Door Access” > “Time Clock”, the interface is as follows:

By using computer system’s clock to calibrate controller’s clock can make sure the time synchronization
between the Door Access System and the controller. Choose the target door, then click “Calibrate” and exit.
2.5.3 Upload data

It is a function to upload data to controller by one time after setting the parameter of new card, opening
time, door password and the controller respectively.

Click the menu “Door Access” >“Upload”, the interface is as follows:

Choose the target content, then click “upload”, click exit after finish.
2.5.4 Access level duplication

If user A have the right that other user don’t have, we can use the “Access Level duplication” function to
duplicate the right’s of A to other users. Click the menu “Door Access” > “Access level duplication” , the

interface is as follows:

Choose target user in the “Dept Name”, select the person who have the right, then select the user who
need to be duplicated, then click “duplicate”, if need upload to controller then click “Duplicate&Upload”.
2.5.5 Time Zone Setting

If you want to set the personalized using way, for example to decide the user can enter selected door in
selected time interval, even in selected day with selected door, then you can use the function of “Time Zone
Setting”, and you can set several time zone, for example the special situation in Saturday and Sunday.

Click on the menu “Door Access” > “Time Zone Setting” (The default interface don’t have this function,
please start using this function refer to 2.1.1), the interface is as follows:

Default data:Time Zone 01,from Monday to Sunday,24 hours works,but Time Zone 02-64 need to reset,
if need to add new time zone,you should select Time zone 02 to add,as follows:

(1) You can change the Time Zone name, and each day you can set 8 different time interval from Monday to
Sunday.

(2) You also can duplicate the time frame to the next day.
For example: you have set the time interval of Monday, then click “ Copy a Day” > “Tuesday” > “Paste a
Day”, Wednesday to Sunday are the same operation. After setting, click “Save” or “Save&Upload” and exit.
If you need set several time zone, and most of them have the same time interval, you can copy the whole time
zone to another time zone. For example, the Time Zone 02 have set and saved already, then click “Copy All” >
“Time Zone 03” > “Paste All”, the door open time of Time Zone 02 have been pasted to Time Zone 03.Then click
“Save&Upload”.
If you don’t need “Time Zone Setting”, then click “Default”.
After setting the Time Zone, you need to choose the user, you should click “Access Level Setting” to select,
then you can make the “Time Zone Setting” work.
2.5.6 Access Level Setting
Click on the menu “Door Access” > “Access Level Setting”(The default interface don’t have the function,
please open the function according to 2.1.1)

">>": Select all the user or select all the doors.

">": Select single user or select single door.

"<": Delete single selected user or delete all selected door.

"<<":Delete all selected door or delete all selected doors.
“Delete”: Delete the access permission of specified users for the selected door, and you need to
upload in “Uploading”, then it would take effect.
“Delete&Upload”:Delete the access permission of specified users for the selected door and uploading, no
need to upload in “Uploading”.
“Allow”:Add the access permission of specified users for the selected door, and you need to upload in
“Uploading”, then it would take effect.
“Allow&Upload”: Add the access permission of specified users for the selected door and uploading, no
need to upload in “Uploading”.

After selecting the user and the door, all the records can arrange according to the door or the user, you can

see a door which allows access to, someone who can be in and out of which a few doors.

After setting all access permissions, upload the data of the specified gate to controller.

2.5.7 User/Door Access Manage
(1) Click the menu "Door Access" > “Access Level Manage” > “User Access manage”, the interface is as

follows:

Click "Search" can display the door access permission of all user, but also can view by inputting
information such as name or card number. And you can click on the "Export" to save data into the computer.

(2) Inquire door access permission according to “Door Access Manage”
Click the menu "Door Access" > “Access Level Manage” > “Door Access Manage”, the interface is as
follows:

Click "Search" can display the door access permission of all user, and you can click on the "Export" to save
data into the computer.
2.5.8 Pin Manage

Input super password can enter the door after installing the keyboard, this feature adapt to users who have
special identity or users who don't need to take a card.

Click on the menu "Door Access" > "Pin Manage" (The default interface don’t have this function, start
using the function refer to 2.1.1 ), the interface is as follows:

Set up "PIN Code", it apply to all controllers, you can set up 100 password at most, after inputting
password with 4 to 9 digits, then click the "Select" button, it will pop-up a interface which can select doors, as
follows:

Go back to “PIN Manage” after selecting the door, the interface is as follows:

After setting the password and door successfully, click “Save&Upload”, you can enter the opened door
directly after inputting the correct password + #/ENT on keyboard. And there are records shows on data
monitoring.
2.5.9 Download Transaction

The system has memory storage function, each controller can storage record when offline(Even if the
computer doesn’t turn on, it will be stored automatically. The records also won’t lose when blackout). You can
extract the data to computer on the right time, the system will delete the records in controller automatically after
extracting.

Click on the menu "Door Access" > “Download Transaction”, the pop-up interface is as follows:

You can click “Repair” to get all records back to computer if you download transaction before.

Click the menu "Door Access" > “Download Transaction”, then choose “Repair”,

input validation code in the pop-up box:0000, click “OK”, the interface is as follows:

Click "Back" button to return to the “Download Transaction” interface, choose the door list and data options
which need to be repaired, and then click “Repair”, wait a moment the transaction will be collected and all the
records is collected to the computer again, then you can query the records. The interface is as follows:

2.5.10 Query transaction after downloading.
Click on the menu “Door Access” > “Query Transaction”, then enter the query interface of original records,

as follows:

You can query transaction according to "time", "name", "card number", "department", "location" etc. The
operation of “Download” please refer to 2.5.9 Download transaction.

2.5.11 Region Quantity
Click on the menu “Door Access” > “ Region Quantity” (the default interface don’t have this function,

please refer 2.1.1 to start the function ), the interface is as follows:

Add doors in the upper right-hand corner, you can check the quantity of regional people, left people and
total people after click “Update” button.
2.5.11.1 LED Setting
Click on the upper left corner of the "LED Setting", the interface is as follows:

2.5.12.1 Turn on/Turn off Online Transaction
When users use card enter the door, it can display the "Card ID", "User Name", "Department", "Time", "Door"

and "Photos" of the cardholder and other basic information. And it also can monitor "Button", "Soft-Pulse Open
", "Alarm", "Door Sensor" and "System", as follows:

2.5.12.2 Soft-Pulse Open
On the interface of “Online Transaction”, you also can conduct the operation of “Unlock”, “Normally

Open”, and “Lock” etc. The details please refer to 2.5.16.2 Soft-Pulse Open.

2.5.12.3 Voice Prompt
If the device has abnormal condition, you can click the "Voice Prompt" of the “Online Transaction”

interface to view detailed information, and cancel the alarm. (the details please refer to 2.5.17.16), as follows:

Click on the menu "Help" > “Module Import”, input validation code: 0000, select “E-Map” after enter the

“Enable Function” interface and click “Save”. Then click the menu “Door Access” > “E-Map”, the interface is

Enter the e- map, then click the “Edit Map”, the pop-up interface is as follows:

“Delete Map”: delete the e-map.

“Remove”: remove the added door to target place.
“Hidden”: showing entire interface of the e-map.
“Export”: export the e-map to specified folder.

to the place where needed to be monitor by clicking on the "Remove", the interface is as follows:

2.5.13.2 Edit / Delete Map
If you want to replace the monitoring map or add devices, then click "Edit Map”, the pop-up interface is as

follows:

you can choose add or remove door, select or delete map according to the needs, then click "save" and exit.
You can click on "Edit Map" > “Delete Map” to delete map directly, just click "Yes" button in the pop-up

window.

2.5.13.3 Camera Setting
Click on the menu “Door Access” > “E-Map” (the default interface don’t have this function, please refer to

2.1.1 to start the function), click on “Edit Map” > “Camera Setting”, as follows:

The camera is closed by default, you can turn it on by clicking “IP Camera”, connect the camera with LAN
switches, then fill in the “IP”, “Login port”, “Login” and “Password”, then click “Testing” to check whether the

computer can connect with the camera; you also can click the "Search" to search camera, click the "Save" and exit

after setting.
The details for “Camera Setting” please refer to the document of "Camera Setting Instruction".

2.5.13.4 Abnormal State
If there are alarm or other conditions in the e-map, you can click on “Voice Prompt” to check the situation of

abnormal door, as follows:
“E-Map”: online monitoring to all doors in the map, and you can choose “Soft-Pulse Open” or “Soft-Pulse

Close” according to the actual situation.

2.5.14 In-Door Limit

Click on the menu “Door Access” > “In-Door Limit” (The default interface don’t have this feature, please
refer to 2.1.1 to start the function), the interface is as follows:

The calculation standard: the entry reader read once then add one person, the exit reader read once then
reduce one person.

When the in-door number achieving the maximum (Maximum limit), it will not open the door when swipe
cards. You have to wait for someone to go out then others can enter in.
2.5.14.1 Time Interval Manage

“Time Interval” is on the lower left corner of the last interface , you can set up re-reading
time, the feature is turned off by default, as follows:

The function of “Time interval” can set up the re-reading time of a card after it read once, the time interval

2.5.15 Alarm Setting

If you want to get alarm information at the condition of doors was forced open, over the open time, invalid
card etc, in order to take action immediately.

Please note: using “Manual Alarm” function your devices must connect to magnetic signal and install
expansion modules.
2.5.15.1 Fire Alarm

Click on the menu “Door Access” > “Alarm Setting” (the default interface don’t have this feature, please
refer to 2.1.1 to start the function), interface is as follows:

“Fire Alarm”: mode choices: Disable, Normally Open&Alarm, Alarm Only, Input Alarm, Once Open Alarm.
Choose the mode according to the needs, you also can choose “Trigger fire alarm manually. Finally, click on
"Save&Upload".
2.5.15.2 Manual Alarm
Click on "Door Access" > “Alarm Setting” > “Manual Alarm”, the interface is as follows:

“Manual Setting”: You can select “Alarm&Lock Door” if the door was opened before read a valid

card, click “Save&Upload” after selected a door, then exit. If you want to stop

the alarm, you can click “Quit Alarm”.

2.5.15.3 PIR Sensor
The "Door Access" > “Alarm Setting” > “PIR Sensor” (the default interface don’t have this function, please

refer to 2.1.1 to start the function), the interface is as follows:

“PIR Sensor”: the “Arm delay” is output delay, if the alarm signal didn’t recover within the “Arm Delay”,
after the alarm signal back to normal, the “PIR Sensor” will be reset automatically, click “Disarm” the “PIR
Sensor” will reset.

“Arm Delay”: walk way within the delay time of arm setting and disarm setting.
“Alarm delay”: trigger alarm signal delay.
“Arm PIN”: input Arm PIN on the keyboard directly to enter the protection state.
“Disarm PIN”: you must input password within the prescribed time to disarm after open the door.
“Delay Exit”: drive alarm length of time

The above settings can be reset by clicking the device list.

2.5.15.4 Smoking Sensor Alarm
Click on the menu “Door Access” > “Alarm Setting” > “Smoking Sensor Alarm” (the default interface

don’t have this function, please refer to 2.1.1 to start the function), the interface is as follows:

“Smoking Sensor Alarm”: alarm to smoke, gas, temperature, choose the alarm mode according to the needs,
you can choose to “Trigger” alarm or "Quit Alarm".
2.5.15.5 Illegal Card Alarm

Click the menu "Door Access" > “Alarm Setting” > “Illegal Card Alarm” (the default interface don’t have
this function, please start the function refer to 2.1.1) the interface is as follows:

“Illegal Card Alarm”: It will alarm after reading the invalid card , if you want to cancel please click "Quit

Alarm".
2.5.15.6 Force Alarm

Click the menu “Door Access” > “Alarm Setting” > “Force Alarm” (the default interface don’t this function,
please start the function refer to 2.1.1), the interface is as follows:

“Force Alarm”: if you are threatened to open the door, you can use the “Force Alarm”. Door is opened, but
the data monitor will display it’s opened by force, then it would take measures. The cardholder will be safe. The

force alarm password is 119119 (can be modify), you have to install keyboard to use the function, (The type of
“Force Alarm:

Alarm-Open Once&Lock, Alarm Only, Alarm& Lock).

2.5.15.7 Overtime Alarm
Click on the menu “Door Access” > “Alarm Setting” > “Overtime Alarm”, the pop-up window as follows:

Click “Save&Upload” and exit after selecting “On”, “Overtime”, “Type”. If you want to cancel the alarm

2.5.15.8 Door Sensor Alarm

Click on the menu “Door Access” > “Alarm Setting” > “Door Sensor Alarm”, the interface is as follows:

“Door Sensor Alarm” is off by default, you can use the function when the door opened after reading a
invalid card, you can turn off the alarm in the corresponding period.

this function, please start the function refer to 2.1.1) the interface is as follows:
