“Release Time”:lock: the time from open the door to close the door, choose the target door to set release
time, and the range is from 0.5 s to 65535 s, click on the "Save&Upload” and exit after setting.
2.5.16.2 Soft-Pulse Open

Click on the menu “Door Access” > “Door Open Details” > “Soft-Pulse Open” (the default interface don’t
have this function, please refer to 2.1.1 start the function), the interface is as follows:

“Soft-Pulse Open”: you can set up the door “Normally open” or “Unlock”, click “Lock” to cancel the
function and it would back to the original state, enable this function must connect to door magnetic signals.
2.5.16.3 Timing Open

Click on the menu “ Door Access” > “Door Open Details” > “Timing Open”, (the default interface don’t
have this function, please start the function refer to 2.1.1), the interface is as follows:

Click “On” to start the function, then set the time zone from Monday to Sunday, during the TZ period

require trigger mode, click on "Save&Upload" and exit after parameter setting.
“Timing TZ”: during the TZ period require trigger mode, the door is normally open until TZ ending.
Note: “Timing Open” and “Anti-passback” can’t be used at the same time.

2.5.16.4 Forced Locking
Click on the menu “Door Access” > “Door Open Details” (the default interface don’t have this function,

please start the function refer to 2.1.1), the interface is as follows:

“Forced Locking”: prevent the door to be open. The switch, card reader and remote control won’t work
after setting the function, it will be reset automatically after click “Unlock”.
2.5.16.5 Timing Lock

Click the menu “Door Access” > “Door Open Details” > “Timing Lock” (the default interface without this
function, please start the function refer to 2.1.1), the interface is as follows:

Click “On” to start the function, click the “Save&Upload” and exit after setting the TZ period. After using
the function, push button, card, card+PIN are invalid, only PIN, Soft-Pulse open are effective.
2.5.16.6 Access Mode

Click the menu “Door Access” > “Door Open Details” > “Access Mode” (the default interface don’t have
this function, please start the function refer to 2.1.1) the interface is as follows:

Such as the above Settings: on Monday to open the door by card at 08:00-12:00 , PIN,Card+PIN,Card+PIN
Manually are invalid, use Pin to open the door at 13:-15:00, use Card+PIN to open the door at 16:00-18:00, use
Card+PIN Manually to open the door at 19:00-21:00, you can choose different access mode at 22:00-8:00.
2.5.16.7 Multi-Cards Mod

If you need to open a door by multiple cards, you can use the “Multi-Cards Mod”, please click “Help” >
“Module Import”, select “Multi-Cards” after inputting the verification password. This function is applicable to
banks and other security department. You can set up to open the door after confirming the identity of the users.

You can set up the number of cards and the group card check mode: you can choose “Error Combination
Waiting” or “Error Combination Exit”, it also support “Anti-Passback function (details please refer to 2.5.14.2

Anti-Passback). After setting, you only can open all the doors after confirming the identity of Group 01. Note:

please use the mode carefully, it would lead to abnormal operation.

2.5.16.8 Privilege Card Mode
You only can enter the door after the privilege card if you use the mode. Click “Help” > “Module Import”,

select “Privilege Card” after inputting the verification password to start the function.
Click the menu “Door Access” > “Door Open Details” > “Privilege Card Mode” (the default interface don’t

have this function, please start the function refer to 2.1.1), the interface is as follows:

It means the door won’t open at 08:00 -12:00 and 13:00-14:00 period on Monday before the privilege card.
It will not be affected on other period.
2.5.16.9 Any Card Mode

“Any Card Mode”: use the mode to collect card number of invalid card and add to valid card list at the
same time.

Click the menu “Door Access” > “Door Open Details” > “Any Card Mode” (the default interface don’t
have this function, please start the function refer to 2.1.1), the interface is as follows:

2.5.16.10 Push button
“Push button”: you can go out by pressing the push button in the set time, after holding for 5s to start the

“Normal Open Mode”. Start the function please click the menu “Help” > “ Module Import”, select “Push Button”

after inputting the verification password.

The “Normal Open Mode” is closed by default, you can select “After holding for 5s” and start the “Push
Button” function, click “Save&Upload” after setting.

2.5.16.11 MultiDoors Interlock
If you want to open a door only after closing other doors, you can use the function. Click the menu “Help”

> “ Module Import”, select “MultiDoors Interlock” after inputting the verification password. This function

commonly used in bank vault system.

Note: start using this function, the hardware devices must connect to magnetic signal.
Click the menu “Door Access” > “Door Open Details” > “MultiDoors Interlock”, the interface is as follows:

For example: select door 1 and door 2 interlock, if door 1 didn’t close, then door 2 can’t be open. Only when
the door 1 is closed, then door 2 can be open after reading the card. Users can set the doors according to actual
situation. For Four Doors Access Controller, you can set three or four doors interlock. Please note: this function
set by accident, cause use not normal, please use the function carefully, unless it will lead to abnormal operation.
2.5.16.12 Anti-Passback

Click the menu “Door Access” > “Door Open Details” > “Anti-Passback, (the default interface don’t have
the function, please open the function refer to 2.1.1), the interface is as follows:

If the administrator wants to prevent users followed behind, then use the “Anti-Passback” function, but you
have to use card both when you enter and exit a door, so when you enter a door without card then you can’t exit
even with a card, or you give the card to others after entry, others could not enter even with the card. Or specified
enter from door A, then you must exit from door A as well.
2.5.16.13 Re-reading Time Interval

The function of “Re-reading Time Interval” can set up the re-reading time of a card after it read once, the
time interval range can be 1s to 65535s.

For Four Door Access Controller, we can set up the re-reading time of a card on other three doors after
reading the card on the first door.

interface don’t have the function, please open the function refer to 2.1.1), the interface is as follows:

2.5.16.14 Dual Direction Identify
Dual Direction Identify: you can open a door must use the card both when entry and exit (the time interval

no more than 10 s).
Click the menu “Door Access” > “Door Open Details” > “Dual Direction Identify”, (the default interface

don’t have the function, please open the function refer to 2.1.1), the interface is as follows:

It’s not enabled by default, click "ON" to start using, then click "Save&Upload" and exit.

2.5.16.15 Expired Remind

“Expire Remind”: it will have a voice prompt on 30 days before expiration.
Click the menu “Door Access” > “Door Open Details” > “Expired Remind”, (the default interface don’t

have the function, please open the function refer to 2.1.1), the interface is as follows:

Choose the doors which need to use the “Expired Time” function, click “ON” and “Save&Upload” and
exit.

2.5.17 Additional Features

2.5.17.1 Holiday List
Click the menu “Door Access” > “Additional Features” > “Holiday List”, (the default interface don’t have

the function, please open the function refer to 2.1.1), the interface is as follows:

Add holiday: click on the "Add" , input “Festival”, “Time Zone” and “Remark”, then click "Save". You
can set up this function according your needs.

broadcast details, and time, then click "Save&Upload".
2.5.17.3 Broadcast

To enable the function, the controller must connect to expansion board and voice horn.

2.5.17.5 Buzzer

Click the menu “Door Access” > “Additional Features” > “Buzzer”, (the default interface don’t have the
function, please open the function refer to 2.1.1), the interface is as follows:

You can heard the beep when you swipe a card, click “OFF” if you don’t want the buzzer, then click
“Save&Upload” and exit.

2.5.17.6 Relay Output
Click the menu “Door Access” > “Additional Features” > “Relay Output”, (the default interface don’t have

the function, please open the function refer to 2.1.1), the interface is as follows:

You can choose the type of relay output, “Bistable Statue” means swipe to open the door for the first time,
the second time close the door.
2.5.17.7 Anti-Detection Lock

“Anti-Detection Lock”: it will open the “Anti-Detection Lock” function after swiping 4 invalid card , it will
remove automatically after 1 minute.

Click the menu “Door Access” > “Additional Features” > “Anti-Detection Lock”, (the default interface
don’t have the function, please open the function refer to 2.1.1), the interface is as follows:

2.5.17.8 Reader Bytes

You can choose the type of byte according to the needs, We use the weigen26 3 bytes by default, different
byte displayed card number is different. Please note: use the function carefully, otherwise it could lead to
abnormal operation.
2.5.17.9 Keyboard

Click the menu “Door Access” > “Additional Features” > “Keyboard”, the interface is as follows:

2.5.17.10 Reader Data Parity
Click the menu “Door Access” > “Additional Features” > “Reader Data Parity”, as follows:

Identify the wiring error of card reader and wiegand signal protocol, to calibrate the data which transmitted
by card reader, and support check WEIGAND signal 0 and 1 the two lines whether connected or inversely connect
(if find the wrong connection it will prompt). The function is open by default. If you are using a card reader with
non-standard output, please close this function, otherwise you will can’t use your non-standard card reader because
parity failed.
2.5.17.11 Keyboard Protocol

Click the menu “Door Access” > “Additional Features” > “Keyboard Protocol”, as follows:

If you need to start using "Keyboard Protocol” function", then input password and click "Save&Upload".

2.6 Attendance

The attendance mode is on the main interface (The default interface don’t have the function, please open
the function according to 2.1.1). It including “Reader”, “Shift Schedul”, “Auto-Shift”, “Duty Organizer”, “Shift
List”, “Holiday List”, “Reason”, “No Pay Leave”, “Pay Leave”, “Manual Entry”, “Event Transaction”,
“Report”.

2.6.1 Reader

Click on the menu “Attendance” > “Reader”, the interface is as follows:

Select the devices, then click “Save”to set it as the access reader.

2.6.2 Shift Schedule

Shift Schedule: it defined when can go to work in advance when put off from work, etc. It can set up
multiple set of frequencies and shifts. Click on the menu “Attendance” > “Shift Schedule”, the interface is as
follows:

In normal work shift mode here has 4 different time zones can be setting;
Card reading time interval: The card reading time between the previous operation and current operation.
Auto-shift: Confirm the shift by card reading time; the card reading time approach which shift, and it will
be assigned to the relative shift by the system; After select “Auto-shift”, and under attendance officer setting
page to select auto-shift mold, the system will automatic analysis the attendance data according to the card
reading record.
Grace time: This is the embodiment of the humanized management; if working time is 9:00 am, read card
at 9:02, it is belong to grace time, but if read card at 9:04, system will think you are late, Time is 4 minutes. If no
need to calculate the working hour, no need to select the” working hour reduce”
Lateness time as (no pay leave in TZ, no pay leave in a whole day, lateness time as no pay leave, not as no
pay leave,),leave before 16:00, it is as no pay leave TZ.
Over time: if read card at 8:01 ,system will not treat as overtime, if read card at 7:59,system will treat as
overtime.
If 18.59 reading card, system not treat as overtime, if read card at 19:01, system will treat as overtime 1
hour.(but cannot exceed 00:00)
If here has many times reading card record for work, the first time as check in time,but off duty, the last
time as check out time.

2.6.2.1 、Click on the on the above picture to add attendance, click “Save” after setting it will work. The
interface is as follows:

2.6.3 Auto-Shift
Auto- Shift: click on the menu “Attendance” > “Auto-Shift”, click on “Add” on the poop- up interface,

input a name, you can choose “By Week” or “Flexible Shift” on the “Auto-Shift” mode.

By week: you can set up on the right of interface according to work time and rest time, then click on
“Save”.

arrangement of holiday. You can select “Yearly” according to practical condition.

2.6.7 Reason
Click on the menu “Attendance” > “Manual Entry”, you can add , delete and edit the reason according the

condition of each company, as follows:

Click on “Add”,choose the sign in staff on “Select”, then input the time, date and reason, click on “Save”
after finish.

Guard Tour (The default interface don’t have the function, please open the function according to 2.1.1).
It including tour route, security guard, time schedule, manual entry, download, query, report and tour map.

2.7.1 Tour Route

Click on the menu “Guard Tour” > “Tour Route”, the interface is as follows:

2.7.1.1 Add tour route

Define the card order when patrol.The line contains the position and check order when patrol.
Check point: specific position when patrol。Here can set the position order, the time interval and error time.
Click on “Add”,the pop-up window is as follows:

time. Back to the interface continue add the tour route if there are more routes. If you need to modify or delete
route then click on “Edit” or “Delete”. If you need to install check point then click on “Check Point”, the
operation can refer to “Auto Search”.

Choose the device which need download transaction, click on “Download”, click on “exit” after finish.

You need to download transaction before check the report forms, you can select according to guard group,

time schedule and time range after download, then click on .

Click on “Add”, “Edit”, “Delete” to add, edit, delete.

Click on “Add Point”, “Edit Point”, “Delete Point”to add device, edit and delete.

If need to remove the device icon, then click on ,move it to the target position.
Display and hidden of the check point
If you don’t want let the added check point show in the map, then click “Check Point”, as follows:

If you don’t want the check point show up in the map, then cancel the hook in front of the check point.

2.8 Lift

The lift access controller is a stand alone device which differ from door access controller, if you want to use
the lift access control function you need to connect with lift access controller.

2.8.1 Lift Access
Click on the menu “Lift” > “Lift Access”, the pop-up interface is as follows:

2.8.1.1 Add access controller ,the interface is as follows:

If your device is PCP/IP connecting way, you need to reset the IP address. Double click the controller after
click the “Search”, it will pop-up a window as follows. To match the IP address or LAN parameter after double
click IP address, Subnet Mask, Default Gateway, click “save” back to install interface.

After setting the IP address, then click “Install”to install the controller, the pop-up interface is as follows:

Input the lift name in“Name”,if you want to change the name of the floor or need to add expansion board,
then select “Expansion”,click “Install” and exit. Back to the “Lift Access”interface, as follows:

You can change parameters on “Basic Info”, “Configure”, “Reader Setting”and “Alarm”column, as

You can change the information of first floor by clicking “01”,then click “Save” and exit, if the floor
number is more, you can click “Expansion” to expand the board, then click “Save” and exit.

2.8.2 Time Zone
Click on the menu “Lift” > “Time Zone”, the interface is as follows:

The default data: Time zone 01, Monday to Sunday, 24 hours effectively, 02-64 time zone is invalid by
default, if you need add new time zone, please click time zone 02, as follows:

(1) You can change the Time Zone name, and each day you can set 8 different time interval from Monday to
Sunday.

(2) You also can duplicate the time zone to the next day.
For example: you have set the time interval of Monday, then click “ Copy a Day” > “Tuesday” > “Paste a
Day”, Wednesday to Sunday are the same operation. After setting, click “Save” or “Save&Upload” and exit.
If you need set several time zone, and most of them have the same time interval, you can copy the whole

time zone to another time zone. For example, the Time Zone 02 have set and saved already, then click “Copy
All” > “Time Zone 03” > “Paste All”, the door open time of Time Zone 02 have been pasted to Time Zone
03.Then click “Save&Upload”.

If you don’t need “Time Zone Setting”, then click “Default”.
After setting the Time Zone, you need to choose the user, you should click “Access Level” to select, then
you can make the “Time Zone Setting” work.

2.8.3 Access Level

Click on the menu “Lift”> “Access Level”, the interface is as follows:

You can set the access level according dept or all on “Department”.
You can select the time zone in “Time Zone”according your needs.
If you need set the valid time and times, you can set on “Expiration” and “Times”.
You can select floor to limit the user, for example, user A only can go floor 9 and floor 11, then select user
A on “User”, and select 09 and 11 on the floor list, then click “Allow&Upload”.

2.8.4 Query Cardholder

Click on the menu “Lift” > “Query Cardholder”, the interface is as follows:
